Abstract
一种啤酒酿造设备,特别是小型酿造设备,其中:水处理装置、酿造装置、发酵和储存容器以及其它为啤酒酿造所需的装置均被配置在一浮体中。
Description
本发明有关一种啤酒酿造设备,特别是有关一种小型酿造设备。
小型啤酒酿造设备的制造类似于大型啤酒酿造设备,其中各种仪器和装置被安装在一大楼里并用管道相互连接。从专利EP 0 087 139已经进一步了解到,水处理装置、酿造装置、发酵和储存罐、以及其它为啤酒生产所需的装置均被固定地安装于封闭式的、然而却可进入的集装箱中且用管道相互连接,其中包含酿造部件的集装箱是可以相互连接的。通过将酿造设备部件安装于集装箱中的形式,便可将整套啤酒酿造设备建立在任意一个为啤酒厂计划好的地方,其中只需将交付的集装箱相互连接起来,以使酿造设备真正能付诸运行。
啤酒酿造设备的制造和操作会遇到一系列的困难,尤其是在某些地方,其地皮很难获得或者地皮价格十分昂贵且没有或者难于准备专业技术人员和专门知识。此外,还要经常去跑那些费时的官方批准手续。
本发明的任务是提供一种啤酒酿造设备,尤其是小型酿造设备,该设备可完全流动地加以使用。
这一任务是通过这样一种浮体来实现的,它包括一种啤酒酿造设备,该啤酒酿造设备具有水处理装置、酿造装置、发酵容器和储存容器以及其它为啤酒酿造所必需的装置。
该浮体优选地为一动力驱动船,且根据本发明的一实施例优选地为适宜于航海的船。浮体也可被一条船或一艘拖船来拖动。
根据一个浮体、特别是一条航海船上的结构情况,可将啤酒酿造设备设置在一有利的地方,船同时仍具有客房用于零售啤酒,这种情况如同所谓的室内啤酒厂情况一样。本发明的优点在于:啤酒酿造设备是根据旅游季节的情况被加以使用的,且可改变所在地点,当比如该地点不再吸引旅游者的时候,酿造设备配置在船上的进一步的优点是:在一些土地费用非常高的地区,可将船停泊在一个合适的、低价格的停泊地点。通常许多国家和地区并不缺少这种停泊地。
为本发明所描述的啤酒酿造设备被优选地配置在船舱中,当船具有多重甲板时,则优选地配置在较下的船舱中。众所周知,酿造装置需要有烟囱或排气装置。这些烟囱或排气装置可以优选地朝上伸出至上甲板之上。
根据本发明的一实施例,为不影响船的位置,酿造设备被配置在船中部或位于浮体的纵轴上。酿酒所需的发酵和储存容器被配置在浮体相对的两纵侧。在浮体相对两纵侧的容器的重量大致相等,这样便不会产生船所特有的平衡调整问题。
在甲板之下的设备部件之间的剩余空间可用作客房,其中根据本发明的一实施例,一环绕酿造装置的墙至少是部分透明的,铜制的糖化锅和麦芽汁锅的外貌可算作是对客房外表的一种充实。在具有一中间舱的情况下,该中间舱几乎完全可被用作客房;同样,只要气候条件允许,上甲板也可用作客房。
如本发明所描述的酿造设备可完全自主地被操作,亦即本设备自身具有一能源和水处理装置。为水处理装置可提供有一海水淡化装置。本发明使得啤酒的酿造在那些难于取得或者准备专门知识、技术人员和其它有关条件的国家也能始终如一地保持高的酿造质量。
除了一种啤酒酿造设备之外,还能提供一种用于将啤酒装桶、装瓶和装罐的设备。被灌装好的啤酒可以比如从船上销售到船停泊地所在的国家。此外,还可采取防范性措施来生产其它的饮料,如果汁和柠檬汁或酒类等高酒精饮料。对于后者情况,则要在船上安装一蒸馏装置。
以下根据附图来详细描述本发明的一实施例。
图1为包括如本发明所述的啤酒酿造设备的一条船的侧视图,其中省去了外壁。
图2为图1所示船的船舱的俯视图。
在图1和图2中示出一船10,它具有一底舱12和一中间舱14。在底舱12船尾部分有一马达间16,其中配置有辅助机组。在马达间之上有一厨房18。再往前面在底舱12的相对的两纵侧配置有6个储存容器20和4个发酵容器22。差不多在船的中间部位在底舱12中有一酿造装置24。如图中由虚线26所表示的,该酿造装置可由一至少部分透明的墙所环绕。两根排气管28从酿造装置24的糖化锅和麦芽汁锅朝上经中间舱14伸出至主甲板3上。
在船首部配置有一磨房30、一气罐和空气压缩机房32、以及一啤酒师办公室34。房30也可用作麦芽贮藏室。
在舱12中的其它房间(图中未画出)可被用作客房。同样,中间舱14除去控制室36外几乎完全可用作客房。
所表示的啤酒酿造设备也可包括一水处理设备,特别是一海水淡化设备,用于能不依赖于外部水源地得到所需水质的酿酒用水。
所示的船能被停泊在一任意的停泊地方,且被用作饭店或其它能享受啤酒的设施。此外或者可选地,也可在船上用一合适的设备来将啤酒灌装到瓶、桶和罐中,目的是向外销售。整个啤酒酿造设备完全是自治的和不依赖专门地点的,但却是以常规的方式运行的。
为不受波浪运动和船位所影响,保证正常的啤酒生产,可将酿造设备的所有主要部件妥善地支撑,比如通过一万向轴承,使得它们始终保持垂直或水平的方向。特别是,啤酒酿造设备的对位置敏感的部件被合适地支撑,使得它们能不受浮体位置影响地始终保持它们的方向。
有利的是,上述啤酒酿造设备是一种小型酿造设备。
Claims (14)
1.一种浮体,其特征为:该浮体包括一种啤酒酿造设备,该啤酒酿造设备具有一水处理装置、一酿造装置(24)、发酵容器(22)和储存容器(20)以及其它为啤酒酿造所必需的装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的浮体,其特征为:浮体是一动力驱动的船(10)。
3.如权利要求2所述的浮体,其特征为:浮体为一适宜于航海的船(10)。
4.如权利要求1所述的浮体,其特征为:酿造设备部件(20,22,24)被配置在浮体(10)的一底舱(12)中。
5.如权利要求1所述的浮体,其特征为:酿造装置(24)被配置于浮体的中部。
6.如权利要求1所述的浮体,其特征为:酿造装置(24)被配置于浮体(10)的纵轴上。
7.如权利要求1所述的浮体,其特征为:储存容器(20)和发酵容器(22)被配置在浮体的两纵侧。
8.如权利要求4所述的浮体,其特征为:酿造设备部件之间的剩余空间被建造为客房,位于酿造设备部件之上的舱(14)基本上被建造为客房。
9.如权利要求1所述的浮体,其特征为:酿造装置(24)为一墙(26)所围绕,该墙至少是部分透明的。
10.如权利要求1所述的浮体,其特征为:一海水淡化设备被进一步配置在浮体上。
11.如权利要求1所述的浮体,其特征为:在浮体上配备有一啤酒灌装设备。
12.如权利要求1所述的浮体,其特征为:浮体包含一附加的其它饮料生产设备。
13.如权利要求1所述的浮体,其特征为:啤酒酿造设备的对位置敏感的部件被合适地支撑,使得它们能不受浮体位置影响地始终保持它们的方向。
14.如权利要求1所述的浮体,其特征为:所述啤酒酿造设备是一种小型酿造设备。
