本发明所涉及到的洋流发电机组主轴承,将原来普通轴承的内圈加宽,作为夹布油封的接触面。采用新设计的轴承,不需要另外装配独立的密封环,减少了装配工作量和成本。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种用于洋流发电机组的主轴承。
背景技术:
附图1为普通的洋流发电机组主轴承示意图,附图2为普通的洋流发电机组主轴承装配示意图。为了保证轴承座(1)的密封,在轴承座(1)两端需要装配夹布油封(2)。由于主轴(4)的硬度达不到夹布油封(2)要求,因此需要在夹布油封(2)和主轴(4)之间装配密封环(5),密封环(5)硬度需大于58HRC。
这种设计主要有以下缺点:
由于密封环(5)与主轴(4)是过盈配合,因此装配时需要加热密封环(5)后,才能装入主轴(4)。这样增加了装配工序和装配时间,增加了制造成本。
发明内容:
本发明所涉及到的洋流发电机组主轴承,将原来普通轴承的内圈加宽,作为夹布油封的接触面。采用新设计的轴承,不需要另外装配独立的密封环,减少了装配工作量和成本。

1.将普通的洋流发电机组主轴承的内圈加宽,作为夹布油封的接触面,主轴承装配时不需要另外配独立密封环的设计。
