Abstract

本发明公开了一种预应力砼槽型复合空心板,它为水平顶板及沿其长度方向下侧布置的两条边梁形成的槽型预制构件。其水平顶板采用复合空心板的构造形式,其圆孔及圆孔以下部分的底层砼采用秸秆掺量小于10%的秸秆纤维砼,圆孔以上部分的面层砼和边梁所用砼一致,这样既减少了水平顶板中砼的用量,降低了自重,又提高了楼板的保温隔热能力。两条边梁与框架柱连接后形成了一种新型的不需框架横梁的密柱型槽板框架结构,节约了框架结构的施工成本。所以本发明在保证承载力和整体性及其安全性的前提下满足了楼板的建筑节能要求,简化了施工,降低了造价。

一种预应力砼槽型复合空心板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种预制的槽型板,具体涉及一种预应力砼槽型复合空心板。
背景技术
随着建筑工业化的快速发展,各种装配整体式的钢筋砼预制构件得到快速发展,其中预制砼槽型板由于具有结构合理,跨度大,承载力强,施工方便,缩短工期等特点,正在广泛用于各种大跨度建筑的楼板和屋面。但目前应用的预制砼槽型板,为减轻自重,降低生产、运输和安装成本,其顶板的厚度较薄,一般只有60mm左右,这样就限制了槽型板的跨度,同时,对于有保温和隔音要求的楼、屋面来说,要满足楼、屋面的保温隔热及隔音效果,就必须在槽型板的顶面上另做保温隔热隔音层,如此一来,就要增加预制槽型板的综合施工成本。因此,为充分利用槽型板的构造优势,研发新型的自保温预制槽型板是非常必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种自重轻、板宽在3m以上的预制预应力砼槽型复合空心板,将它固定在框架柱或框架柱的横向牛腿上,形成密柱型槽板框架结构。本发明公开了一种预应力砼槽型复合空心板,它为水平顶板及沿其长度方向下侧布置的两条边梁形成的槽型预制构件,所述水平顶板为复合砼空心板,两条竖直边梁为沿水平顶板长度方向布置于顶板的两边与水平顶板等长的矩型梁。所述复合砼空心板顶板,其圆孔及圆孔以下部分的砼采用秸秆掺量小于10%的秸秆纤维砼,圆孔以上部分的砼和边梁所用砼一致。为提高板的承载能力及刚度,竖直边梁中的受力钢筋采用预应力钢筋。为保证边梁与框架柱的连接可靠,在所述边梁的两端设置有若干个横向贯通的圆孔。施工时,先将所述预制预应力砼槽型复合空心板吊装放置在框架柱或框架柱的横向牛腿上,然后通过在预留的横向圆孔中穿入钢筋或螺杆将其和框架柱连接为一体,这时,所述槽型板中边梁就成为了框架梁,同时和框架柱一起形成了密柱型槽板框架结构。本发明为水平顶板以及两条竖直边梁组成的槽型整体预制件,其水平顶板采用自保温复合砼空心板结构,既减少了水平顶板中砼的用量,降低了自重,又提高了楼板的保温隔热能力。两条边梁与框架柱连接后形成了一种新型的不需框架横梁的密柱型槽板框架结构,节约了框架结构的施工成本。所以本发明在保证承载力和整体性及其安全性的前提下满足了楼板的建筑节能要求,简化了施工,降低了造价。 附图说明图1为本发明的立体示意图。图2为本发明的纵截面剖视图。具体实施方式如图1-2所示,本实施例公开了一种预应力砼槽型复合空心板,它为水平顶板2以及沿其长度方向布置于其下方的两条竖直边梁1的槽型整体预制件,竖直边梁1为沿水平顶板1长度方向布置与水平顶板2等长的矩型梁。所述水平顶板2采用复合空心板的构造形式,其圆孔及圆孔以下部分的底层21的砼采用秸秆掺量小于10%的秸秆纤维砼,圆孔以上部分的面层22的砼和边梁所用砼一致 。 为提高板的承载能力及刚度,竖直边梁1中的受力钢筋采用预应力钢筋。为保证边梁1与框架柱的连接可靠,在所述边梁1的两端设置有若干个横向贯通的圆孔11。施工时,先将本实施例吊装放置在框架柱或框架柱的横向牛腿上,然后通过在预留的横向圆孔11中穿入钢筋或螺杆将其和框架柱连接为一体,这时,所述槽型板中边梁2就成为了框架梁,同时和框架柱一起形成了密柱型槽板框架结构。本实施例为水平顶板以及两条竖直边梁组成的槽型整体预制件,其水平顶板采用复合空心板的构造形式,其圆孔及圆孔以下部分的砼采用秸秆掺量小于10%的秸秆纤维砼,圆孔以上部分的砼和边梁所用砼一致,这样既减少了水平顶板中砼的用量,降低了自重,又提高了楼板的保温隔热能力。两条边梁与框架柱连接后形成了一种新型的不需框架横梁的密柱型槽板框架结构,节约了框架结构的施工成本。所以本实施例在保证承载力和整体性及其安全性的前提下满足了楼板的建筑节能要求,简化了施工,降低了造价。

1.一种预应力砼槽型复合空心板,其特征在于:它为水平顶板及沿其长度方向下侧布置的两条边梁形成的槽型预制构件,所述水平顶板为复合砼空心板,两条竖直边梁为沿水平顶板长度方向布置于顶板的两边与水平顶板等长的矩型梁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的预应力砼槽型复合空心板,其特征在于:所述复合砼空心板顶板,其圆孔及圆孔以下部分的底层砼采用秸秆掺量小于10%的秸秆纤维砼,圆孔以上部分的面层砼和边梁所用砼一致。
3.根据权利要求1所述的预应力砼槽型复合空心板,其特征在于:所述竖直边梁中的受力钢筋采用预应力钢筋,梁的两端各设置有若干个横向贯通的圆孔。
