Abstract

烟筒内部复合涂布T型加固防腐工艺,在烟筒内壁通过设置玻璃钢防腐材料,采用若干T型特制膨胀钉钉入烟筒内壁固定,形成多布多涂T形固定防腐结构。本发明创造性地在烟筒内壁通过喷涂或滚刷玻璃钢防腐材料,采用T型特制膨胀钉,钉入基体固定的方式,不但有效的防止了原有烟筒内壁的腐蚀,而且在烟筒内壁形成新的玻璃钢内壁,同时更加牢固的把玻璃钢内壁固定在基体上,此工艺可广泛应用于燃煤等行业的烟囱防腐改造中。

技术领域
本发明涉及防腐技术领域,具体涉及一种烟筒内部复合涂布T型加固防腐工艺。
背景技术
火力发电、化工等各行业的燃煤锅炉脱硫排放后,烟气对烟囱的腐蚀十分严重。在确保安全、环保生产的前提下,烟囱防腐是一道必做的课程。在水泥烟囱的防腐领域,防腐材料是否牢固的附着在基体上,直接影响防腐质量和防腐寿命。因此,保证防腐材料在烟囱基体不脱落,是水泥烟囱防腐要解决的重要问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种烟筒内部复合涂布T型加固防腐工艺,以解决现有技术存在的烟筒内部防腐蚀层附着的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种烟筒内部复合涂布T型加固防腐工艺,在烟筒内壁通过设置玻璃钢防腐材料,采用若干T型特制膨胀钉钉入烟筒内壁固定,具体工艺步骤如下:
(1)凝土烟囱内壁基体表面处理至达到施工标准要求;
(2)使用玻璃钢防腐材料做底涂层施工,玻璃钢防腐材料由无溶剂环氧树脂、增强纤维和添加剂组成;
(3)底涂层表干后,喷涂或滚刷玻璃钢防腐材料,厚度200um--300um,不待表干紧接着辊压一定规格玻璃纤维布一层,形成“1布1涂”;
(4)“1布1涂”表干后,再次喷涂或滚刷玻璃钢防腐材料,厚度200um-300um,不待表干紧接着辊压一定规格玻璃纤维布一层,此时形成“2布2涂”;
(5)“2布2涂”表干后,喷涂或滚刷玻璃钢防腐材料,厚度200um-300um,待表干后,按设计要求,电锤打眼,然后镶嵌紧固若干T型特制膨胀钉;
(6)向T型特制膨胀钉施工后的防腐面喷涂或滚刷玻璃钢防腐材料,厚度200um-300um,不待表干紧接着辊压设计规格玻璃纤维布一层,此时形成“3布3涂T固”结构;
(7)按上述施工方法,按设计要求,继续喷涂或滚刷防腐材料和辊压玻璃纤维布,直到达到设计要求的防腐层数和厚度;
(8)施工材料表干后,做面层施工。
上述T型特制膨胀钉为聚乙烯膨胀钉。
本发明创造性地在烟筒内壁通过喷涂或滚刷玻璃钢防腐材料,采用T型特制膨胀钉,钉入基体固定的方式,不但有效的防止了原有烟筒内壁的腐蚀,而且在烟筒内壁形成新的玻璃钢内壁,同时更加牢固的把玻璃钢内壁固定在基体上,此工艺可广泛应用于燃煤等行业的烟囱防腐改造中。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种烟筒内部复合涂布T型加固防腐工艺,在烟筒内壁通过设置玻璃钢防腐材料,采用若干T型特制膨胀钉钉入烟筒内壁固定,具体工艺步骤如下:
1、水泥混凝土烟囱内壁基体表面处理至达到施工要求。
2、用HB-GFRP防腐材料做底涂层施工。
3、底涂层表干后,喷涂或滚刷HB-GFRP防腐材料,厚度200um--300um。不待表干紧接着辊压一定规格玻璃纤维布一层。此时形成“1布1涂”。
4、“1布1涂”表干后,再次喷涂或滚刷HB-GFRP防腐材料,厚度200um-300um。不待表干紧接着辊压一定规格玻璃纤维布一层,此时形成“2布2涂”。
5、“2布2涂”表干后,喷涂或滚刷HB-GFRP防腐材料200um-300um。待表干后,按设计要求(直径、深度、a个/m2等),电锤打眼。然后按设计要求(钉长、钉身直径、钉帽直径、材质、形状、a个/m2等),镶嵌紧固“T”型特制膨胀钉,形成“T固法”。
6、向“T固”施工后的防腐面喷涂或滚刷HB-GFRP防腐材料,厚度200um-300um。不待表干紧接着辊压设计规格玻璃纤维布一层,此时形成“3布3涂T固”结构。
7、按上述施工方法,按设计要求,继续喷涂或滚刷防腐材料和辊压玻璃纤维布,直到达到设计要求的防腐层数和厚度。于是形成“m布n涂T固法”防腐。
8、“m布n涂T固”施工材料表干后,做面层施工,完成水泥混凝土烟囱内壁体表面防腐或水泥混凝土烟囱耐酸砖内衬基体表面防腐,HB-GFRP附着加固工艺----“m布n涂T固法”。

Claims (2)

1.一种烟筒内部复合涂布T型加固防腐工艺,其特征是在烟筒内壁通过设置玻璃钢防腐材料,采用若干T型特制膨胀钉钉入烟筒内壁固定,具体工艺步骤如下:
(1)凝土烟囱内壁基体表面处理至达到施工标准要求;
(2)使用玻璃钢防腐材料做底涂层施工,玻璃钢防腐材料由无溶剂环氧树脂、增强纤维和添加剂组成;
(3)底涂层表干后,喷涂或滚刷玻璃钢防腐材料,厚度200um--300um,不待表干紧接着辊压一定规格玻璃纤维布一层,形成“1布1涂”;
(4)“1布1涂”表干后,再次喷涂或滚刷玻璃钢防腐材料,厚度200um-300um,不待表干紧接着辊压一定规格玻璃纤维布一层,此时形成“2布2涂”;
(5)“2布2涂”表干后,喷涂或滚刷玻璃钢防腐材料,厚度200um-300um,待表干后,按设计要求,电锤打眼,然后镶嵌紧固若干T型特制膨胀钉;
(6)向T型特制膨胀钉施工后的防腐面喷涂或滚刷玻璃钢防腐材料,厚度200um-300um,不待表干紧接着辊压设计规格玻璃纤维布一层,此时形成“3布3涂T固”结构;
(7)按上述施工方法,按设计要求,继续喷涂或滚刷防腐材料和辊压玻璃纤维布,直到达到设计要求的防腐层数和厚度;
(8)施工材料表干后,做面层施工。
2.根据权利要求1所述的烟筒内部复合涂布T型加固防腐工艺,其特征是T型特制膨胀钉为聚乙烯膨胀钉。
