本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种小便池酵素清洗剂配制方法。
背景技术
卫生间的小便池,结垢会越来越厚,而且容易造成经常性的堵塞,容易造成小便在弯头内长时间停留,结成厚厚的尿碱,并最终导致结垢无法通过正常途径消除,导致管道内径边小,造成管道堵塞,并影响正常使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种能降解顽固污垢、尿垢黄垢、水垢的清洁,去除异味、快速除菌的小便池酵素清洗剂配制方法。
本发明的小便池酵素清洗剂技术方案是这样实现,它由汉防己提取物、甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、燕麦多肽 、神经酰胺、小麦胚芽、白芷油、绿茶香精 、AES、 烟酰胺 、果胶酶、产朊假丝酵母、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、椰油酸钠、酵素、醋酸、苹果香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
配方(按重量百分比)
汉防己提取物 1.8% 甘草酸二钾1.7% 纳豆发酵提取物 1.9%
燕麦多肽 1.5% 神经酰胺2% 小麦胚芽 1.6%
白芷油 1% 绿茶香精 1.1% AES 3.6%
烟酰胺 1.9% 果胶酶 1.6% 产朊假丝酵母 1.8%
TX10乳化剂 1.8% 海藻糖 1.2% 卡松2 1.6%
椰油酸钠 1.7% 酵素 2.6% 醋酸 2.2%
苹果香 2.8% 水64.6%
配制工艺
本发明小便池酵素清洗剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的汉防己提取物与甘草酸二钾恒温32.2°C的水中搅拌128分钟,再加入纳豆发酵提取物、燕麦多肽 、神经酰胺、小麦胚芽、白芷油、绿茶香精 、AES、烟酰胺 高速搅拌130分钟,并配以果胶酶 、产朊假丝酵母、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、椰油酸钠、酵素恒温在34.2°C均质搅拌131分种,将容器恒温在30.2°C密封发酵25.2小时,再加入醋酸、苹果香高速搅拌135分钟,它能去除顽固污垢、尿渍,然后恒温在35.2°C容器内静置31.2小时即为成品。
有益效果:
能快速降解顽固污垢、尿垢黄垢、水垢的清洁,深层洁净去污、去除异味、快速除菌、安全环保,不伤小便池不伤瓷釉的效果。
具体实施方式
本发明的小便池酵素清洗剂主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,
汉防己提取物 1.8%、甘草酸二钾1.7%、纳豆发酵提取物 1.9%、燕麦多肽 1.5%、神经酰胺2%、小麦胚芽 1.6%、白芷油 1%、绿茶香精 1.1%、AES 3.6%、烟酰胺 1.9%、果胶酶 1.6%、产朊假丝酵母 1.8%、TX10乳化剂 1.8%、海藻糖 1.2%、卡松2 1.6%、椰油酸钠 1.7%、酵素2.6%、醋酸 2.2%、苹果香 2.8%、水64.6%,混合制成。其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的汉防己提取物与甘草酸二钾恒温32.2°C的水中搅拌128分钟,再加入纳豆发酵提取物、燕麦多肽 、神经酰胺、小麦胚芽、白芷油、绿茶香精 、AES、烟酰胺 高速搅拌130分钟,并配以果胶酶 、产朊假丝酵母、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、椰油酸钠、酵素恒温在34.2°C均质搅拌131分种,将容器恒温在30.2°C密封发酵25.2小时,再加入醋酸、苹果香高速搅拌135分钟,它能去除顽固污垢、尿渍,然后恒温在35.2°C容器内静置31.2小时即为成品。
