本发明涉及一种生物除甲醛空气清新剂的配制方法,本发明是以寡一糖、水溶橄榄油、杜鹃花酸、燕麦多肽、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、核桃油、绿茶香精、荷荷巴油、益生菌群、生育酚磷酸酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、吡哆素、黑加仑油、醇醚硫酸钠、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,它专业祛除车内所产生的甲醛、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、氨等有害气体和各类异味,快速消灭异味分子,改善空气的品质,净化空气,消除异味,消灭细菌、净味持久清新。

技术领域
本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种生物除甲醛空气清新剂配制方法。
背景技术
装修引起甲醛污染得现象非常普遍,大家装修完家里出现异味刺鼻、刺眼流泪、头疼头晕,都是甲醛污染严重超标引起的,新家装修甲醛污染主要来自于装修材料和新家具,装修和家具广泛使用的板材,是室内甲醛的主要释放源。板材在使用中大量使用脲醛树脂作为胶粘剂,脲醛树脂是甲醛和尿素缩聚而成,其在板材制造领域使用率达95%,用它作为胶粘剂制造的板材,在防腐、硬度等方面表现很好,但使用中存在长期大量释放甲醛的危害,因为存在板材内部,甲醛释放周期可达3--15年。对人体伤害非常很大,有致癌性,可引起呼吸道和神经系统的疾病出现咳嗽、咽痛、胸闷、头晕、恶心、四肢无力、呼吸困难、嗜睡等症状。更为严重的诱发鼻癌、咽喉癌、皮肤癌和白血病等癌症发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种天然微生物表面活性剂,能快速分解已挥发出来的甲醛分子,将甲醛分子转化为无害的水和二氧化碳,或其他对人体无害的无异味稳定物质的生物除甲醛空气清新剂配制方法。
本发明的生物除甲醛空气清新剂技术方案是这样实现,它由寡一糖、水溶橄榄油、杜鹃花酸、燕麦多肽 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、胡萝卜籽油、绿茶香精 、植物除螨剂、 益生菌群、生育酚磷酸酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、苦荞麦籽油 、醇醚硫酸钠、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:

寡一糖 0.4-0.6% 水溶橄榄油 0.5-0.6% 杜鹃花酸 0.5-0.6%
燕麦多肽 1.8-2% 聚季铵盐1.4-1.6% 红没药醇 1.1-1.3%
胡萝卜籽油 0.7-0.8% 绿茶香精 1.2-1.6% 植物除螨剂 1.9-2.7%
益生菌群 3-3.2% 生育酚磷酸酯0.7-0.8% 辛酰水杨酸 1-1.2%
杜鹃花酸 0.9-1.3% 吡哆素 0.7-0.8% 苦荞麦籽油 0.9-1%
醇醚硫酸钠 1.6-1.7% 酵素 2.4-2.8% 醋酸 2.5-2.6%
香 2-2.3% 水70.5-74.8%
b、配制工艺
本发明生物除甲醛空气清新剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成。其步骤:将具有抑菌作用的寡一糖与水溶橄榄油、杜鹃花酸加入水中搅拌47分钟,再加入燕麦多肽 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇高速搅拌42分钟,并配以胡萝卜籽油、绿茶香精 、植物除螨剂、益生菌群、生育酚磷酸酯,加热恒温在27.3°C均质搅拌127分种后,将容器恒温在31.9°C密封发酵38小时,再加入辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、苦荞麦籽油 、醇醚硫酸钠、酵素、醋酸、香高速搅拌57分钟,它能快速分解已挥发出来的甲醛分子,然后恒温在31.9°C容器内静置53小时即为成品。
有益效果:
天然微生物表面活性剂,能快速分解已挥发出来的甲醛分子,将甲醛分子转化为无害的水和二氧化碳,或其他对人体无害的无异味稳定物质。
具体实施方式

1.一种生物除甲醛空气清新剂的配制方法,它是寡一糖、水溶橄榄油、杜鹃花酸、燕麦多肽、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、胡萝卜籽油、绿茶香精、植物除螨剂、益生菌群、生育酚磷酸酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、吡哆素、苦荞麦籽油、醇醚硫酸钠、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:

寡一糖 0.4-0.6% 水溶橄榄油 0.5-0.6% 杜鹃花酸 0.5-0.6%
燕麦多肽 1.8-2% 聚季铵盐1.4-1.6% 红没药醇 1.1-1.3%
胡萝卜籽油 0.7-0.8% 绿茶香精 1.2-1.6% 植物除螨剂 1.9-2.7%
益生菌群 3-3.2% 生育酚磷酸酯0.7-0.8% 辛酰水杨酸 1-1.2%
杜鹃花酸 0.9-1.3% 吡哆素 0.7-0.8% 苦荞麦籽油 0.9-1%
