a first conveyer belt for conveying the bottle caps to be assembled,
a second conveying belt for outputting the assembled bottle caps,
a turntable which is arranged between the two conveyer belts and is provided with a jig,
the bottle caps on the first conveying belt are clamped into the first clamping jaws of the jig,
a glue dispensing mechanism for dispensing glue to the bottle cap in the jig,
a gasket conveying mechanism for placing a gasket on the bottle cap after dispensing,
the second clamping jaw is used for placing the bottle cap assembled in the jig on a second conveying belt;
the first clamping jaw comprises: the sliding block is movably arranged on the base, and the sliding block driving mechanism drives the sliding block to lift; the middle part of the rotating arm is connected with a rotating shaft, the bottom of the rotating shaft extends into the sliding block and is lifted synchronously with the sliding block, and a rotating shaft driving mechanism for driving the rotating shaft is arranged on the sliding block; the pneumatic gripper is arranged at one end of the rotating arm and used for gripping the bottle cap; the sliding block driving mechanism adopts an air cylinder, and the rotating shaft driving mechanism is a motor; the pneumatic grippers are mounted at two ends of the rotating arm, and the rotating arm rotates 180 degrees when the bottle cap is gripped each time;
the gasket conveying mechanism comprises: a vibrating disk for outputting the spacers one by one; the cushion storage barrel is connected with the output port of the vibration disc; the cushion adding plate is positioned below the cushion storage barrel and extends to the upper part of the turntable, and a cushion conveying groove communicated with the cushion storage barrel is arranged on the cushion adding plate; the gasket feeding push plate is in sliding fit with the gasket feeding groove and is used for pushing the gasket falling into the gasket feeding groove into the jig; and the cushion feeding cylinder drives the cushion feeding push plate.
2. The automatic gasket assembly machine for dispensing bottle caps as recited in claim 1, wherein a limiting plate for confirming the conveying position of the bottle caps is provided at an end of the first conveyor belt near the position of the first clamping jaw.
3. The machine of claim 2, wherein said retainer plate has an arcuate edge adapted to the edge of the bottle cap.
4. The automatic dispensing gasket assembly machine for bottle caps as claimed in claim 1, wherein said jig is disc-shaped, has a groove for receiving the bottle cap in the middle, and is a plurality of ring-shaped arranged on the turntable.

The automatic gasket assembly machine for dispensing bottles of claim 1 wherein said dispensing mechanism comprises: the glue dispensing device comprises a support column erected on a base, a glue dispensing head arranged on the support column, and a glue dispensing machine connected with the glue dispensing head through a pipeline.

The automatic gasket dispensing machine for bottle caps as claimed in claim 1, wherein a gasket dropping hole communicating with said gasket feeding groove is provided at an end of said gasket feeding plate extending above said turntable, and a pressing mechanism is provided above said gasket dropping hole.
7. The automatic gasket assembly machine for dispensing bottle caps as claimed in claim 6, wherein said pressure pad mechanism comprises:
a support connected with the padded plate,
a pressure pad cylinder arranged on the support seat,
and a pressure pad plate arranged at the end part of the piston of the pressure pad cylinder.
8. The automatic gasket dispenser for bottle caps as claimed in claim 1, wherein said automatic gasket dispenser for bottle caps comprises a controller mounted on said frame, and said controller is accessed by:
the first sensor is used for detecting whether the bottle cap is arranged in the jig or not and sending a signal for controlling the glue dispensing mechanism to work and/or the rotary table to rotate;
and the second sensor is used for detecting whether the gasket is arranged in the bottle cap in the jig or not and is used for sending a signal for controlling the rotation of the turntable and/or the working of the second clamping jaw.
