Abstract

本发明公开了一种涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂及其制备和使用方法,该涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂按重量百分比计包括以下组分:润滑剂50~80%、交联剂5~8%、增稠剂0.5~2%、去离子水10~44.5%。准确称量各组分,搅拌均匀,配制成涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂,粘度范围为20000~30000mPa·s。将0.1~2%的该涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂直接加入到配制好的涂料印花色浆中,采用圆网或平网印花完成印制,烘干焙烘后涂料印花织物的干摩擦牢度可提高到4级。

一种涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂及其制备和使用方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂及其制备和使用方法,属于纺织品涂料印花技术领域。
背景技术
涂料印花是利用粘合剂将对织物没有反应性的颜料颗粒粘附在纤维上以获得所需图案的印花工艺,因此粘合剂的质量决定了涂料印花产品的手感和牢度。目前染厂选用质量好的仿活性印花粘合剂可以达到手感柔软的目的,但是对于一些深色品种其干摩擦牢度指标却难以达到4级的要求。
中国专利CN104831535 A公开的干摩擦牢度提升剂运用浸轧或浸渍工艺施加于织物上,有效地提高其干摩擦牢度,该专利强调的织物为磺酸基染料染色织物,并不适于涂料印花织物。东华大学毛志平等将三聚氯氰氨基改性后引入到聚氨酯预聚体中合成了一种用于处理酸性媒介染料染色的羊毛织物的水性聚氨酯类干摩擦牢度提升剂,可以使羊毛织物的干摩擦牢度提高至4级,其干摩擦牢度提升原理为其合成的氨基改性的聚氨酯的活性基团与酸性染料上活性基团及羊毛上的氨基发生反应并形成一层膜提升牢度,该研究的目标织物是羊毛织物,合成的聚氨酯类干摩擦牢度提升剂是根据羊毛结构带有氨基进行改性的,并非针对纯棉涂料印花织物。同时,上述专利及研究论文中的干摩擦牢度提升剂都是运用浸轧或浸渍工艺全部上料,对颜色深浅部位无选择性,适用于染色织物,而对于印花织物此工艺会造成浪费。浙江嘉欣兴昌印染有限公司刘宏东等通过增加粘合剂用量提升干摩擦牢度,但是超过一定限度后不但容易堵网而且使织物手感硬,摩擦系数反而增大,造成干摩擦牢度下降。而通过外加交联剂、催化剂等提高膜交联程度对于提高涂料印花织物湿摩擦牢度效果显著,但是对干摩擦牢度反而有降低的趋势。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明公开了一种涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂,同时提供了该涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂制备方法和使用该涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂提升涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度的方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂,按重量百分比计包括以下组分:润滑剂50~80%、交联剂5~8%、增稠剂0.5~2%、去离子水10~44.5%;所述的润滑剂为端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷、环氧基聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚醚改性聚乙烯蜡乳液、丙二醇中的一种或几种;所述的交联剂为解封温度为130~150℃的封端型水性聚氨酯类交联剂;所述的增稠剂为聚丙烯酸类增稠剂或聚氨酯类增稠剂。
本发明还提供了一种制备上述涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂提升涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度的方法:按上述重量百分比准确称量各组分,搅拌均匀,配制成涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂,粘度为20000~30000mPa·s。
本发明还提供了一种使用上述涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂提升涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)根据涂料印花颜色深度及纺织品表面形态,将涂料印花色浆总质量0.1~2%的配制的涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂加入到涂料印花色浆中,搅拌均匀,色浆粘度为20000~30000mPa·s;
(2)采用圆网或平网印花工艺将步骤(1)配制的色浆印制在纺织品上,经过热风或红外线烘干后150~160℃焙烘1~2min。
本发明的有益效果
本发明制备及使用方法简单,使用本发明印制的涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度在原来基础上可提高0.5~1级,在深色织物上可以达到干摩擦牢度4级的要求。由于优选的交联剂为解封温度为130~150℃的封端型水性聚氨酯类交联剂,在印制过程中不会出现堵网。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明,但不限制本发明的使用范围。
一种涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂,按重量百分比计包括以下组分:润滑剂50~80%、交联剂5~8%、增稠剂0.5~2%、去离子水10~44.5%;所述的润滑剂为端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷、环氧基聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚醚改性聚乙烯蜡乳液、丙二醇中的一种或几种;所述的交联剂为解封温度为130~150℃的封端型水性聚氨酯类交联剂,所述的增稠剂为聚丙烯酸类增稠剂或聚氨酯类增稠剂。
一种制备上述涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂的方法:按上述重量百分比准确称量各组分,搅拌均匀,配制成涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂,粘度为20000~30000mPa·s。
