本发明提供一种竹编工艺品仿古工艺,包括如下步骤:将编织好的竹编工艺品用2.5%浓度的水杨酸浸泡24小时,取出工艺品置于阳光下曝晒4小时,然后再用5.5%浓度的没食子酸浸泡2小时,随后放入‑20℃冷库冷冻8小时,取出工艺品并用0.1‑0.25微米波长的紫外线照射1小时,然后用池塘淤泥覆盖工艺品并维持温度32‑45℃,接着用去离子水洗净工艺品,再用改性老化液浸泡2.5小时,然后将工艺品自然通风。

技术领域
本发明涉及竹编制品的生产技术领域,具体涉及一种竹编工艺品仿古工艺。
背景技术
传统竹编工艺有着悠久的历史,富含着中华民族劳动人民辛勤劳作的结晶,竹编工艺品分为细丝工艺品和粗丝竹编工艺品。
竹编所用竹丝断面全为矩形,在厚薄粗细上都有严格要求,厚度仅为一两根头发丝厚,宽度也只有四五根发丝宽,根根竹丝都通过匀刀,达到厚薄均匀,粗细一致,观者无不赞叹其难。传统竹编工艺有着悠久的历史,富含着劳动人民辛勤劳作的结晶,竹编工艺品分为细丝工艺品和粗丝竹编工艺品。在传统技艺街区展出了不同风格的竹编作品,既有历史悠久,技艺高超的青神竹编,又有将现代流行时尚与中国传统文化工艺相结合的刘氏竹编,博采众长。
2008年6月7日,竹编经国务院批准列入第二批国家级非物质文化遗产名录。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种竹编工艺品仿古工艺。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种竹编工艺品仿古工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)将编织好的竹编工艺品用2.5%浓度的水杨酸浸泡24小时,取出工艺品置于阳光下曝晒4小时,然后再用5.5%浓度的没食子酸浸泡2小时,随后放入-20℃冷库冷冻8小时,取出工艺品并用0.1-0.25微米波长的紫外线照射1小时,然后用池塘淤泥覆盖工艺品并维持温度32-45℃,接着用去离子水洗净工艺品,再用改性老化液浸泡2.5小时,然后将工艺品自然通风晾干,使其含水率不大于3.5%,再用去离子水洗净;
(2)将洗净的工艺品用无氧发酵产生的沼液浸泡24小时,然后再用去离子水将工艺品洗净,再用烘干机烘干,使其含水率不大于3%,然后再在蒸汽下熏蒸1小时,接着将工艺品恒温箱内保温1小时,恒温箱内温度维持在40-45℃,恒温箱内氧气浓度为36%、氮气浓度为50%、其余为常规空气成分;
(3)将工艺品置于烘干机内烘干,使其含水率不大于2%。
所述改性老化液包括如下重量份的各组份:光慈姑3-6份、生姜皮3-6份、石椒草22-26份、小通草16-20份、旱莲草8-12份、甘松香8-12份、白头须9-12份、千斤拨9-12份、白兔根2-3份、毛冬青2-3份、唐古特青蓝8-12份、乙醇0.1-0.2份、三氯生0.1-0.2份;其制备方法是,将除乙醇、三氯生的各原料混合加入其重量份15倍清水煎煮4小时,过滤,向滤液中加入乙醇、三氯生,并在3000转/分钟搅拌机内高速搅拌分散均匀。
所述蒸汽是由如下重量份的组合物加水蒸煮产生的:半天雷12-16份、龙牙草12-16份、酒石酸0.5-1.5份、淀粉醚0.5-1.5份、地锦草6-10份、鹅不食草6-10份、贝母花4-8份、水蔓菁4-8份、三白草4-8份、千里及12-16份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明处理工艺能使得竹编工艺品色泽变暗淡,增加工艺品藤条表面的氧化斑点,同时能提高工艺品防腐防霉菌性能,加快藤条木质纤维的固化,增强工艺品的强度。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种竹编工艺品仿古工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)将编织好的竹编工艺品用2.5%浓度的水杨酸浸泡24小时,取出工艺品置于阳光下曝晒4小时,然后再用5.5%浓度的没食子酸浸泡2小时,随后放入-20℃冷库冷冻8小时,取出工艺品并用0.1-0.25微米波长的紫外线照射1小时,然后用池塘淤泥覆盖工艺品并维持温度35℃,接着用去离子水洗净工艺品,再用改性老化液浸泡2.5小时,然后将工艺品自然通风晾干,使其含水率不大于3.5%,再用去离子水洗净;
(2)将洗净的工艺品用无氧发酵产生的沼液浸泡24小时,然后再用去离子水将工艺品洗净,再用烘干机烘干,使其含水率不大于3%,然后再在蒸汽下熏蒸1小时,接着将工艺品恒温箱内保温1小时,恒温箱内温度维持在42℃,恒温箱内氧气浓度为36%、氮气浓度为50%、其余为常规空气成分;
(3)将工艺品置于烘干机内烘干,使其含水率不大于2%。
所述改性老化液包括如下重量份的各组份:光慈姑4份、生姜皮4份、石椒草24份、小通草18份、旱莲草10份、甘松香10份、白头须11份、千斤拨11份、白兔根2份、毛冬青2份、唐古特青蓝10份、乙醇0.1份、三氯生0.1份;其制备方法是,将除乙醇、三氯生的各原料混合加入其重量份15倍清水煎煮4小时,过滤,向滤液中加入乙醇、三氯生,并在3000转/分钟搅拌机内高速搅拌分散均匀。
所述蒸汽是由如下重量份的组合物加水蒸煮产生的:半天雷14份、龙牙草14份、酒石酸1份、淀粉醚1份、地锦草8份、鹅不食草8份、贝母花6份、水蔓菁6份、三白草6份、千里及14份。

Claims (3)

1.一种竹编工艺品仿古工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将编织好的竹编工艺品用2.5%浓度的水杨酸浸泡24小时,取出工艺品置于阳光下曝晒4小时,然后再用5.5%浓度的没食子酸浸泡2小时,随后放入-20℃冷库冷冻8小时,取出工艺品并用0.1-0.25微米波长的紫外线照射1小时,然后用池塘淤泥覆盖工艺品并维持温度32-45℃,接着用去离子水洗净工艺品,再用改性老化液浸泡2.5小时,然后将工艺品自然通风晾干,使其含水率不大于3.5%,再用去离子水洗净;
(2)将洗净的工艺品用无氧发酵产生的沼液浸泡24小时,然后再用去离子水将工艺品洗净,再用烘干机烘干,使其含水率不大于3%,然后再在蒸汽下熏蒸1小时,接着将工艺品恒温箱内保温1小时,恒温箱内温度维持在40-45℃,恒温箱内氧气浓度为36%、氮气浓度为50%、其余为常规空气成分;
