Abstract
本发明的目的是提供一种氯醚橡胶涡轮增压冷端胶管及其制造方法,包括适合大口径挤出的氯醚橡胶配方和挤出工艺,产品的耐热性能和耐油性能优异。本发明的氯醚橡胶涡轮增压胶管为三层结构,包括内胶层A、增强层B、外胶层C,内胶层和外胶层为氯醚橡胶,增强层为芳纶纤维。氯醚橡胶内胶层和外胶层由下列组分组成:氯醚橡胶100份;炭黑(N330)40~60份;己二酸醚酯(RS‑107)7~10份;硬脂酸0.5~1份;脂肪酸酯1~2份;碳酸钙5份;氧化镁3份;硫化剂1~2份。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车使用的氯醚橡胶涡轮增压胶管及其制造方法,更具体的说是涉及一种汽车涡轮增压系统使用的一段橡胶软管的涡轮增压中冷器冷端胶管及其制造方法。
背景技术
氯醚橡胶(ECO)具有优良的耐热性、气密性、耐臭氧、耐低温、耐油性、耐天候老化等突出性能,与丙烯酸酯橡胶相比价格较低,与氯化聚乙烯橡胶相比耐低温、加工性能好,与氯丁橡胶相比耐热性、耐臭氧突出。已经广泛用于汽车燃油系统燃油、燃油蒸气胶管,随着汽车环保燃油排放要求的提高,用量不断增加。
随着涡轮增压发动机汽车的比例不断增加,涡轮增压胶管的需求不断增加,这一发展趋势要求涡轮增压胶管的耐环境老化好、使用寿命长,材料成本合理。目前挤出氯醚橡胶燃油胶管工艺生产配方工艺,不能满足涡轮增压胶管要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种氯醚橡胶涡轮增压冷端胶管及其制造方法,包括适合大口径挤出的氯醚橡胶配方和挤出工艺,产品的耐热性能和耐油性能优异。
本发明的氯醚橡胶涡轮增压胶管为三层结构,包括内胶层A、增强层B、外胶层C,内胶层和外胶层为氯醚橡胶,增强层为芳纶纤维。氯醚橡胶内胶层和外胶层由下列组分组成:氯醚橡胶 100份 炭黑(N330) 40~60份 己二酸醚酯(RS-107) 7~10份 硬脂酸 0.5~1份脂肪酸酯 1~2份 碳酸钙 5份 氧化镁 3份硫化剂 1~2份
氯醚橡胶涡轮增压胶管的具体制备方法如下:
1)胶料混炼
将所述氯醚橡胶配方各组分橡胶层组分的生胶重量、小料料重量、炭黑重量配料;将各组分投入密炼机混炼,排胶温度125℃,再入开炼机薄通三次,辊距<1.5mm,下片,冷却,停放。
2)管坯制造
挤出内管:
氯醚橡胶挺性较差,挤出后的内胶管要立即喷水冷却增加挺性,挤出机头温度60~70℃,温度过高胶料容易焦烧。挤出机各段温度为螺杆40~50℃,喂料段40~50℃,塑化段50~60℃,机头60~70℃。挤出内胶厚度按胶管总壁厚定,不低于总壁厚的50%。
编织增强层:
胶管增强层位于内胶层和外交层之间,采用芳纶纤维针织结构,芳纶纤维强度高、热稳定性高,针织密度不能太密也不能太疏,针织太密网孔小,不利于胶料渗透,玻璃强度低;针织结构太疏,单位面积线的根数少,胶管爆破强度低,调整挤出速度与针织机转速配比,可以达到理想的针织密度效果。
挤出外胶层:
外层胶由T型机头挤出机挤出,内胶管经编织过后通过外胶挤出机挤出外胶,挤出膨胀率4~6%,挤挤出机各段温度为螺杆45~55℃,喂料段45~55℃,塑化段55~65℃,机头65~75℃,。外胶厚度根据总厚度和内胶厚度决定,根据胶料挤出膨胀率和编织后的内胶外径选择合适的口型、芯型。
挤出的管坯根据成品长度定长切割、停放。
3)硫化
氯醚橡胶采用二段硫化工艺,第一段模压或蒸汽加压硫化定型。第二段在150℃热空气中常压硫化2~4小时。二段硫化的目的是去除一段硫化产生的有害低分子反应物,提高硫化深度,稳定产品物理机械性能。一段硫化条件蒸汽压力0.65MPa,时间30分钟。二段硫化条件热空气温度150℃,时间2小时。
本发明是采用氯醚橡胶来生产涡轮增压软管,胶管性能好,使用寿命长,采用连续挤出生产线生产半成品管坯,生产效率高,克服了氯醚橡胶挺性差易塌陷的缺点,管坯外观平整光滑、尺寸稳定、无塌陷。

生产一种氯醚橡胶涡轮增压胶管具体实施方法介绍如下:
一种氯醚橡胶涡轮增压胶管内径54±0.5mm,壁厚5±0.5mm,长度292±3mm
所述的橡胶软管内管橡胶层由下列组分组成:
制造工艺流程:
胶料混炼:
将经检验合格的原料氯醚橡胶生胶和配合剂辅料按生产配方比例称量,将各组分投入密炼机混炼,下片,冷却,停放。
挤出内管:
在挤出机上挤出内管。挤出机各段温度为螺杆40~50℃,喂料段40~50℃,塑化段50~60℃,机头60~70℃。挤出内胶厚3.2mm。
编织增强层:
增强层采用杜邦KEVLAR 1670dtex芳纶纤维,平针结构,针织机牵引速度4m/min,针织机转速125转/min,
挤出外胶层:
外层胶由T型机头挤出,挤出机各段温度为螺杆45~55℃,喂料段45~55℃,塑化段55~65℃,机头65~75℃,。外胶层挤出厚度1.8mm。挤出的管坯经冷却、定长切割、停放。
4)硫化
硫化模具进硫化罐预热0.65MPa×10min,硫化模具上涂脱模剂,管坯套在模具上,进硫化罐一段硫化。一段硫化条件蒸汽压力0.65±0.05MPa,时间30分钟。一段硫化的胶管进行二段硫化,硫化在热烘箱中进行,硫化条件热空气温度150±3℃,时间2小时。
硫化后的胶管经清洗、打字得到产品。
Claims (4)
1.一种氯醚橡胶涡轮增压胶管为三层结构,包括内胶层A、增强层B、外胶层C,内胶层和外胶层为氯醚橡胶,增强层为芳纶纤维。
2.权利要求1所述的一种氯醚橡胶涡轮增压胶管,特征是其氯醚橡胶为环氧氯丙烷的均聚物,增强层为芳纶纤维。
3.权利要求1所述的一种氯醚橡胶涡轮增压管,橡胶配方组分包括:氯醚橡胶100份 炭黑(N330) 40~60份 己二酸醚酯(RS-107) 7~10份 硬脂酸0.5~1份 脂肪酸酯 1~2份碳酸钙 5份 氧化镁 3份 硫化剂1~2份。
4.权利要求1所述的一种氯醚橡胶涡轮增压管,制造方法特征包括:
1)管坯制造
挤出内管:挤出机各段温度为螺杆40~50℃,喂料段40~50℃,塑化段50~60℃,机头60~70℃。
增强层:针织机牵引速度3~6m/min,针织机转速100~140转/min,
挤出外胶层:外层胶挤出机各段温度为螺杆45~55℃,喂料段45~55℃,塑化段55~65℃,机头65~75℃,。
2)硫化成型
一段硫化条件蒸汽压力0.60~0.70MPa,时间30分钟。二段硫化条件热空气温度150±3℃,时间2小时。
