本发明涉及一种大直径AQ80M镁合金饼材的挤锻集成成形工艺;属于镁合金材料加工技术领域。该工艺具体步骤包括:半连续铸造制备AQ80M镁合金锭坯;加热挤压模具和挤压筒;低挤压比挤压预变形;坯料校直和切割;多向锻造成形;时效处理。本发明能制造出直径Φ690~Φ700mm,厚度100~110mm,室温下抗拉强度≥330MPa,屈服强度≥190MPa,延伸率≥6%,150℃下抗拉强度≥200MPa,屈服强度≥160MPa,延伸率≥30%的大直径镁合金饼材,所制备的大尺寸镁合金饼材完全满足制备大型镁合金零部件的需要。

背景技术
[0002] 随着航空航天领域的快速发展,材料减重已成为该领域的迫切要求。镁合金是密 度最低的金属结构材料,在航空航天领域有着巨大的发展潜力。然而由于耐热性差和塑性 变形能力差等问题,目前镁合金的应用量,尤其是在大尺寸零部件上的应用远远落后于钢 铁和错合金。
[0003] AQ80M镁合金是一种新型低成本耐热合金,具有优良的室温和高温力学性能,如用 其替代钢铁和铝合金,可以起到显著的减重作用。目前利用AQ80M镁合金生产大直径饼材难 度较大,主要存在以下问题:
[0004] (1)大直径饼材所需坯料尺寸大,制备困难。目前报道的大规格镁合金饼材成形工 艺采用均匀化处理后直接多向锻造成形的方法。该方法中,预变形的锭坯仅经过均匀化处 理,合金的晶粒尺寸较大,同时铸造过程中产生的各种缺陷难以消除,故锭坯在后续锻造成 形过程中易开裂。
[0005] (2)锻造成形过程中,高向上的总变形量大(多80%),需合理设置变形参数,变形量 过大或变形温度过低都易导致锭坯开裂,而多次小变形量的成形工艺需多次中间退火易导 致晶粒长大,降低力学性能。
[0006] 针对现有技术的不足之处,本发明将热挤压与多向锻造结合,探索出一种挤锻集 成加工工艺。本发明采用低挤压比热挤压预变形,变形时材料受三向压应力,能最大限度发 挥材料塑性,有效细化合金晶粒,消除铸造缺陷,为后续的锻造提供优质的坯料。多向锻造 可以减少各向异性,减少应力集中导致的开裂等问题,最终成功制备出直径Φ 690〜Φ 700mm的AQ80M镁合金饼材。
发明内容

[0008] 本发明所述AQ80M镁合金成分为(wt%):铝:7 · 5〜9 · 0%,银:0 · 02〜0 · 80%,锌:0 · 35 〜0 · 55%,稀土: 0 · 01〜0 · 10%,钙:0 · 001〜0 · 020%,锰:0 · 05〜0 · 20%,其余为镁及不可去除的 杂质元素。所述稀土元素包括铈、镧、钕、钇或者它们两种以上混合物。

[0010] 1.半连续铸造方法制备AQ80M镁合金锭坯,规格为直径Φ 610〜Φ 620mm,长度彡 1600mm,均匀化处理;

[0023] (2)采用挤压比3〜4的低挤压比挤压制备预变形坯料。挤压比对锭坯微观组织和 成形性能有着很大的影响。过小的挤压比无法达到细化晶粒和消除铸造缺陷的作用;而过 大的挤压比则无法生产出足够大的预变形坯料进行后续加工,同时过大的挤压比会增加锭 坯开裂风险以及形成强烈的各向异性,影响后续的多向锻造成形。采用3〜4的挤压比预变 形,一方面细化了锭坯晶粒,消除了铸造缺陷,另一方面预变形后的锭坯规格较大(Φ 300mm),为后续的多向锻造成形提供了良好的基础。
[0024] (3)合理制定多向锻造温度与变形程度等工艺参数保证材料的成形性能和力学性 能。本发明中,锭坯髙向的总变形量较大(多80%),多向锻造成形则需要控制好变形量和变 形温度,变形量过大或变形温度过低会增加材料的开裂风险,变形温度过高易导致晶粒长 大,降低成品的力学性能,变形量过小则需要增加中间退火次数,同样易引起晶粒长大。本 发明通过大量的实验,采用400〜430°C的锻造温度和10〜40%锻造道次压下量,既避免了温 度过低导致锭坯表面开裂的问题,又减少了中间退火次数,最终得到了直径多690mm的高质 量AQ80M饼材。

