本发明中的硅藻泥粉体(由20-50%硅藻土提纯)、贝壳粉都具有较好的吸附能力;赖氨酸带有羧基和氨基,氨基可以与小分子醛、小分子酮、进行反应,羧基可以吸附氨气;醚化淀粉含大量的羟基,对甲醛有较好的吸附活性,而且二氧化锰催化水分子产生游离羟基,游离羟基可以氧化甲醛等小分子有机物,这些小分子有机物被纳米氧化锌、纳米二氧化钛,这些氧化物进一步氧化;在此基础上加入电气石粉和蛭石粉,在有湿度的状态下释放负离子。

本发明实施例1-3所制备的的组合物搅拌均匀,本发明的利用薰衣草香型作为载体的组合物,因薰衣草有镇静,催眠等功效。还能够让人镇定、安神、易于睡眠且带有纷享气息。
综上所述,本发明中的硅藻泥粉体(由20-50%硅藻土提纯)、贝壳粉都具有较好的吸附能力;赖氨酸带有羧基和氨基,氨基可以与小分子醛、小分子酮、进行反应,羧基可以吸附氨气;醚化淀粉含大量的羟基,对甲醛有较好的吸附活性,而且二氧化锰催化水分子产生游离羟基,游离羟基可以氧化甲醛等小分子有机物,这些小分子有机物被纳米氧化锌、纳米二氧化钛,氢氧化钙这些氧化物进一步氧化;在此基础上加入电气石粉和蛭石粉,在有湿度的状态下释放负离子。
本发明制备方法简单易操作,成本低廉,不会产生二次污染,在气、液相中都可以降低低分子醛、酮,可以直接添加到装修及装饰材料中;薰衣草粉属于可再生资源,价格低廉,在去除甲醛等有害物质的同时,薰衣草有镇静、安神、易于睡眠且带有纷享气息。

Claims (6)

1.一种薰衣草香型硅藻泥建筑涂料制备方法,其特征在于,按重量份数计,由以下原料组成:硅藻泥粉体(由20-50%硅藻土提纯)30-80份、薰衣草粉30-40份、氢氧化钙10-20份、光触媒催化剂20-30份、胶凝剂5-10份、保水剂5-10份、纳米二氧化钛1-10份、纳米氧化锌1-15份、贝壳粉5-20份、电气石粉1-5份、蛭石粉1-10份、赖氨酸10-20份、醚化淀粉2-8份、海藻胶1-7份、二氧化锰0.5-4份和水500份。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述一种薰衣草香型硅藻泥建筑涂料制备方法,其特征在于,按重量份数计,由以下原料组成:硅藻泥粉体(由20-50%硅藻土提纯)40-70份、薰衣草粉20-30份、氢氧化钙5-15份、光触媒催化剂15-20份、胶凝剂3-5份、保水剂3-5份、纳米二氧化钛2-8份、纳米氧化锌2-10份、贝壳粉10-15份、电气石粉2-3份、蛭石粉2-8份、赖氨酸12-15份、醚化淀粉4-6份、海藻胶2-5份、二氧化锰0.5-4份和水500份。
3.根据权利要求 2所述一种利用硅藻土作为载体的组合物,其特征在于,按重量分数计,由以下原料组成:硅藻泥粉体(由20-50%硅藻土提纯)50份、薰衣草粉35份、氢氧化钙15份、光触媒催化剂25份、胶凝剂4份、保水剂4份、纳米二氧化钛5份、纳米氧化锌10份、贝壳粉12份、电气石粉3份、蛭石粉5份、赖氨酸15份、醚化淀粉5份、海藻胶4份、二氧化锰2份和水500份。
4.一种薰衣草香型硅藻泥建筑涂料制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
按重量份数计,薰衣草香型硅藻泥作为载体的组合物由以下原料组成:硅藻泥粉体(由20-50%硅藻土提纯)30-80份、薰衣草粉30-40份、氢氧化钙10-20份、光触媒催化剂20-30份、胶凝剂5-10份、保水剂5-10份、纳米二氧化钛1-10份、纳米氧化锌1-15份、贝壳粉5-20份、电气石粉1-5份、蛭石粉1-10份、赖氨酸10-20份、醚化淀粉2-8份、海藻胶1-7份、二氧化锰0.5-4份和水500份;
步骤1:将纳米二氧化钛、纳米氧化锌、赖氨酸、醚化淀粉、海藻胶、二氧化锰溶于水中,常温搅拌,制得溶液A组分;
步骤2:将硅藻泥粉体(由20-50%硅藻土提纯)、薰衣草粉、氢氧化钙、光触媒催化剂、胶凝剂、保水剂、贝壳粉、电气石粉和蛭石粉混合,搅拌均匀,得B组份,其中光触媒催化剂的重量为光触媒催化剂总重量的1/3;
步骤3:将步骤2所得B组份添加到步骤1所得A组份中,搅拌均匀,进行烘干至含水量低于3wt%,制成C组份;
步骤4:向步骤3所得C组份中添加剩余光触媒催化剂,搅拌均匀,即得成品。
5.一种如权利要求1-3 任一项所述的一种薰衣草香型硅藻泥建筑涂料制备方法本组合物既可用于装修装饰材料以吸附室内的甲醛、氨气以及其他有刺激性异味的气体,净化空气、杀菌、消毒、防霉;
6.一种如权利要求1-3任一项所述一种薰衣草香型硅藻泥建筑涂料制备方法且有镇定、安神、易于睡眠且带有纷享气息。
