技术领域
本发明涉及一般被称为帽型的合成树脂容器盖,其被安装到容器的口颈部且被下压以安装在口颈部上。
背景技术
如下所述的专利文献1披露了一种合成树脂容器盖,作为帽型的合成树脂容器盖,其能足够可靠地密封容器口颈部,但无法在不使用解封器具的情况下从容器口颈部被除去。合成树脂容器盖包括圆形顶壁、从顶壁周缘起向下延伸的圆柱形裙壁以及还有通过可破断的连接部与裙壁外周面相连的圆柱形限位壁和自与裙壁相连的操作部上端向下延伸超过裙壁的操作部。为了将容器盖安装在容器口颈部上,裙壁被安装到口颈部上并被向下压迫以使形成在裙壁内周面上的接合凸脊与形成在口颈部外周面上的接合凸脊相接合。另外,该限位壁相对于裙壁被向下压迫,由此,该连接部被断开而使限位壁下降到围绕裙壁的状态。为了从容器的口颈部上除去容器盖并由此解封口颈部,将手指钩在操作部上,沿径向向外且向上压迫该操作部。这样一来,使限位壁部分向上移位,并且使裙壁部分向上移位,以将整个容器盖从口颈部上移除。

发明要解决的问题
但是,上述的传统容器盖仍然不够令人满意并且产生以下待解决的问题:(1)在从容器的口颈部移除容器盖的过程中,需要相当大的力来径向向外向上移动该限位壁;(2)当容器盖自容器口颈部被移除时,在连接部破裂时自裙壁切断开的限位壁可能与顶壁和裙壁分离而变为碎片。
鉴于以上事实而完成了本发明。其主要技术挑战是提供一种新颖且改进的帽型合成树脂容器盖,其可以被足够容易地从容器口颈部被移除,而不需要大的力,并且即便在自容器口颈部移除之后,其仍然保持一体,而没有部分脱离而形成碎片。
解决问题的手段
经过深入研究,本发明人已经发现可以如此解决上述主要技术挑战,即通过将合成树脂容器盖构造成包括多个薄壁反转片,它们沿周向间隔布置且自薄壁反转片的下端向上延伸超过顶壁,所述下端被连接至裙壁的外周面或裙壁外周面与顶壁上表面之间的分界部;被连接至薄壁反转片的上端且沿周向具有特定部位的限位壁,该特定部位被切缝分割或由可打破的弱化部限定;在与特定部位对准的位置通过连接片被连接至裙壁外周面的操作部,该连接片从裙壁外周面径向伸出,其中该限位壁和连接片配设有多个锁止凸起和锁定凸起,它们配合而限制该限位壁伸展。

在一个优选实施方式中,当薄壁反转片被反转而从下端向下延伸时,连接片作用于该弱化部以断开该弱化部。有利地,该操作部包括手指可钩住的环。优选的是,从裙壁下端向上延伸的多个缝沿周向间隔形成在裙壁中。优选地,该限位壁的沿周向对准薄壁反转片的部分的内径被设定为大于除了该特定部位外的其它部分的内径,且使所述其它部分的内径对应于该裙壁的外径。优选的是,从裙壁的下端延伸到上端的多个凹部沿周向间隔布置裙壁的外周面中,并且薄壁反转片的下端被连接至所述凹部。
发明效果
在本发明的合成树脂容器盖中,当容器盖从容器的口颈部被移除时,使该操作部向上移位,由此,锁止凸起和锁定凸起之间的配合被解除以允许限位壁伸展。因此,容器盖可以足够容易地从容器口颈部被移除,而不需要大的力。即便在从容器口颈部移除容器盖之后,限位壁仍然通过该薄壁反转片被连接至裙壁或顶壁,而没有形成任何碎片。

具体实施方式
现在,将参照附图来更详细说明本发明,所述附图示出根据本发明构造的合成树脂容器盖。
参见图1至图3,在此示出且整个用2标示的容器盖可以由合适的合成树脂例如聚乙烯或聚丙烯一体注射模制或压缩模制,该容器盖包括顶壁4和自顶壁4的周缘向下延伸的裙壁6。顶壁4在俯视图中呈圆形并具有平坦的中央部和在径向向外方向上向下倾斜的周缘部。如图3清楚所示,向下伸出的两个环形密封件即内密封件8和外密封件10设置在顶壁4的内表面的周缘部中。
裙壁6整体近似呈柱形。环形的锁定凸脊12形成在裙壁6的内周面的下端部中。如参见图1和图3将会清楚理解地,从裙壁6的下端向上延伸的多个缝14(在附图中是十二个)形成在裙壁6的下端中。自裙壁6的下端朝上端延伸的多个凹部16(在附图中是五个)在裙壁6的外周面中沿周向间隔布置。薄壁反转片18的下端被连接至凹部16的上部。薄壁反转片18向上延伸超出顶壁4。如果需要,薄壁反转片18的下端可以被连接至裙壁6与顶壁4之间的分界区,而不是连接至裙壁6的外周面。

操作部30通过径向外凸的连接片28被连接至裙壁6的外周面。操作部30的周向位置与限位壁20的特定部位22的周向位置对准。操作部30由底部32和环34构成,底部32的内表面与连接片28的突出端相连接。底部32在周向上在两侧伸出,径向内凸的多个锁定凸起36形成在位于连接片28的两侧上相对侧端的内表面上。锁定凸起36的周向外表面(即与连接片28间隔的侧面)径向延伸,而锁定凸起36的周向内表面(即与连接片28邻近的侧面)是在径向向内方向上沿周向朝内倾斜的斜面。自底部32悬伸出的环34近似呈环形。

