Abstract

本发明揭示了一种载药专用热熔压敏胶,其各组分按照重量份数为:苯乙烯‑异戊二烯‑苯乙烯嵌段共聚物热塑性弹性体20‑45份、丙烯酸树脂1‑5份、苯乙烯‑丁二烯‑苯乙烯嵌段共聚物热塑性弹性体5‑20份、增粘剂20‑35份、增塑剂10‑15份、抑菌剂5‑12份、抗老化剂0.01‑1份以及抗氧化剂余量,所述增粘剂选用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮与石油树脂、松香树脂、萜稀树脂、萜稀‑苯乙烯树脂、香豆酮‑萜稀类树脂中的一种混合而成的混合物,所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮在所述增粘剂的重量占为50%以上。本发明粘贴性持久、耐候耐热、抑菌效果佳,载药效果好且成本低。

Description

一种载药专用热熔压敏胶
【技术领域】
本发明属于医用材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种载药专用热熔压敏胶。
【背景技术】
热熔压敏胶在适当的高温下可产生极佳的热粘性,在室温下呈固态,以手指或轻微压力即可产生良好的粘接效果。同普通热熔压敏胶相比,医用热熔压敏胶直接与皮肤接触,因此必须具有低过敏性、透湿性佳、粘附性适中、载药量高等要求。
于2012年07月11日公开的中国专利第CN201210022935.0号专利揭露一种苯乙烯系热熔压敏胶及制备方法,其是通过在苯乙烯系热塑弹性体分子中引入极性基团,并配以极性调节剂,改变传统的苯乙烯系热塑弹性体基热熔压敏胶基质的亲脂性特点,同时,采用没有改性的苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物或苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物树脂调节体系的黏附性能,恢复因极性基团的引入而导致的压敏性能损失。本发明的效果和益处是不仅能够保留苯乙烯系热塑弹性体基热熔压敏胶的优点,而且所形成的体系具有满足不同药物要求的释放通道,是制备药物经皮给药贴剂的理想基质材料。但该种苯乙烯系热熔压敏胶的抑菌效果未到达最佳状态,载药效果不是最优化效果。
因此,有必要提供一种新的载药专用热熔压敏胶来解决上述问题。
【发明内容】
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种载药专用热熔压敏胶,粘贴性持久、耐候耐热、抑菌效果佳,载药效果好且成本低。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现上述目的:一种载药专用热熔压敏胶,其各组分按照重量份数为:苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物热塑性弹性体20-45份、丙烯酸树脂1-5份、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物热塑性弹性体5-20份、增粘剂20-35份、增塑剂10-15份、抑菌剂5-12份、抗老化剂0.01-1份以及抗氧化剂余量,所述增粘剂选用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮与石油树脂、松香树脂、萜稀树脂、萜稀-苯乙烯树脂、香豆酮-萜稀类树脂中的一种混合而成的混合物,所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮在所述增粘剂的重量占为50%以上。
进一步的,所述增塑剂选用橡胶油、聚苯乙烯、聚异戊二烯、天然橡胶、环烷油中的一种。
进一步的,所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮是由N-乙烯吡咯烷酮、过氧化氢、过氧化物聚合反应后烘干得到的K值大于95的白色粉末。
进一步的,所述抑菌剂选用绿豆发酵液与芦荟萃取液的混合物,其混合比为1:1。
进一步的,所述抗氧化剂选用四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯的多元受阻酚型抗氧化剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明一种载药专用热熔压敏胶的有益效果在于:粘贴性持久、耐候耐热、抑菌效果佳,载药效果好且成本低。具体的,
1)在增粘剂选用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,能够提高各个组分的溶解度,便于各个组分能够充分混合均匀;且采用K值大于95的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,大大提高了热熔压敏胶的粘性,进一步提高热熔压敏胶粘性的持久性,使得热熔压敏胶的长期效果更佳;
2)在提高粘性的同时也提高了热熔压敏胶与皮肤的贴合度,保障了热熔压敏胶周边的密封性,防止了外界细菌的入侵;
3)通过熔融接枝丙烯酸丁酯等极性基团,大大提高了热熔压敏胶的极性,制得的热熔型压敏胶持粘性能和剥离性能明显提高;且对于药物的释放性具有显著提高;
4)通过添加天然无毒的绿豆发酵液与芦荟萃取液的混合物作为抑菌剂,提高了热熔压敏胶的抑菌功能,起到了更好保护伤口的功能。
【具体实施方式】
本发明为一种载药专用热熔压敏胶,其各组分按照重量份数为:SIS热塑性弹性体(苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物)20-30份、丙烯酸树脂1-5份、SBS热塑性弹性体(苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物)5-20份、增粘剂30-50份、增塑剂10-15份、抑菌剂5-12份、抗老化剂0.01-1份以及抗氧化剂余量,所述增粘剂选用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮与石油树脂、松香树脂、萜稀树脂、萜稀-苯乙烯树脂、香豆酮-萜稀类树脂中的一种混合而成的混合物,所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮在所述增粘剂的重量占为50%以上。
本实施例采用SIS热塑性弹性体与SBS热塑性弹性体两者混合作为热熔压敏胶的基体,大大降低了制造成本;在混合基体的基础上,添加丙烯酸树脂,通过熔融接枝丙烯酸丁酯等极性基团,大大提高了热熔压敏胶的极性,制得的热熔型压敏胶持粘性能和剥离性能明显提高;且对于药物的释放性具有显著提高。
所述增塑剂选用橡胶油、聚苯乙烯、聚异戊二烯、天然橡胶、环烷油中的一种。所述增塑剂主要用于提高热熔压敏胶的塑性与柔性,便于各个组分充分搅拌均匀,最后成型。
本实施例中应用的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮是由N-乙烯吡咯烷酮、过氧化氢、过氧化物聚合反应后烘干得到的K值大于95的白色粉末。所述增粘剂中还可添加以下各项中的一种或多种与聚乙烯吡咯烷酮构成混合物:石油树脂、松香树脂、萜稀树脂、萜稀-苯乙烯树脂以及香豆酮-萜稀类树脂。本实施例在所述增粘剂选用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮或含有聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的混合物,一方面能够提高各个组分的溶解度,便于各个组分能够充分混合均匀;另一方面本实施例采用K值大于95的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,根据K值越大,其粘度越大,粘接性越强,因此,大大提高了热熔压敏胶的粘性,提高载药效果,进一步提高热熔压敏胶粘性的持久性,使得热熔压敏胶的长期效果更佳;在提高粘性的同时也提高了热熔压敏胶与皮肤的贴合度,保障了热熔压敏胶周边的密封性,防止了外界细菌的入侵。
所述抑菌剂选用绿豆发酵液与芦荟萃取液的混合物,其混合比为1:1。在本实施例的热熔压敏胶中,通过添加天然无毒的绿豆发酵液与芦荟萃取液的混合物作为抑菌剂,提高了热熔压敏胶的抑菌功能,起到了更好保护药物功效的功能。
所述抗氧化剂选用四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯的多元受阻酚型抗氧化剂。所述抗氧化剂的目的是防止热熔压敏胶在制备过程中高分子被氧化或降解。
为了验证本实施例热熔压敏胶的有益效果,选用几组按照本实施例提供的配比和组分得到的实施例(表1中的实施例1-3)与缺少本实施例中的某一种或多种组分得到的比较例(表1中的比较例1-3)进行了性能测试,其实施例1-3与比较例1-3的组分配比如表1所示,性能对比结果如表2所示。

