压敏胶带通过将一种特殊胶粘剂(压敏胶)涂于带状基材上制成,由基材、压敏胶、底胶和背面处理剂等构成,压敏胶是压敏胶带最重要的组成部分,其作用是使胶带具有对压力敏感粘附特性。但传统的热敏型压敏胶带胶黏剂,呈酸性,散热性能和强度性能差,容易受到外界应力作用而产生破坏,且不具有除菌或灭菌效果,大大限制了其在各个领域的发展,使用结束后不能完全与被粘物件剥离,导致被粘结物件上因存有残胶而受到污染,影响其使用性能和美观性。

本发明主要解决的技术是提供一种用于杀菌的热敏型压敏胶带,能够解决现有技术中压敏胶带存在的问题。

一种用于杀菌的热敏型压敏胶带,包括由下至上依次设置的离形膜层和支撑膜层,支撑膜层内含有热敏剂,支撑膜层的上表面依次与压敏胶粘层、聚丙烯流延膜层、纳米材料杀菌层和纤维隔网相贴合,压敏胶粘层可剥离式连接支撑膜层,压敏胶粘层的原料及其重量份数为:天然橡胶60-80,聚氨酯橡胶10-20,丁基橡胶20-30,硬脂酸钙21-32,氢化丙烯酸松香树脂70-80,醇酸树脂60-70,丙烯酸树脂0-20,纳米材料杀菌层为掺杂纳米金刚石和载银纳米二氧化钛的涂层。
进一步的,所述支撑膜层与压敏胶粘层之间涂敷隔离防粘剂。
进一步的,所述压敏胶粘层的原料按重量份数计,还包括交联剂0.1-0.3,白炭黑0-4,增粘树脂80-100,银粉1-6和有机溶剂,有机溶剂为乙酸乙酯或甲苯。

本发明的制备过程:
首先按比例称量天然橡胶 60-80,聚氨酯橡胶10-20,丁基橡胶20-30,硬脂酸钙21-32,氢化丙烯酸松香树脂70-80,醇酸树脂60-70,丙烯酸树脂 0-20和适量的有机溶剂,混合后于混炼机中混炼、薄通,随后将其与有机溶剂、增粘树脂、白炭黑、银粉和交联剂混合并搅拌,完成压敏胶粘层3的制备;
利用涂布机将隔离防粘剂和制配好的压敏胶粘层3依次涂敷在支撑膜层2的上表面,隔离防粘剂厚度为3-10μm,涂布速度为5-20 m/min, 涂布温度为70-120℃,烘干后再在压敏胶粘层3的上表面依次贴合聚丙烯流延膜层4、纳米材料杀菌层5和纤维隔网6。

离形膜层1为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜,可在使用热敏型压敏胶带时撕掉,支撑膜层2为含有热敏剂的美纹纸,压敏胶粘层3原料的主要成分及其重量组份为:天然橡胶60,聚氨酯橡胶20,丁基橡胶30,硬脂酸钙32,氢化丙烯酸松香树脂80,醇酸树脂70,丙烯酸树脂20,交联剂0.3,白炭黑4,增粘树脂 100,银粉6和适量的有机溶剂,有机溶剂为乙酸乙酯,压敏胶粘层3的厚度为50 μm,聚丙烯流延膜层4采用聚丙烯均聚树脂、乙烯-己烯共聚物和聚丙烯成核剂通过共混法制备而成,按重量份数计,聚丙烯均聚树脂100,乙烯-己烯共聚物20,聚丙烯成核剂0.1,用于提高聚丙烯流延膜层4的耐温性和挺度,纳米材料杀菌层5为掺杂纳米金刚石和载银的纳米二氧化钛的涂层,纳米金刚石的粒径为5 nm,银纳米颗粒的粒径为25 nm,纳米二氧化钛的粒径为120 nm,用于杀菌除菌,纤维隔网6为采用聚丙烯制备而成的防裂纤维,用于降低压敏胶带在使用过程中因撕拉和拖拽等作用力导致断裂的概率,延长压敏胶带的使用寿命,本发明的热敏型压敏胶带含有热敏剂材料,可在达到水的沸点温度以上产生变色,对高温具有较好的监控能力,可在热敏型压敏胶带上撰写文字或图案,实现在常温下处于不可见和隐藏状态但在高温下显示的目的。

利用涂布机将隔离防粘剂和制配好的压敏胶粘层3依次涂敷在支撑膜层2的上表面,隔离防粘剂厚度为3μm,涂布速度为10 m/min, 涂布温度为70-120℃,压敏胶粘层3厚度为70μm,烘干后再在压敏胶粘层3的上表面依次贴合聚丙烯流延膜层4、纳米材料杀菌层5和纤维隔网6。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于杀菌的热敏型压敏胶带,其特征在于,所述聚丙烯流延膜层(4)采用聚丙烯均聚树脂、乙烯-己烯共聚物和聚丙烯成核剂通过共混法制备而成,按重量份数计,聚丙烯均聚树脂80-100,乙烯-己烯共聚物20-25,聚丙烯成核剂0.1-0.5。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于杀菌的热敏型压敏胶带,其特征在于,所述纳米金刚石的粒径为1-8 nm,银纳米颗粒的粒径为20-30 nm,纳米二氧化钛的粒径为100-150 nm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于杀菌的热敏型压敏胶带,其特征在于,所述纤维隔网(6)为采用聚丙烯制备而成的防裂纤维。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于杀菌的热敏型压敏胶带,其特征在于,所述支撑膜层(2)为含有热敏剂的美纹纸、皱纸、牛皮纸、无纺布、玻璃、铝箔、铜箔中的任一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于杀菌的热敏型压敏胶带,其特征在于,所述离形膜层(1)为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯膜中的一种。
