Abstract

本发明公开的一种麻纤维毡增强聚氨酯汽车顶棚,其制备方法如下:将麻纤维毡上下两面均涂覆聚氨酯胶水,然后在麻纤维毡的上下两面同时喷水;依次将无纺布或淋膜无纺布、上述麻纤维毡、无纺布或淋膜无纺布叠放,并放入温度100~180℃的热模具中进行热压成型后,取出半成品冷却;在上述半成品的表面喷涂胶粘剂或平铺热熔胶膜,然后在其上面平铺装饰层,在80~140℃的模具中热压20~90秒,冷却后水刀切割,得到汽车顶棚。本发明的汽车顶棚采用麻纤维替代玻璃纤维,更加绿色环保,重量轻,且麻纤维毡本身的透气性以及低VOC,使顶棚具有更加优异的吸音性能和较低的气味性,符合现代汽车内饰环保、轻量化、低气味、吸音的要求。

Description

一种麻纤维毡增强聚氨酯汽车顶棚及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种麻纤维毡增强聚氨酯汽车顶棚及其制备方法,属于聚氨酯复合材料领域。
背景技术
顶棚内饰是汽车整车内饰的重要组成部分,它的主要作用是提高车内的装饰性,同时顶棚内饰还可提高车内与车外的隔热、绝热效果;降低车内噪声,提高吸音效果;提高乘坐的舒适性和安全性。由于太阳直射车顶,汽车顶部温度较高,因此顶棚内饰的耐热性和耐候性指标要求较严。
随着汽车行业的发展,对顶棚内饰的要求除上述的功能性要求外,要求顶棚的重量更轻、吸音效果更好、VOC更低,同时要兼顾绿色环保以及生物相容性等。
当前公布的关于聚氨酯汽车顶棚的生产方法主要包括以下两种:
(1)中国专利CN101367287B所提到的一种聚氨酯多层复合板的生产方法,该方法的具体步骤:a)将短切的玻璃纤维和热熔胶粉播撒在复合机的传送带上,热压复合成膜,冷却、收卷,得到胶玻膜;b)在复合生产线的工作台上自下而上依次放卷、叠放、平铺无纺布、胶玻膜和粘接膜,然后放置聚氨酯硬泡板,再在聚氨酯硬泡板上自下而上依次放卷、叠放、平铺粘接膜、胶玻膜和热熔胶膜,经热压复合,冷却,得到聚氨酯多层复合板。该复合板再经过200℃的烘烤,然后送入冷模中进行冷切定型,经水切割后得到汽车顶棚。该方法是俗称的“干法”汽车顶棚生产工艺,该方法的缺点在于生产的能耗高,吸音效果差,由于采用热塑性材料,产品的刚性以及耐温性能都不好。
(2)中国专利CN101337526B所提到的一种PU软泡顶衬的湿法生产工艺,该工艺包括如下步骤:a)采用滚胶机在PU泡沫板的上下表面滚涂60-180g/m2的单组份聚氨酯胶粘剂;b)自下而上依次叠铺淋膜无纺布、玻纤毡、PU泡沫板、玻纤毡、面料,放入模具中压制成型,其中模具温度控制在130~140℃,压制时间55s;c)冷却定型、水切得到汽车顶棚。该方法的缺点在于生产中多种材料互相叠加,工艺复杂,并且产品的性能以及不良率过份依赖PU泡沫板性能,由于PU泡沫的采用,产品的VOC值仍然较高。
发明内容
针对上述汽车顶棚材料及其生产方法的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种重量轻、VOC值低、绿色环保基材、生产工艺简单的聚氨酯汽车顶棚及其制备方法。
本发明的麻纤维毡增强聚氨酯汽车顶棚,其材料包括如下结构:自下而上依次为无纺布或淋膜无纺布、浸胶的麻纤维毡、无纺布或淋膜无纺布、胶粘剂或热熔胶膜、表面装饰层。
麻纤维毡增强聚氨酯汽车顶棚的制备方法,步骤如下:
将麻纤维毡通过聚氨酯滚胶机,使其上下两面均涂覆聚氨酯胶水,然后在麻纤维毡的上下两面同时喷水;依次将无纺布或淋膜无纺布、上述麻纤维毡、无纺布或淋膜无纺布叠放,并放入温度100~180℃的热模具中进行热压成型,时间30~120秒,取出半成品,并冷却;在上述半成品的表面喷涂胶粘剂或平铺热熔胶膜,然后在其上面平铺装饰层,在80~140℃的模具中热压20~90秒,取出冷却,并进行水刀切割,即得到汽车顶棚。
本发明中,所说的麻纤维毡是按质量比天然纤维:合成纤维=80-100:20-0混合,经过无纺设备梳理、成网、针刺,得到厚度5-20mm,克重300-1500g/m2的麻纤维毡;天然纤维包括:苎麻、黄麻、剑麻、蕉麻、青麻、大麻、亚麻、罗布麻和槿麻等中的一种或几种;合成纤维包括:聚乙烯纤维、聚丙烯纤维、尼龙纤维、涤沦纤维中的一种或几种;
所说的聚氨酯胶水,是一种无溶剂的聚氨酯预聚体,具体是:按重量比计,将30%-50%多元醇,包括:羟值25-700mgKOH/g聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇中的一种或几种的混合物;0-10%小分子交联剂,包括:乙二醇、一缩二丙二醇、甘油、1,4-丁二醇、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺中的一种或几种的混合物;40%-70%异氰酸酯,包括:多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚醚改性异氰酸酯、液化二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯及其衍生物中的一种或几种的混合物;0-5%助剂,包括:催化剂、流平剂、消泡剂、稳定剂、偶联剂等,在反应釜中混合并加温至60-80℃,混合时间2-4小时,冷却,即得聚氨酯胶水;
所说的聚氨酯滚胶机,是一种四辊间隙可调式滚胶机,通过辊间隙的大小控制胶量,是一种湿法聚氨酯泡沫顶棚常用的设备;
所说的水,包括自来水、井水、纯净水、矿泉水、湖水等淡水中的一种或几种水的混合物,其喷洒量为聚氨酯胶水重量的0.1%-4%。
该汽车顶棚具有以下有益的效果:(1)本发明创造性地采用麻纤维毡做为汽车顶棚的骨架材料,重量轻且环保,替代玻璃纤维等高能耗的增强材料,是一种绿色环保产品;(2)本发明在麻纤维的表面涂覆聚氨酯胶水进行固化成型,保证了产品的透气性,同时有利于产品中的VOC在短时间内散发,保证车内VOC在短时间内降至最低;(3)麻纤维的厚度和纤维直径的细度,保证了顶棚具有良好的吸音性以及隔热性,满足现代汽车的要求。

