一种治疗肺病的中药组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗肺病的中药组合物，具体来说，是一种治疗慢性支气管炎、支气管哮喘和阻塞性肺气肿的药物组合物，本发明还涉及该组合物的制备方法。
背景技术
慢阻肺病一般包括慢性支气管炎、支气管哮喘和阻塞性肺气肿，由于这些疾病的发病机理尚未完全阐明，使中西医在治疗上有很大局限性。中医一般采用化痰饮、止咳喘和健脾补肾之法，多采用二陈汤、小青龙汤、金匮肾气丸等，但疗效短暂，治愈率低并容易复发；西医只针对致敏原、过敏性变态和所表现的临床症状，采用抗炎、抗敏和解痉平喘的方法，使用氨茶碱、β受体兴奋剂、抗胆碱类、激素类及介质释放阻滞类等药物；只能暂时缓解症状，由于不能根治，使患者不得不长期服用，从而造成激素依赖、肥胖、内分泌紊乱等副作用。本发明人经过长期的研究发现，现有的这些治疗药物都忽视了对呼吸道局部因反感染造成的炎性溃疡病灶的修复治疗；对呼吸道局部炎症(炎性损害毛细血管网、肺组织肿胀压迫毛细血管、血液粘、凝、聚集性增高等)造成的血液循环障碍的治疗；对呼吸道反复感染致使肺间质纤维化造成气体交换膜增厚而气体弥散功障碍的治疗以及呼吸道局部病变(气道阻塞、气弥不良、组织器官缺氧而功能下降)导致整体功能减退，机体功能减退又反过来影响呼吸道局部病变的修复治疗从而在临床上一直没有确实有效治疗这些疾病又副作用较少的药物。
发明内容
本发明就是提供这样一种具有宣肺定喘和止咳祛痰功效又副作用较少的中药组合物，它能够通过修复气道病变组织、改变气道阻塞和高敏状态、消除咳、痰、哮喘症状来治疗慢阻肺病，尤其是慢性支气管炎、支气管哮喘和阻塞性肺气肿。
本发明同时还提供了该中药组合物的制备方法：
本发明所述的中药组合物主要包括由下列配比的中药材制得的活性成分：(按重量份计)射干3-20份，白芨1-10份，白僵蚕3-20份，木香3-15份，赤芍3-15份，川贝母10-50份，甘草3-15份，川芎3-20份，砂仁3-15份，半夏3-20份。其中优选为：(按重量份计)射干9-20份，白芨4-10份，白僵蚕5-15份，木香5-10份，赤芍5-10份，川贝母20-40份，甘草6-12份，川芎7-13份，砂仁5-11份，半夏9-15份。其中最佳为：(按 重量份计)射干15份，白芨8份，白僵蚕10份，木香8份，赤芍7份，川贝母35份，甘草10份，川芎9份、砂仁8份，半夏12份。
在制备本发明中药组合物中的活性成分时，当提取溶剂为水时，一般采用水煎法提取两次，每次用量都为中药材地3-30倍，优选25倍，提取时间第一次为1-5小时，第二次为0.2-5小时。当提取溶剂为醇时，一般采用回流提取法提取一次，溶剂用量为中药材重量的10-40倍，提取时间为2-6小时，提取温度为50-80℃，回收溶剂，把该提取液浓缩成相对密度为1-1.5(50℃热测)的稠膏。
本发明组合物具有宣肺定喘和止咳祛痰的功效，内服可治疗慢阻肺病，尤其是慢性支气管炎、支气管哮喘和阻塞性肺气肿，能够修复气道病变组织、改变气道阻塞和高敏状态、消除咳、痰、哮喘症状。
具体实施方式
实施例1
a)称取射干150克，白芨80克，白僵蚕100克，木香80克，赤芍70克，川贝母350克，甘草100克，川芎90克，砂仁80克，半夏120克；
b)其中把100克白僵蚕，120克的川贝母，140克白芨、60克射干和32克的砂仁粉碎，过140目筛备用；
c)将剩余药材使用95％的乙醇浸提两次，第一次加入25倍提取5小时，第二次加15倍提取2.5小时，合并提取液，过滤，浓缩成相对密度为1-1.5(50℃热测)的稠膏；
d)步骤b)中制得的药粉的80％与步骤c)中制得的稠膏混匀，制丸并先用步骤b)中制得的药粉的20％包衣，在50-100℃干燥，再用1％的赭石粉包衣，打光即得。

Claims (4)

1.一种治疗肺病的中药组合物，其特征在于它包括由下列原料制成的活性成分和/或药学上可接受的附加剂：射干3-20重量份，白芨1-10重量份，白僵蚕3-20重量份，木香3-15重量份，赤芍3-15重量份，川贝母10-50重量份，甘草3-15重量份，川芎3-20重量份，砂仁3-15重量份，半夏3-20重量份。
2.根据权利要求1的中药组合物，其中的活性成分是由下列原料制成的：射干9-20重量份，白芨4-10重量份，白僵蚕5-15重量份，木香5-10重量份，赤芍5-10重量份，川贝母20-40重量份，甘草6-12重量份，川芎7-13重量份，砂仁5-11重量份，半夏9-15重量份。
3.根据权利要求1的中药组合物，其中的活性成分是由下列原料制成的：射干15重量份，白芨8重量份，白僵蚕10重量份，木香8重量份，赤芍7重量份，川贝母35重量份，甘草10重量份，川芎9重量份、砂仁8重量份，半夏12重量份。
4.一种制备治疗肺病的中药组合物的方法，它包括下列步骤：a)按下列重量份称取：射干3-20份，白芨1-10份，白僵蚕3-20份，木香3-15份，赤芍3-15份，川贝母10-50份，甘草3-15份，川芎3-20份，砂仁3-15份，半夏3-20份，备用；b)把全部用量的白僵蚕、川贝母用量的1-60％、白芨用量的1-60％、射干用量的1-60％和砂仁用量的1-60％粉碎，混匀，过140目筛制成粉末，备用；c)把剩余的中药材经过水或醇提取制成50℃热测相对密度为1-1.5的水或醇提取液的浓缩稠膏，其中提取溶剂为水时，采用水煎法提取两次，每次用量都为中药材的3-30倍，提取时间第一次为1-5小时，第二次为0.2-5小时，合并两次水煎液，浓缩；当提取溶剂为醇时，采用回流提取法提取一次，溶剂用量为中药材重量的10-40倍，提取时间为2-6小时，提取温度为50-80℃，回收溶剂，浓缩；d)把步骤b)中制得的药粉的80-90％与步骤c)中制得的稠膏混匀，制丸并先用步骤b)中剩余的药粉进行第一层包衣，再用1％的赭石粉进行第二层包衣，打光。