一种使用上述涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂提升涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)根据涂料印花颜色深度及纺织品表面形态,将涂料印花色浆总质量0.1~2%的配制的涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂加入到涂料印花色浆中,搅拌均匀,色浆粘度为20000~30000mPa·s;
(2)采用圆网或平网印花工艺将步骤(1)配制的色浆印制在纺织品上,经过热风或红外线烘干后150~160℃焙烘1~2min。
本发明比较例与实施例中摩擦牢度按照《GB/T 3920-2008 纺织品色牢度实验 耐摩擦色牢度》测试。
实施例1
一种涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂,按重量百分比计包括以下组分:聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷50.0%、封端型水性聚氨酯类交联剂5.0%,聚丙烯酸酯类增稠剂1.0%,去离子水44.0%;
按上述重量百分比准确称量各组分,搅拌均匀,配制成涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂,粘度为23400 mPa·s。
按照5%涂料红,20% 粘合剂,1.5%涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂,3%增稠剂配方调制涂料印花色浆,粘度为25300 mPa·s,采用圆网印花工艺印制到纯棉40*40织物上,经过120℃热风烘干后160℃焙烘1.5min,检测其摩擦牢度,见表1。
比较例1
按照5%涂料红,20% 粘合剂,3%增稠剂配方调制涂料印花色浆,粘度为26100 mPa·s,采用圆网印花工艺印制到纯棉40*40织物上,经过120℃热风烘干后160℃焙烘1.5min,检测其摩擦牢度,见表1。
实施例2
一种涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂,按重量百分比计包括以下组分:端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷70.0%、封端型水性聚氨酯类交联剂7.0%,聚丙烯酸酯类增稠剂1.0%,去离子水22.0%;
按上述重量百分比准确称量各组分,搅拌均匀,配制成涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂,粘度为25600 mPa·s。
按照5%涂料兰,30% 粘合剂,1.5%涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂,3%增稠剂配方调制涂料印花色浆,粘度为26800 mPa·s,采用圆网印花工艺印制到纯棉40*40织物上,经过120℃热风烘干后160℃焙烘1.5min,检测其摩擦牢度,见表1。
比较例2
按照5%涂料兰,30% 粘合剂,3%增稠剂配方调制涂料印花色浆,粘度为27200 mPa·s,采用圆网印花工艺印制到纯棉40*40织物上,经过120℃热风烘干后160℃焙烘1.5min,检测其摩擦牢度,见表1。
实施例3
一种涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂,按重量百分比计包括以下组分:聚醚改性聚乙烯蜡乳液50.0%、封端型水性聚氨酯类交联剂5.0%,聚氨酯类增稠剂1.5%,去离子水45.0%;
按上述重量百分比准确称量各组分,搅拌均匀,配制成涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂,粘度为27200mPa·s。
按照5%涂料黑,25% 粘合剂,1.0%涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂,3%增稠剂配方调制涂料印花色浆,粘度为25700 mPa·s,采用平网印花工艺印制到纯棉15*15织物上,经过120℃热风烘干后160℃焙烘1.5min,检测其摩擦牢度,见表1。
比较例3
按照5%涂料黑,25% 粘合剂,3%增稠剂配方调制涂料印花色浆,粘度为27200 mPa·s,采用平网印花工艺印制到纯棉15*15织物上,经过120℃热风烘干后160℃焙烘1.5min,检测其摩擦牢度,见表1。
实施例4
一种涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂,按重量百分比计包括以下组分:丙二醇(AR)80.0%、封端型水性聚氨酯类交联剂8.0%,聚丙烯酸酯类增稠剂2.0%,去离子水10.0%;
按上述重量百分比准确称量各组分,搅拌均匀,配制成涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂,粘度为22900mPa·s。
按照5%涂料兰,20% 粘合剂,0.5%涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂,3%增稠剂配方调制涂料印花色浆,粘度为24900 mPa·s,采用平网印花工艺印制到纯棉60*60织物上,经过120℃热风烘干后160℃焙烘1.5min,检测其摩擦牢度,见表1。
比较例4
按照5%涂料兰,20% 粘合剂,3%增稠剂配方调制涂料印花色浆,粘度为25600 mPa·s,采用平网印花工艺印制到纯棉60*60织物上,经过120℃热风烘干后160℃焙烘1.5min,检测其摩擦牢度,见表1。

1.一种涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂,其特征在于按重量百分比计包括以下组分:润滑剂50~80%、交联剂5~8%、增稠剂0.5~2%、去离子水10~44.5%;所述的润滑剂为端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷、环氧基聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚醚改性聚乙烯蜡乳液、丙二醇中的一种或几种;所述的交联剂为解封温度为130~150℃的封端型水性聚氨酯类交联剂;所述的增稠剂为聚丙烯酸类增稠剂或聚氨酯类增稠剂。
2.一种制备权利要求 1 所述的涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂的方法,其特征在于按上述重量百分比准确称量各组分,搅拌均匀,配制成涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂,粘度范围为20000~30000mPa·s。
3.一种使用权利要求 1 所述的涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂的方法,其特征在于包含如下步骤:
(1)根据涂料印花颜色深度及纺织品表面形态,将涂料印花色浆总质量0.1~2%的权利要求 1 所述的涂料印花织物干摩擦牢度提升剂加入到涂料印花色浆中,搅拌均匀,色浆粘度为20000~30000mPa·s;℃