[0028] 半连续铸造方法制备直径Φ 610mm、长1650mm的镁合金锭坯,均匀化处理,空冷至 室温后车去氧化皮。加热挤压模具,温度保持在360°C ;加热挤压筒,温度保持在370°C ;加热 锭坯至420°C保温Ih后,进行低挤压比挤压开坯。挤压比为3.6,挤压速度为1.2_/8。挤压后 得到直径为Φ 300mm棒材。将棒材切割成长630mm棒料。将棒状坯料在410 °C下保温Ih后,在 液压机上进行墩粗,压缩,锻造道次压下量为10〜25%,锻造6道次进行中间退火,得到直径 为Φ 695mm,高IlOmm的镁合金饼材,175°C/36h时效处理。实物图见图1,其力学性能见表 ⑴。

[0030] 半连续铸造方法制备直径Φ 620mm、长1600mm镁合金锭坯,均匀化处理,空冷至室 温后车去氧化皮。加热挤压模具,温度保持在390°C ;加热挤压筒,温度保持在400°C ;加热锭 坯至380°C保温1.5h后,进行低挤压比挤压开坯。挤压比为4,挤压速度为2mm/s。挤压后得 到直径为Φ 300mm棒材。将棒材切割成长630mm棒料。将棒状坯料在415 °C下保温Ih后,在液 压机上进行墩粗,压缩,锻造道次压下量为15〜30%,锻造5道次进行中间退火,得到直径为 Φ 700mm,高IOOmm的镁合金饼材,175 °C /36h时效处理。其力学性能见表(1)。

Claims (4)
1. 大直径AQ80M镁合金饼材挤锻集成成形工艺,该镁合金的质量百分比为:铝:7.5〜 9.0%,银:0.02 〜0.80%,锌:0.35 〜0.55%,稀土 :0.01 〜0.10%,钙:0.001 〜0.020%,锰:0.05 〜0.20%,其余为镁及不可去除的杂质元素,所述稀土元素包括铈、镧、钕、钇或者它们的混 合物,其特征在于包括以下具体步骤: A .半连续铸造方法制备AQ80M镁合金锭坯,规格为直径Φ 610〜Φ 620mm,长度彡 1600mm,均匀化处理; B. 加热挤压模具及挤压筒,温度保持在340〜420 °C ; C. 低挤压比挤压预变形,将经过均匀化处理的AQ80M镁合金坯料在340〜420 °C温度下 保温1〜3h后,放入预先加热的挤压筒中,在挤压机上进行挤压,挤压比为3〜4,挤压速度为
0.3〜2.8mm/s,挤压后棒材规格为:直径Φ 300mm,长4500〜4600mm; D. 将挤压后棒材校直后,切割成长630mm的棒状坯料; E. 将棒状坯料在400〜430°C下保温1〜3h后,在液压机上进行墩粗,压缩,锻造道次压 下量为10〜40%,每锻造4〜6道次后回炉退火,退火温度为400〜430 °C,退火时间1〜3h,直 至得到镁合金饼材直径Φ 690〜Φ 700mm,厚度100〜11Omm; F. 时效处理,时效制度175 °C/36h;时效后,AQ80M饼材在室温下抗拉强度彡330MPa,屈 服强度彡190MPa,延伸率彡6%,150°C下抗拉强度彡200MPa,屈服强度彡160MPa,延伸率彡 30% 〇
2. 根据权利要求1所述的大直径AQ80M镁合金饼材挤锻集成成形工艺,其特征在于:B步 骤所述的加热挤压模具及挤压筒,温度保持在340〜370°C。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的大直径AQ80M镁合金饼材挤锻集成成形工艺,其特征在于:C 步骤所述的将经过均匀化处理的AQ80M镁合金坯料在360〜380°C温度下保温1〜3h后,放入 预先加热的挤压筒中,在挤压机上进行挤压,挤压比为3.6〜4,挤压速度为1.2〜2.Omm/s。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的大直径AQ80M镁合金饼材挤锻集成成形工艺,其特征在于:E步 骤所述的锻造道次压下量为10〜30%,每锻造4〜6道次后回炉退火,退火温度为400〜410 °C,退火时间lh。
