Abstract

本发明公开了一种在非金属波纹管表面形成防盐雾涂层的方法,该防盐雾涂层由如下重量份的原料制成:丁苯橡胶300‑360份,三元乙丙橡胶70‑80份,丙烯酸30‑40份,硬脂酸钠15‑25份,石蜡60‑70份,二苯基硅二醇20‑40份,过氧化苯甲酰8‑15份,石油醚10‑15份,石蜡油35‑40份,润滑油15‑25份。本发明的方法可以在非金属波纹管表面形成一个保护层,该保护层可以保护波纹管免受紫外线的直接照射和海水的侵蚀,该保护层的表面不易凝结结晶盐,结晶盐在防护层表面形成后会很快脱落而不是不断沉积,这样就大大延长了非金属波纹管的使用寿命,也省去了对波纹管的定期清理,节省了人力。

技术领域
本发明涉及波纹管制造领域,更确切地说,是一种在非金属波纹管表面形成防盐雾涂层的方法。
背景技术
在海洋开采船或者石油钻井平台上波纹管也得到了比较广泛的应用,以非金属波纹管居多,主要为塑料或者合成材料制成。这些波纹管很多需要长时间与海水接触,常常要经受大风速,强紫外线照射,高盐雾、卤水浸泡,这样在波纹管的表面会凝结一层很厚的结晶盐,腐蚀波纹管,还浪费人力做定期清洁,甚至需要更换波纹管。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种在非金属波纹管表面形成防盐雾涂层的方法。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种在非金属波纹管表面形成防盐雾涂层的方法,包含如下步骤:
①按重量份取丁苯橡胶300-360份,三元乙丙橡胶70-80份,丙烯酸30-40份,硬脂酸钠15-25份,石蜡60-70份,二苯基硅二醇20-40份,过氧化苯甲酰8-15份,石油醚10-15份,石蜡油35-40份,润滑油15-25份;
②将丁苯橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、丙烯酸、硬脂酸钠加入密炼机混炼,温度控制在105-115℃,混炼20-25分钟,再加入石蜡、二苯基硅二醇、过氧化苯甲酰,温度调节为90-95℃,混炼10-15分钟,再加入石油醚、石蜡油、润滑油,温度调节到65-70℃,混炼10-15分钟,得混合料;
③将混合料加入开炼机返炼,混炼胶经充分返炼后下薄片,将所得薄片放入粉碎机粉碎成颗粒料,然后将颗粒料置于甲苯溶剂内浸泡32-40小时,制得浓度为30-35%(W/W)的胶浆;
④将所得胶浆均匀喷涂在非金属波纹管表面,自然风干即可。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,步骤①中按重量份取丁苯橡胶340份,三元乙丙橡胶77份,丙烯酸38份,硬脂酸钠22份,石蜡66份,二苯基硅二醇29份,过氧化苯甲酰11份,石油醚13份,石蜡油37份,润滑油21份。
本发明的方法可以在非金属波纹管表面形成一个保护层,该保护层可以保护波纹管免受紫外线的直接照射和海水的侵蚀,该保护层的表面不易凝结结晶盐,结晶盐在防护层表面形成后会很快脱落而不是不断沉积,这样就大大延长了非金属波纹管的使用寿命,也省去了对波纹管的定期清理,节省了人力。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的优选实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
[实施例1]
①按重量份取丁苯橡胶300份,三元乙丙橡胶70份,丙烯酸30份,硬脂酸钠15份,石蜡60份,二苯基硅二醇20份,过氧化苯甲酰8份,石油醚10份,石蜡油35份,润滑油15份;
②将丁苯橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、丙烯酸、硬脂酸钠加入密炼机混炼,温度控制在105℃,混炼20分钟,再加入石蜡、二苯基硅二醇、过氧化苯甲酰,温度调节为90℃,混炼10分钟,再加入石油醚、石蜡油、润滑油,温度调节到65℃,混炼10分钟,得混合料;
③将混合料加入开炼机返炼,混炼胶经充分返炼后下薄片,将所得薄片放入粉碎机粉碎成颗粒料,然后将颗粒料置于甲苯溶剂内浸泡32小时,制得浓度为30%(W/W)的胶浆;
④将所得胶浆均匀喷涂在非金属波纹管表面,自然风干即可。
[实施例2]
①按重量份取丁苯橡胶360份,三元乙丙橡胶80份,丙烯酸40份,硬脂酸钠25份,石蜡70份,二苯基硅二醇40份,过氧化苯甲酰15份,石油醚15份,石蜡油40份,润滑油25份;
②将丁苯橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、丙烯酸、硬脂酸钠加入密炼机混炼,温度控制在115℃,混炼25分钟,再加入石蜡、二苯基硅二醇、过氧化苯甲酰,温度调节为95℃,混炼15分钟,再加入石油醚、石蜡油、润滑油,温度调节到70℃,混炼15分钟,得混合料;
③将混合料加入开炼机返炼,混炼胶经充分返炼后下薄片,将所得薄片放入粉碎机粉碎成颗粒料,然后将颗粒料置于甲苯溶剂内浸泡40小时,制得浓度为35%(W/W)的胶浆;
④将所得胶浆均匀喷涂在非金属波纹管表面,自然风干即可。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

Claims (2)

1.一种在非金属波纹管表面形成防盐雾涂层的方法,其特征在于,包含如下步骤:
①按重量份取丁苯橡胶300-360份,三元乙丙橡胶70-80份,丙烯酸30-40份,硬脂酸钠15-25份,石蜡60-70份,二苯基硅二醇20-40份,过氧化苯甲酰8-15份,石油醚10-15份,石蜡油35-40份,润滑油15-25份;
②将丁苯橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、丙烯酸、硬脂酸钠加入密炼机混炼,温度控制在105-115℃,混炼20-25分钟,再加入石蜡、二苯基硅二醇、过氧化苯甲酰,温度调节为90-95℃,混炼10-15分钟,再加入石油醚、石蜡油、润滑油,温度调节到65-70℃,混炼10-15分钟,得混合料;
③将混合料加入开炼机返炼,混炼胶经充分返炼后下薄片,将所得薄片放入粉碎机粉碎成颗粒料,然后将颗粒料置于甲苯溶剂内浸泡32-40小时,制得浓度为30-35%(W/W)的胶浆;
④将所得胶浆均匀喷涂在非金属波纹管表面,自然风干即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的在非金属波纹管表面形成防盐雾涂层的方法,其特征在于,步骤①中按重量份取丁苯橡胶340份,三元乙丙橡胶77份,丙烯酸38份,硬脂酸钠22份,石蜡66份,二苯基硅二醇29份,过氧化苯甲酰11份,石油醚13份,石蜡油37份,润滑油21份。
