本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种酵素马桶清洗剂配制方法。
背景技术
马桶是排泄脏物的通道,也是我们每天必须使用的洁具,每次打扫卫生间马桶就是一个卫生死角,而且马桶也是一个细菌滋生的地方,马桶上有不易清洁的小缝隙和死角,如果你的清洁方法不对,马桶肯定还是带味。要是我们没有养成定期清洗马桶的好习惯,那么会对我们自身的健康还有呼吸道造成不好的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种能快速清洁卫生间顽固污垢、尿渍、黑斑,无需费力擦洗,强效去污、水锈清洁、去除异味、快速除菌、安全环保,不伤马桶不伤瓷釉的功效的酵素马桶清洗剂配制方法。

汉防己提取物 0.9% AES 2.3% 纳豆发酵提取物 1.1%
燕麦多肽 0.6% 神经酰胺1.3% 小麦胚芽 1%
烟酰胺 2% 果胶酶 2.2% 产朊假丝酵母 2.6%
益生菌群 3.5% 甲基乙基酯 1.9% 鱼胶原蛋白1.8%
TX10乳化剂 0.7% 海藻糖 1.2% 卡松2 0.9%
多库酯钠 0.8% 酵素 1.7% 醋酸 1.3%
苹果香 1.7% 水70.5%
配制工艺
本发明酵素马桶清洗剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的汉防己提取物与AES、纳豆发酵提取物加入恒温31.2°C的水中搅拌117分钟,再加入燕麦多肽 、神经酰胺、小麦胚芽、烟酰胺、果胶酶 、产朊假丝酵母高速搅拌119分钟,并配以益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、多库酯钠恒温在33.2°C均质搅拌120分种,将容器恒温在29.2°C密封发酵24.2小时,再加入酵素、醋酸、苹果香高速搅拌122分钟,它能快速清洁卫生间顽固污垢、尿渍,然后恒温在34.2°C容器内静置30.2小时即为成品。
有益效果:
能快速清洁卫生间顽固污垢、尿渍、黑斑,无需费力擦洗,强效去污、水锈清洁、去除异味、快速除菌、安全环保,不伤马桶不伤瓷釉的功效。
具体实施方式
本发明的酵素马桶清洗剂主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,
