本发明涉及一种生物马桶清洗剂的配制方法,本发明是以汉防己提取物、甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、燕麦多肽 、神经酰胺、小麦胚芽、苍术油、绿茶香精、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,它能快速清洁卫生间顽固污垢、尿渍、黑斑,无需费力擦洗,强效去污、水锈清洁、去除异味、快速除菌、安全环保,不伤马桶不伤瓷釉的功效。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种生物马桶清洗剂配制方法。
背景技术
疾控中心有关专家认为,卫生间里最大的污染源是抽水马桶,最好每隔一两天就用家用的专用清洁剂清洗马桶圈,马桶冲水时应养成盖上盖的好习惯,冲水后如果发现桶内有残留污物,一定要及时用卫浴清洁剂清除干净,否则也会滋生霉菌和细菌。还有马桶管道口附近、马桶内缘出水口处、底坐外侧等藏污纳垢的地方,要仔细用马桶刷彻底刷洗干净。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种能快速清洁卫生间顽固污垢、尿渍、黑斑,无需费力擦洗,强效去污、水锈清洁、去除异味、快速除菌、安全环保,不伤马桶不伤瓷釉的功效的生物马桶清洗剂配制方法。
本发明的生物马桶清洗剂技术方案是这样实现,它由汉防己提取物、甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、燕麦多肽 、神经酰胺、小麦胚芽、苍术油、绿茶香精 、AES、 益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
a、配方(按重量百分比)
汉防己提取物 0.8-0.9% 甘草酸二钾0.7-1% 纳豆发酵提取物 0.8-1%
燕麦多肽 0.3-0.5% 神经酰胺1.7-2% 小麦胚芽 1.6-1.7%
苍术油 0.9-1% 绿茶香精 1.2-1.3% AES 6.6-7.4%
益生菌群 3.6-4.7% 甲基乙基酯 1.1-1.2% 鱼胶原蛋白 1.4-1.6%
TX10乳化剂 0.6-0.8% 海藻糖 1.1-1.2% 卡松2 0.6-0.8%
多库酯钠 1.4-1.7% 酵素 2.6-3.4% 醋酸 2.1-2.2%
香 1.6-1.8% 水63.8-69.3%
b、配制工艺
本发明生物马桶清洗剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成。其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的汉防己提取物与甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物加入水中搅拌28分钟,再加入燕麦多肽、神经酰胺、小麦胚芽高速搅拌24分钟,并配以苍术油、绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯,加热恒温在24.8°C均质搅拌108分种后,将容器恒温在29.6°C密封发酵23小时,再加入鱼胶原蛋白、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香高速搅拌39分钟,它能快速清洁卫生间顽固污垢、尿渍,然后恒温在29.6°C容器内静置39小时即为成品。
有益效果:
能快速清洁卫生间顽固污垢、尿渍、黑斑,无需费力擦洗,强效去污、水锈清洁、去除异味、快速除菌、安全环保,不伤马桶不伤瓷釉的功效。

本发明的生物马桶清洗剂主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,

a、配方(按重量百分比)
汉防己提取物 0.8-0.9% 甘草酸二钾0.7-1% 纳豆发酵提取物 0.8-1%
