一种治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的中药颗粒
技术领域
本发明属于中药制剂技术领域，涉及用于糖尿病并发症的治疗和预防的中药制剂，特别是一种治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的中药颗粒。
背景技术
糖尿病是以慢性高血糖为共同特征的代谢异常综合征，随着病程延长可能出现包括血管组织在内的慢性进行性病变。糖尿病下肢血管病变可以导致血管闭塞，表现症状包括下肢麻木疼痛、间歇性跛行。有的患者可能出现表面皮肤溃疡甚至溃烂。近年来并发有下肢血管病变的糖尿病患者比例有逐年上升的趋势。目前临床上治疗糖尿病下肢病变的常规治疗方法是：在控制血糖的基础上，进行对症治疗，常规使用扩张血管和抗血小板聚集的药物控制症状。发生溃疡的患者需要抗感染和清洁换药。存在治疗比较麻烦，并且治疗周期比较长，治疗效果比较差的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的中药颗粒。
本发明所述的一种治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的中药颗粒，其特征在于：
由下述用量为重量份的原料配制而成：川牛膝15份，丹参30份，当归12份，川芎12份，桃仁15份，水蛭15份，地龙20份，路路通15份，生甘草12份；
将按重量比配制好的水蛭、地龙碾成细粉并且过120目筛备用；再将按重量比配制好的川牛膝、丹参、当归、川芎、桃仁、路路通、生甘草加水煎煮两遍，第一次煎煮的用水量为总重量的4倍，煎煮40分钟取液，第二遍煎煮用水量为总重量的2倍，煎煮时间20分钟，将两次煎煮提取液合并过滤，并且将滤液放入浓缩罐，浓缩成膏后再将水蛭、地龙细粉加入拌匀，在100℃条件下低温烘干，所得烘干物粉碎成为60目筛制得本发明颗粒。
本发明提供的中药配方组方合理，具有活血化瘀、消肿止痛、祛瘀生新、促进伤口愈合的作用。该方以丹参、水蛭为主药辅以当归、川芎、桃仁活血化瘀，佐以地龙、路路通舒筋通络，川牛膝活血化瘀引诸药下行为使，生甘草清热解毒并调和诸药，具有改善下肢血液循环，促进组织愈合之功效。本发明提供中药颗粒还使用比较方便的优点。
具体实施方式
本发明的实施例是这样的：一种治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的中药颗粒，包括川牛膝15份，丹参30份，当归12份，川芎12份，桃仁15份，水蛭15份，地龙20份，路路通15份，甘草12份。将按重量比配制好的水蛭、地龙碾成120目细粉备用；将按重量比配制好的水蛭、地龙碾成细粉并且过120目筛备用；再将按重量比配制好的川牛膝、丹参、当归、川芎、桃仁、路路通、甘草加水煎煮两遍，第一次煎煮的用水量为总重量的4倍，煎煮40分钟取液，第二遍煎煮用水量为总重量的2倍，煎煮时间20分钟，将两次煎煮提取液合并过滤，并且将滤液放入浓缩罐，浓缩成膏后再将水蛭、地龙细粉加入拌匀，在100℃条件下低温烘干，所得烘干物粉碎成为60目颗粒，分装入袋，每袋10克。
本发明提供的中药颗粒，使用比较方便，治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的所致的血管闭塞、下肢麻木疼痛、足部坏疽，可以改善患者症状。

1.一种治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的中药颗粒，其特征在于：
由下述用量为重量份的原料配制而成：川牛膝15份，丹参30份，当归12份，川芎12份，桃仁15份，水蛭15份，地龙20份，路路通15份，生甘草12份；
将按重量比配制好的水蛭、地龙碾成细粉并且过120目筛备用；再将按重量比配制好的川牛膝、丹参、当归、川芎、桃仁、路路通、生甘草加水煎煮两遍，第一次煎煮的用水量为总重量的4倍，煎煮40分钟取液，第二遍煎煮用水量为总重量的2倍，煎煮时间20分钟，将两次煎煮提取液合并过滤，并且将滤液放入浓缩罐，浓缩成膏后再将水蛭、地龙细粉加入拌匀，在100℃条件下低温烘干，所得烘干物粉碎成为60目筛制得本发明颗粒。
