本发明涉及一种电动拖拉机,确切地说,涉及一种钛酸锂电动拖拉机。
背景技术
工程机械电动化是一种未来发展的重要方向,电动叉车、电动拖拉机等已经开始商品化,电动拖拉机与燃油拖拉机相比较,噪声和振动几乎消失,也没有了呛人的污染排放,使用时只是充电,日常成本比较低,驾驶操作更加简单可靠,舒适性跟皮卡差不多,自然拓展了应用空间。
由于工程机械一般因牵引要求而对本体重量有容纳空间,所以现有的电动拖拉机采用铅酸电池作为动力源比较普遍,铅酸电池的其他优点还包括安全、皮实和便宜,暂时还能够胜任一些农机作业,但铅酸电池的不足也逐渐显露出来,使用寿命较短,动力性不够,土地铅污染严重,应用性能提升十分有限。
钛酸锂电池动力性是铅酸电池几十倍,使用寿命也是铅酸电池5倍以上,牵引配重不受影响,而且能够快速充电,即使电池容量减少,也不会影响干农活,由于牵引力可以设计更大,使得电动拖拉机动力性甚至比原燃油拖拉机更加强劲,应用范围更加宽广。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种钛酸锂电动拖拉机,电力驱动电池是负极材料为钛酸锂材料的软包锂离子动力电池,拖拉机车身为标准货车车身,拖拉机牵引取力器位于货厢后下方中心位置。
本发明带来的优点是,牵引力可以设计更大,使得电动拖拉机动力性甚至比原燃油拖拉机更加强劲,应用范围更加宽广。

本发明钛酸锂电动拖拉机属于纯电动拖拉机,钛酸锂供电电源(10)依据拖拉机牵引力指标及工作时间进行相应配置设计,25马力拖拉机配备18千瓦时容量钛酸锂电池模块组合,简单密封于货厢内,由于取消了过去燃油的发动机和油箱,整个拖拉机车身(20)可以直接采用标准货车车身,挂接各种农机的取力器(40)保留在货厢(30)后下方中心位置,这样设计考虑了拖拉机在不干地间农活时可以作为电动货车上路行驶。