实施例1
(a)麻纤维毡的制备:按质量比将50%的苎麻纤维、40%的亚麻纤维、10%的涤纶纤维采用无纺设备对混合纤维进行开松、梳理、铺网、针刺,得到500g/m2的、厚度10mm的针刺毡;
(b)聚氨酯胶水的制备:将35Kg的聚醚多元醇GY-5000E(国都化工,羟值31-35mgKOH/g,甘油起始剂,官能度3),5Kg乙二醇,30Kg的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,25Kg的多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯,5Kg的KH550硅烷偶联剂,混合并加热至70℃,混合时间3小时,冷却备用。
(c)将上述麻纤维毡通过聚氨酯滚胶机,使其上下两面均涂覆约100g/m2上述聚氨酯胶水,然后在麻纤维毡的上下两面同时喷水,约3g/m2;依次将40g/m2无纺布或淋膜无纺布、麻纤维毡、25g/m2无纺布或淋膜无纺布叠放,并放入温度130℃的热模具中进行热压成型,时间75秒,取出半成品,并冷却;在上述半成品的表面喷涂胶粘剂或平铺热熔胶膜,然后在其上面平铺装饰层,在120℃的模具中热压40秒,取出冷却,并进行水刀切割,即得到汽车顶棚A1。
实施例2
(a)麻纤维毡的制备:按质量比将35%的剑麻纤维、50%的黄麻纤维、15%的丙纶纤维采用无纺设备对混合纤维进行开松、梳理、铺网、针刺,得到700g/m2的、厚度13mm的针刺毡;
(b)聚氨酯胶水的制备:将20Kg的聚醚多元醇DP-1000(国都化工,羟值108-116mgKOH/g,官能度2),20Kg的聚醚多元醇GY-1000(国都化工,羟值158-178mgKOH/g,官能度3),8Kg一缩二丙二醇,20Kg的液化二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,30Kg的多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯,2Kg的KH570硅烷偶联剂,混合并加热至90℃,混合时间2小时,冷却备用。
将上述麻纤维毡通过聚氨酯滚胶机,使其上下两面均涂覆约80g/m2上述聚氨酯胶水,然后在麻纤维毡的上下两面同时喷水,约3g/m2;依次将45g/m2无纺布或淋膜无纺布、麻纤维毡、25g/m2无纺布或淋膜无纺布叠放,并放入温度150℃的热模具中进行热压成型,时间65秒,取出半成品,并冷却;在上述半成品的表面喷涂胶粘剂,然后在其上面平铺装饰层,在100℃的模具中热压38秒,取出冷却,并进行水刀切割,即得到汽车顶棚A2。
实施例3
(a)麻纤维毡的制备:按质量比将20%的亚麻纤维、30%的槿麻纤维、30%的蕉麻纤维、20%的丙纶纤维采用无纺设备对混合纤维进行开松、梳理、铺网、针刺,得到1200g/m2的、厚度20mm的针刺毡;
(b)聚氨酯胶水的制备:将20Kg的聚醚多元醇DP-2000(国都化工,羟值54-58mgKOH/g,官能度2),30Kg的聚醚多元醇GY-700(国都化工,羟值225-255mgKOH/g,官能度3),5Kg甘油,5Kg乙二醇,10Kg的甲苯二异氰酸酯,40Kg的多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯,混合并加热至80℃,混合时间3小时,冷却备用。

