本发明公开了一种高光防水喷墨画布,包括A组分和B组分A组分包括位于基层的透明纸;B组分按重量份包括:聚异丁烯2‑13份、钛白粉8‑20份、氯乙酸甲酯 1‑8份、乙酸 3‑8份、硫酸亚铁 1‑5份、消泡剂0.1‑1份、聚乙烯醇1‑5.5份、丙烯酰胺6‑14份、聚羧酸系高性能减水剂3‑6份。本发明采用透明纸为基层,透明纸厚度只有五十分之一毫米,但强度可与消防服相媲美,即使加热也不容易膨胀,且防水性好,起到了更好的防水效果;在各组份中加入玻璃微球,可在光照的情况下反射光,让该油布更具有高光的效果。

本发明涉及油布技术领域,尤其涉及一种高光防水喷墨画布。
背景技术
随着电子信息技术的快速发展,数码产品技术得到了不断的突破,传统的照相与广告制作越来越多的采用数码喷绘技术。由于喷墨打印机技术具有打印速度快、易于彩色化、应用方便和无污染及同一画面的一致性等特点,使得喷墨打印防水油画布的应用越来越普遍。
但许多油画布都无防水作用,需要在喷墨打印后表面再作防水处理,给使用者带来麻烦,而且成本高。为此,我们提出一种高光防水喷墨画布。

优选的,聚异丁烯、钛白粉、氯乙酸甲酯、乙酸、硫酸亚铁的重量比为5-10:12-18:5-7:5-7:2-4。

S1、按配比将聚异丁烯、钛白粉、氯乙酸甲酯 、乙酸 、硫酸亚铁 、消泡剂、聚乙烯醇、丙烯酰胺、聚羧酸系高性能减水剂、淀粉、聚乙烯树脂、二甲基甲酰胺 、丙烯酰胺 、苯乙烯 、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸丁酯 、丙烯酸甲酯 、粘性增强剂、玻璃微球并导入反应釜中,加水搅拌,得到黏贴乳液;
S2、以透明纸为基层,在所述透明纸上均匀涂抹上黏贴乳液,待自然风干后,得到第一预料;
S3、在第一预料的表面均匀刷上黏贴乳液,并均匀铺洒一层玻璃微球,待自然风干后,得到第二预料;
S4、在第二预料的表面均匀刷上黏贴乳液,待自然风干后,即可制得高光防水喷墨画布。

S2、以透明纸为基层,在所述透明纸上均匀涂抹上黏贴乳液,待自然风干后,得到第一预料;
S3、在第一预料的表面均匀刷上黏贴乳液,并均匀铺洒一层玻璃微球,待自然风干后,得到第二预料;
S4、在第二预料的表面均匀刷上黏贴乳液,待自然风干后,即可制得高光防水喷墨画布。
