本发明涉及食品领域,具体是一种瘦身的巧克力。
背景技术
由于现在审美观点趋向于以瘦为美,很多不瘦的女孩子平时都非常没有自信。有的甚至不吃不喝节食减肥,巧克力这种食物更是被列为禁止食用。研究人员对12~17岁的青少年饮食和健康状况进行了调查。他们发现,那些经常吃大量巧克力的人,体内脂肪水平远低于其他人,尤其是他们腹部的脂肪较少,这与他们是否拥有积极活跃的生活方式或者节食关系不大。此外,巧克力对循环系统、血压和心脏健康也产生了积极效应。经常吃巧克力的人拥有较少的体脂。这也许是因为巧克力虽然比其他食品含有更高的热量,但它却让新陈代谢功能变得更旺盛,从而抵消了原本可能会堆积下来的脂肪。巧克力中所含的咖啡因有抑制食欲的作用,并能促进人体新陈代谢。适量摄入巧克力可制造饱腹感,有效控制食欲。在所有巧克力中,黑巧克力的含糖量和脂肪量最低,但其所含咖啡因比牛奶巧克力要高。
黑巧克力中的纤维素具有促进肠道蠕动,帮助胃肠消化的功能,异黄酮则具有抑制肠道内氯离子分泌的作用,能够缓解腹泻的症状,调节消化系统。
自由基是人体衰老和疾病的根源之一,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)可以催化歧化反应清除自由基。螺旋藻可以减轻运动引起的氧自由基损伤,保护细胞膜结构,有抗运动疲劳作用。

本发明的目的就是提供一种瘦身的巧克力。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种瘦身的巧克力,其特征是:包括下列重量份的原料组成:可可浆300ml、可可脂250g、糖50g、黄油100g、螺旋藻50g、坚果100g。
本发明所述原料的含水率均﹤70%。
本发明所述的螺旋藻为墨西哥螺旋藻。
本发明的功效:有助于循环系统、血压和心脏健康,同时具有瘦身功效。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例进一步说明本发明
以下实施均在符合国家食品卫生管理的环境和要求下进行。
实施例:
①商购并称重重含水率﹤70%的下述原料:
可可浆300ml。
可可脂250g。
糖50g。
黄油100g。
螺旋藻50g。
坚果100g。
②将上述原料分别搅拌并融化,坚果碾碎备用。
③将上述原料混合。
④搅拌上述原料,直至原料结合在一起,并晾干。
⑤用紫外线高温消毒后,用分割机分成小块,用食品包装纸在低于20℃的环境下分装。
⑥分块入盒,每盒10块,再分盒入箱,每箱内装20盒,即得本发明的一种瘦身巧克力。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种瘦身的巧克力,其特征在于:所述的螺旋藻为墨西哥螺旋藻。
