本发明提供一种塑料薄膜分切装置,包括工作台、送料辊和收料辊,所述送料辊和收料辊位于工作台上部的两端;所述工作台的两端还设置有送料电机和收料电机;所述送料电机和分料电机分别与送料辊和收料辊相连接;所述送料辊和收料辊之间的工作台上还设置有两个抚平辊;所述两个抚平辊之间还设置有刀架;所述刀架的侧部设置有导轨;所述导轨上设置有若干滑块;任意所述滑块的侧部活动连接有连接杆;所述连接杆的下部设置有切刀;所述刀架的输出方向上设置有静电棒;所述静电棒与工作台内的静电发生器相连接。本发明的有益之处在于:结构简单,使用方便,能够有效的减少薄膜因切割而产生的卷曲现象。

Description

一种塑料薄膜分切装置
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料薄膜加工设备,特别是涉及一种塑料薄膜分切装置。
(二)背景技术
塑料薄膜是用聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯以及其他树脂制成的薄膜,用于包装,以及用作覆膜层。塑料包装及塑料包装产品在市场上所占的份额越来越大,特别是复合塑料软包装,已经广泛地应用于食品、医药、化工等领域,其中又以食品包装所占比例最大,比如饮料包装、速冻食品包装、蒸煮食品包装、快餐食品包装等,这些产品都给人们生活带来了极大的便利。现有的塑料薄膜加工设备在切割的时候薄膜会发生卷曲,对后期的收集等带来不便,因此有必要对现有的塑料薄膜加工设备进行改进,使其能够避免这种现象的发生。
(三)发明内容
为了克服现有塑料薄膜加工设备的不足之处,本发明提供了一种塑料薄膜分切装置。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
本方案的一种塑料薄膜分切装置,包括工作台、送料辊和收料辊,所述送料辊和收料辊位于工作台上部的两端;所述工作台的两端还设置有送料电机和收料电机;所述送料电机和分料电机分别与送料辊和收料辊相连接;所述送料辊和收料辊之间的工作台上还设置有两个抚平辊;所述两个抚平辊之间还设置有刀架;所述刀架的侧部设置有导轨;所述导轨上设置有若干滑块;任意所述滑块的侧部活动连接有连接杆;所述连接杆的下部设置有切刀。
进一步,所述刀架的输出方向上设置有静电棒。
进一步,所述静电棒与工作台内的静电发生器相连接。
本发明的有益之处在于:结构简单,使用方便,能够有效的减少薄膜因切割而产生的卷曲现象。

下面结合附图对本发明的一种实施方式做出简要说明。
如图1的一种塑料薄膜分切装置,包括工作台1、送料辊2和收料辊3,所述送料辊2和收料辊3位于工作台1上部的两端;所述工作台1的两端还设置有送料电机4和收料电机5;所述送料电机4和收料电机5分别与送料辊2和收料辊3相连接;所述送料辊3和收料辊3之间的工作台1上还设置有两个抚平辊6;所述两个抚平辊6之间还设置有刀架7;所述刀架7的侧部设置有导轨8;所述导轨8上设置有若干滑块9;任意所述滑块9的侧部活动连接有连接杆10;所述连接杆10的下部设置有切刀11;所述刀架7的输出方向上设置有静电棒12;所述静电棒12与工作台1内的静电发生器13相连接。
