本发明涉及一种钛酸锂电动叉车,电力驱动电池是负极材料为钛酸锂材料的软包锂离子动力电池,优点是一般充电时间为20分钟以内,电池固定一组即可,由于牵引力可以设计更大,使得电动叉车动力性甚至比原燃油拖拉机更加强劲,应用范围更加宽广。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电动叉车,确切地说,涉及一种钛酸锂电动叉车。
背景技术
工程机械电动化是一种未来发展的重要方向,电动叉车、电动拖拉机等已经开始商品化,电动叉车与燃油叉车相比较,噪声和振动几乎消失,也没有了呛人的污染排放,使用时只是充电,日常成本比较低,驾驶操作更加简单可靠,舒适性跟皮卡差不多,自然拓展了应用空间。
由于工程机械一般因牵引要求而对本体重量有容纳空间,所以现有的电动叉车采用铅酸电池作为动力源比较普遍,铅酸电池的其他优点还包括安全、皮实和便宜,暂时还能够胜任一些物流作业,但铅酸电池的不足也逐渐显露出来,使用寿命较短,动力性不够,充电时间过长,一般需要两块电池轮换使用,换电结构及流程复杂。
钛酸锂电池动力性是铅酸电池几十倍,使用寿命也在铅酸电池5倍以上,牵引配重不受影响,而且能够快速充电,一般充电时间为20分钟以内,电池固定一组即可,即使电池容量减少,也不会影响场地物流三班倒,由于牵引力可以设计更大,使得电动叉车动力性甚至比原燃油拖拉机更加强劲,应用范围更加宽广。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种钛酸锂电动叉车,电力驱动电池是负极材料为钛酸锂材料的软包锂离子动力电池。
本发明带来的优点是,一般充电时间为20分钟以内,电池固定一组即可,由于牵引力可以设计更大,使得电动叉车动力性甚至比原燃油拖拉机更加强劲,应用范围更加宽广。

图中,10:钛酸锂电池模块;20:配重车身。
软包钛酸锂电芯经过成组加工为钛酸锂电池模块(10),布置在驾驶座位下方,由于叉车配重主要依靠铸铁配重车身(20),电池本身重量相对没有特殊要求,本实施例选择48伏直流工作电压,2吨载重和升降能力,电池容量设计为240安时,采用36千瓦充电机充电,充满电时间不到20分钟。
