Abstract

本发明公开了一种自保温预应力砼H型屋面板,它为坡型腹板及沿其长度方向布置的两条边梁形成的H型预制构件。所述两条竖直边梁为沿坡型腹板长度方向布置于坡型腹板的两边与坡型腹板等长的预应力砼矩型梁;所述坡型腹板采用密肋夹心板的结构形式,既减少了坡型腹板中砼的用量,降低了自重,又提高屋面板的保温隔热效果。同时两条边梁与框架柱连接后形成了一种新型的不需框架横梁的密柱型H型板框架结构,节约了框架结构的施工成本。所以本发明在保证承载力和整体性及其安全性的前提下实现了保温‑‑结构一体化,大大简化了施工,降低了造价。

一种自保温预应力砼H型屋面板
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种预制的H型板,具体涉及一种预应力砼H型复合空心板。
背景技术
[0002] 随着建筑工业化的快速发展,各种装配整体式的钢筋砼预制构件得到快速发展, 其中预制预应力砼双T板和槽型板由于具有结构合理,跨度大,承载力强,施工方便,缩短工 期等特点,正在广泛用于各种大跨度建筑的楼板和屋面。但目前应用的预制预应力砼双T板 或槽型板,为减轻自重,降低生产、运输和安装成本,其顶板的厚度较薄,一般只有60mm左 右,这样对于有保温隔热要求的楼、屋面来说,要满足屋面的建筑节能要求,就必须在这些 板的顶面上另做保温隔热层,如此一来,就要增加预制双T板或槽型板的综合施工成本。因 此,为充分利用双T板或槽型板的结构优势,研发新型的自保温预制预应力屋面板是非常必 要的。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明目的在于开发一种自保温预应力砼H型屋面板,在实现保温一结构一体化 的同时,达到简化施工,降低工程造价的目的。本发明提供了一种自保温预应力砼H型屋面 板,它为坡型腹板及沿其长度方向布置的两条边梁形成的H型预制构件,所述坡型腹板为密 肋夹心平板,两条竖直边梁为沿坡型腹板长度方向布置于坡型腹板的两边与坡型腹板等长 的预应力砼矩型梁。所述坡型腹板为由上、下面板及位于两者之间的交叉布置的纵、横肋带 围成的框架型结构,纵、横肋带分别沿上、下面板的长度方向和宽度方向布置将上、下面板 之间的区域分隔为若干独立空腔,独立空腔内均填充相应的填充块。为降低热桥影响,所述 坡型腹板中的纵、横向肋梁材料为轻骨料结构保温砼。为提高保温隔热效果,所述填充块的 材料为轻质绝热材料。为便于排水,所述屋面板中的两条竖直边梁中间高,两端低与坡形腹 板一起形成坡型屋面。为保证屋面板的接缝防水,所述屋面板中的两条竖直边梁的上部等 间距的开有一排圆孔,用于n型防水板以及屋面板之间的连接与固定。为保证边梁与框架 柱的连接可靠,在所述两条竖直边梁的下部两端设置有若干个横向贯通的圆孔。施工时,先 将本发明吊装放置在框架柱或框架柱的横向牛腿上,然后通过在预留在边梁端部的横向圆 孔中穿入钢筋或螺杆将其和框架柱连接为一体,这时,所述H型板中的边梁就成为了框架 梁,同时和框架柱一起形成了密柱型H型板框架结构。本发明为坡型腹板以及两条竖直边梁 组成的H型整体预制件,其坡型腹板采用自保温复合砼密肋夹心板结构,既减少了坡型腹板 中砼的用量,降低了自重,又提高屋面板的保温隔热效果。同时两条边梁与框架柱连接后形 成了一种新型的不需框架横梁的密柱型H型板框架结构,节约了框架结构的施工成本。所以 本发明在保证承载力和整体性及其安全性的前提下实现了保温一结构一体化,大大简化了 施工,降低了造价。附图说明图1是本发明的结构示意图。图2是本发明的横向截面图。图3是 本发明的纵向截面图。具体实施方式:如图1一3所示,本实施例公开了一种自保温预应力砼 H型屋面板,它为坡型腹板2及沿其长度方向布置的两条边梁1形成的H型预制构件,所述坡 型腹板2为密肋夹心平板,两条竖直边梁1为沿坡型腹板长度方向布置于坡型腹板的两边与 坡型腹板等长的预应力砼矩型梁。所述坡型腹板2包括下面板21、上面板22及纵横交错的均 布于两者之间的纵肋带23与横肋带24,纵肋带23、横肋带24将下面板21、上面板22之间的区 域分割为若干独立空腔,独立空腔内填充有相应的填充块轻质填充块25。为降低热桥影响, 所述坡型腹板中的纵向肋梁23和横向肋梁24的材料为轻骨料结构保温砼。为提高保温隔热 效果,所述填充块的材料为轻质绝热材料。为便于排水,所述屋面板中的两条竖直边梁1中 间高,两端低与坡形腹板2—起形成坡型屋面。为保证屋面板的接缝防水,所述屋面板中的 两条竖直边梁的上部等间距的开有一排圆孔11,用于门型防水板以及屋面板之间的连接与 固定。为保证边梁与框架柱的连接可靠,在所述两条竖直边梁的下部两端设置有若干个横 向贯通的圆孔12。施工时,先将本实施例吊装放置在框架柱或框架柱的横向牛腿上,然后通 过在预留在边梁1端部的横向圆孔12中穿入钢筋或螺杆将其和框架柱连接为一体,这时,所 述实施例的边梁1就成为了框架梁,同时和框架柱一起形成了密柱型H型板框架结构。本实 施例为坡型腹板以及两条竖直边梁组成的H型整体预制件,其坡型腹板采用自保温复合砼 密肋夹心板结构,既减少了坡型腹板中砼的用量,降低了自重,又提高屋面板的保温隔热效 果。同时两条边梁与框架柱连接后形成了一种新型的不需框架横梁的密柱型H型板框架结 构,节约了框架结构的施工成本。所以本发明在保证承载力和整体性及其安全性的前提下 实现了保温一结构一体化,大大简化了施工,降低了造价。

Claims (5)

1. 一种自保温预应力砼H型屋面板,其特征在于:它为坡型腹板及沿其长度方向布置的 两条边梁形成的H型预制构件,所述坡型腹板为密肋夹心平板,两条竖直边梁为沿坡型腹板 长度方向布置于坡型腹板的两边与坡型腹板等长的预应力砼矩型梁。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的自保温预应力砼H型屋面板,其特征在于:所述坡型腹板为由 上、下面板及位于两者之间的交叉布置的纵、横肋带围成的框架型结构,纵、横肋带分别沿 上、下面板的长度方向和宽度方向布置将上、下面板之间的区域分隔为若干独立空腔,独立 空腔内均填充相应的填充块。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的自保温预应力砼H型屋面板,其特征在于:所述坡型腹板中的 纵、横向肋梁材料为轻骨料结构保温砼,填充块的材料为轻质绝热材料。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的自保温预应力砼H型屋面板,其特征在于:所述屋面板中的两 条竖直边梁中间高,两端低与坡形腹板一起形成坡型屋面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的自保温预应力砼H型屋面板,其特征在于:所述屋面板中的两 条竖直边梁的上部等间距的开有一排圆孔,用于门型防水板以及屋面板之间的连接与固 定,下部两端开有若千圆孔,用于和纟而柱的连接与固走。