实施例4
(c)麻纤维毡的制备:按质量比将50%的亚麻纤维、50%黄麻纤维采用无纺设备对混合纤维进行开松、梳理、铺网、针刺,得到900g/m2的、厚度13mm的针刺毡;
(d)聚氨酯胶水的制备:将25Kg的聚醚多元醇DP-4000(国都化工,羟值26-30mgKOH/g,官能度2),35Kg的聚醚多元醇GY-1000(国都化工,羟值158-178mgKOH/g,官能度3),18Kg的甲苯二异氰酸酯,32Kg的多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯,混合并加热至80℃,混合时间3小时,冷却备用。
将上述麻纤维毡通过聚氨酯滚胶机,使其上下两面均涂覆约90g/m2上述聚氨酯胶水,然后在麻纤维毡的上下两面同时喷水,约1.8g/m2;依次将60g/m2无纺布或淋膜无纺布、麻纤维毡、35g/m2无纺布或淋膜无纺布叠放,并放入温度160℃的热模具中进行热压成型,时间70秒,取出半成品,并冷却;在上述半成品的表面喷涂胶粘剂,然后在其上面平铺装饰层,在100℃的模具中热压45秒,取出冷却,并进行水刀切割,即得到汽车顶棚A4。

Claims (8)

1.一种麻纤维毡增强聚氨酯汽车顶棚,其特征在于,该汽车顶棚的材料包括如下结构:自下而上依次有无纺布或淋膜无纺布、双面浸胶的麻纤维毡、无纺布或淋膜无纺布、胶粘剂或热熔胶膜、表面装饰层,所述的麻纤维毡双面涂覆聚氨酯胶水。
2.一种麻纤维毡增强聚氨酯汽车顶棚的制备方法,其特征是步骤如下:
将麻纤维毡通过聚氨酯滚胶机,使其上下两面均涂覆聚氨酯胶水,然后在麻纤维毡的上下两面同时喷水;依次将无纺布或淋膜无纺布、上述麻纤维毡、无纺布或淋膜无纺布叠放,并放入温度100~180℃的热模具中进行热压成型,时间30~120秒,取出半成品,并冷却;在上述半成品的表面喷涂胶粘剂或平铺热熔胶膜,然后在其上面平铺装饰层,在80~140℃的模具中热压20~90秒,取出冷却,并进行水刀切割,即得到汽车顶棚。
3.根据权利要求2所述的麻纤维毡增强聚氨酯汽车顶棚的制备方法,其特征在于所述的麻纤维毡是按质量比天然纤维:合成纤维=80-100:20-0混合,经过无纺设备梳理、成网、针刺,得到厚度5-20mm,克重300-1500g/m2的麻纤维毡;所述的天然纤维包括:苎麻、黄麻、剑麻、蕉麻、青麻、大麻、亚麻、罗布麻和槿麻中的一种或几种;合成纤维包括:聚乙烯纤维、聚丙烯纤维、尼龙纤维、涤沦纤维中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的麻纤维毡增强聚氨酯汽车顶棚的制备方法,其特征在于所述的聚氨酯胶水,是一种无溶剂的聚氨酯预聚体,具体是:按质量比计,将30%-50%多元醇,0-10%小分子交联剂,40%-70%异氰酸酯,及0-5%助剂在反应釜中混合并加温至60-80℃,混合时间2-4小时,冷却,即得聚氨酯胶水。
5.根据权利要求4所述的麻纤维毡增强聚氨酯汽车顶棚的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的多元醇为:羟值25-700mgKOH/g聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇中的一种或几种的混合物。
6.根据权利要求4所述的麻纤维毡增强聚氨酯汽车顶棚的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的小分子交联剂为:乙二醇、一缩二丙二醇、甘油、1,4-丁二醇、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺中的一种或几种的混合物。
7.根据权利要求4所述的麻纤维毡增强聚氨酯汽车顶棚的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的异氰酸酯为:多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚醚改性异氰酸酯、液化二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯及其衍生物中的一种或几种的混合物。
8.根据权利要求2所述的麻纤维毡增强聚氨酯汽车顶棚的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的向麻纤维毡喷水,其喷洒量为涂覆聚氨酯胶水重量的0.1%-4%。