根据表2的性能测试结果可看出,实施例1-3在持粘性、剥离强度、抑菌率和药物释放性上均具有较大的优势,通过与比较例1-3相比,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮在持粘性、剥离强度的性能上起到了比较大的影响作用;抑菌剂在抑菌率的性能上起到了较大的影响作用;丙烯酸树脂在药物释放性性能上起了较大的影响作用,这样与本实施例的研发思想一致。
本实施例载药专用热熔压敏胶的有益效果在于:粘贴性持久、耐候耐热、抑菌效果佳,载药效果好且成本低。具体的,
1)在增粘剂选用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,能够提高各个组分的溶解度,便于各个组分能够充分混合均匀;且采用K值大于95的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,大大提高了热熔压敏胶的粘性,进一步提高热熔压敏胶粘性的持久性,使得热熔压敏胶的长期效果更佳;
2)在提高粘性的同时也提高了热熔压敏胶与皮肤的贴合度,保障了热熔压敏胶周边的密封性,防止了外界细菌的入侵;

1.一种载药专用热熔压敏胶,其特征在于:其各组分按照重量份数为:苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物热塑性弹性体20-45份、丙烯酸树脂1-5份、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物热塑性弹性体5-20份、增粘剂20-35份、增塑剂10-15份、抑菌剂5-12份、抗老化剂0.01-1份以及抗氧化剂余量,所述增粘剂选用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮与石油树脂、松香树脂、萜稀树脂、萜稀-苯乙烯树脂、香豆酮-萜稀类树脂中的一种混合而成的混合物,所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮在所述增粘剂的重量占为50%以上。
2.如权利要求1所述的载药专用热熔压敏胶,其特征在于:所述增塑剂选用橡胶油、聚苯乙烯、聚异戊二烯、天然橡胶、环烷油中的一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的载药专用热熔压敏胶,其特征在于:所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮是由N-乙烯吡咯烷酮、过氧化氢、过氧化物聚合反应后烘干得到的K值大于95的白色粉末。
4.如权利要求1所述的载药专用热熔压敏胶,其特征在于:所述抑菌剂选用绿豆发酵液与芦荟萃取液的混合物,其混合比为1:1。
5.如权利要求1所述的载药专用热熔压敏胶,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂选用四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯的多元受阻酚型抗氧化剂。
