Abstract
本发明公开了一种切割包装膜的装置,包括用于放置包装膜的垫板以及切割机构,所述垫板上设有用于将包装膜的两个对应端部压紧固定的压头,所述切割机构包括固定板、驱动固定板在竖直方向上移动的驱动机构、穿设于固定板上且与固定板滑动配合的导杆以及驱动固定板沿着导杆运动的电机,所述固定板朝向垫板一侧上设有多个并列布置的切刀。本发明使用时,首先通过压头将包装膜压紧固定,然后开启驱动机构,驱动机构加工驱动固定板向下运动,从而使得固定板上的切刀将包装膜切割成多块,本发明操作方便,可以一次切割出多块包装膜,提高了切割效率。

技术领域
本发明属于包装膜技术领域,具体涉及一种切割包装膜的装置。
背景技术
目前,包装膜在我们的生产生活中应用的越来越广泛,包装膜一般是用聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯以及其他树脂制成的塑料膜,用于包装以及用作覆膜层,塑料包装及塑料包装产品在市场上所占的份额越来越大,已经广泛地应用于食品、医药、化工等领域,利用包装膜制成包装袋,将产品进行包装,比如饮料包装、速冻食品包装、蒸煮食品包装、快餐食品包装等,这些都给人们生活带来了极大的便利。
现有包装膜生产时,需要将包装膜切割成多块大小的包装膜块,然后再进行后续的成型加工,现有切割装置结构复杂,成本较高,并且效率较低。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的问题,本发明提供了一种切割包装膜的装置,结构简单,操作方便。
本发明的技术方案为:一种切割包装膜的装置,包括用于放置包装膜的垫板以及切割机构,所述垫板上设有用于将包装膜的两个对应端部压紧固定的压头,所述切割机构包括固定板、驱动固定板在竖直方向上移动的驱动机构、穿设于固定板上且与固定板滑动配合的导杆以及驱动固定板沿着导杆运动的电机,所述固定板朝向垫板一侧上设有多个并列布置的切刀。
作为优选,所述压头上设有用于驱动压头在竖直方向上移动的气缸。
作为优选,所述驱动机构为气缸。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果体现在:
本发明使用时,首先通过压头将包装膜压紧固定,然后开启驱动机构,驱动机构加工驱动固定板向下运动,从而使得固定板上的切刀将包装膜切割成多块,本发明除了可以进行纵向切割之外还可以进行横向切割,因此本发明的切割面积较大,本发明操作方便,可以一次切割出多块包装膜,提高了切割效率。

如图1所示,本发明包括用于放置包装膜的垫板1以及切割机构,所述垫板1上设有用于将包装膜的两个对应端部压紧固定的压头2,所述切割机构包括固定板3、驱动固定板3在竖直方向上移动的驱动机构4、穿设于固定板3上且与固定板3滑动配合的导杆8以及驱动固定板3沿着导杆运动的电机(图中未画出),所述固定板3朝向垫板1一侧上设有多个并列布置的切刀5。
所述压头2上设有用于驱动压头2在竖直方向上移动的气缸6。
所述驱动机构4为气缸。
本发明使用时,首先通过压头2将包装膜7压紧固定,然后开启驱动机构4,驱动机构4驱动固定板3向下运动,从而使得固定板3上的切刀5将包装膜切割成多块,本发明除了可以进行纵向切割之外还可以进行横向切割,因此本发明的切割面积较大,本发明操作方便,可以一次切割出多块包装膜,提高了切割效率。

1.一种切割包装膜的装置,其特征在于,包括用于放置包装膜的垫板以及切割机构,所述垫板上设有用于将包装膜的两个对应端部压紧固定的压头,所述切割机构包括固定板、驱动固定板在竖直方向上移动的驱动机构、穿设于固定板上且与固定板滑动配合的导杆以及驱动固定板沿着导杆运动的电机,所述固定板朝向垫板一侧上设有多个并列布置的切刀。
2.如权利要求1所述的切割包装膜的装置,其特征在于,所述压头上设有用于驱动压头在竖直方向上移动的气缸。
3.如权利要求1所述的切割包装膜的装置,其特征在于,所述驱动机构为气缸。