在将容器盖2安装在容器的口颈部38上以密封口颈部38时,容器盖2被安装到口颈部38上并被下压。结果,如图4和图5所示,形成在裙壁6的内周面的下端部内的锁定凸脊12弹性越过口颈部38的锁定凸脊40,并变成锁定在其下方。设置在顶壁4内表面的周缘部中的内密封件8前移入口颈部38中并且紧密接触口颈部38的内周面,而外密封件10紧密接触口颈部38的外周面。接着,限位壁20被向下压迫以反转该薄壁反转片18,即,使薄壁反转片18进入自其与裙壁6外周面相连的下端向下延伸的状态,如图6和图7所示。在薄壁反转片18的设置部位,多个凹部16形成在裙壁6的外周面中,且限位壁20在局部略微径向朝外移位。于是,薄壁反转片18可被足够容易地反转。当薄壁反转片18被反转时,限位壁20包围裙壁6以阻止裙壁6在径向向外方向上弹性变形或移位,从而容器盖2被牢固安装在口颈部38上。当限位壁20被降低至如图6和图7所示的位置时,设于裙壁6的外周面上的连接片28作用于限位壁20的弱化部24以断开弱化部24,如通过图4、5与图6、7之间的对比所清楚明白的那样。如果极弱部位在周向上居中位于构成弱化部24的桥接片上,则破断发生在极弱部位。如图6清楚所示,设置在限位壁20内的锁止凸起26和设置在操作部30内的锁定凸起36相互锁定,由此,限位壁20的伸展被限制,更确切说,特定部位22的两侧的在相互分离方向上的移位被限制。如参见图2将会明白地,在将容器盖2安装在容器的口颈部38上之前的状态中,锁止凸起26的周向外表面在周向上与锁定凸起36的周向内表面略微间隔就位。但是,当容器盖2按照上述方式被安装在容器的口颈部38上时,限位壁20略微扩张。结果,锁止凸起26的周向外表面接触或接近锁定凸起36的周向内表面,如图6所示。
在从容器的口颈部38除去容器盖2以解封口颈部38时,将手指钩在操作部30的环34上以径向向外且向上移动操作部30。当使操作部30移位至如图8和图9所示的位置时,设置在操作部30中的锁定凸起36和设置在限位壁20中的锁止凸起26的相互锁定被解除以允许限位壁20伸展。于是,允许裙壁6且尤其是其下端部径向向外位移。因此,形成在裙壁6的内周面的下端部上的锁定凸脊12与口颈部38的锁定凸脊40之间的相互锁定被部分解除,由此使裙壁6部分上移。如果容器内的压力高于大气压,则在裙壁6的部分上移开始时,口颈部38的密封被局部解除。结果,容器内的压力被释放,于是防止容器盖2意外地从口颈部38崩飞。当环34接着朝向径向相反一侧向上移动时,整个容器盖2从口颈部38上被移除以解封口颈部38,如参照图10和图11将会清楚明白的那样。
已经参照附图详细描述了根据本发明构造的容器盖的优选实施方式。但是,本发明并不局限于这样的实施方式,可以在不超出本发明的范围的情况下做出各种改变和修改。在所示实施方式中,例如在将容器盖2安装于容器的口颈部38的过程中当限位壁20相对于裙壁6被降低时,限位壁20的弱化部24被断开。然而,如果需要,本发明可以如此构造,即当容器盖2被安装在口颈部38上时,连接片28或操作部30没有作用于弱化部24,而相反,当操作部30在从口颈部38去除容器盖2的过程中被移位时,连接片28或操作部30作用于弱化部24以断开它。

Claims (6)
1.一种合成树脂容器盖,包括圆形顶壁和从该顶壁的周缘向下延伸的裙壁,在该裙壁的内周面上形成锁定凸脊,其中从薄壁反转片的下端向上延伸超过该顶壁的多个薄壁反转片在周向上间隔布置,所述下端被连接至该裙壁的外周面或连接至在该裙壁的外周面和该顶壁的上表面之间的分界部,限位壁被连接至该薄壁反转片的上端,在该限位壁的周向上的特定部位或是被切缝,或是由可破断的弱化部限定,从该限位壁的外周面径向朝外凸出的锁止凸起形成在该特定部位的周向两侧,操作部通过连接片被连接至该裙壁的外周面,该连接片从该裙壁的外周面径向伸出并且该连接片在周向上与该特定部位对准,并且径向向内凸出的锁定凸起在操作部中形成在该连接片的周向两侧,当该薄壁反转片反转而从所述下端向下延伸时,该限位壁包围该裙壁,并且该锁止凸起和该锁定凸起配合以限制该限位壁伸展。
2.根据权利要求1所述的合成树脂容器盖,其中,当该薄壁反转片被反转而自所述下端向下延伸时,该连接片作用于该弱化部以断开该弱化部。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的合成树脂容器盖,其中,该操作部包括手指能钩住的环。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的合成树脂容器盖,其中,自该裙壁的下端起向上延伸的多个缝在周向上间隔形成在该裙壁内。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的合成树脂容器盖,其中,该限位壁的在周向上与该薄壁反转片对准的部分的内径被设定为大于除了所述特定部位外的其它部分的内径,且使所述其它部分的内径对应于该裙壁的外径。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的合成树脂容器盖,其中,从该裙壁的下端延伸至该裙壁的上端的多个凹部在周向上间隔布置在该裙壁的外周面中,并且该薄壁反转片的下端被连接至所述凹部。
