Single-cavity or multi-cavity packaged liquid detergent with stable cavity film
Technical Field
The invention relates to a detergent, in particular to a liquid detergent which is packaged in a single cavity or a plurality of cavities and has stable cavity membranes.
Background
With the improvement of living standard, the convenience requirement of consumers on daily products is gradually increased. The common finished detergent products are in the form of bags, bottles or cans, and have no quantitative and portable performances. Therefore, liquid detergents packaged in a single cavity or multiple cavities appear in the market, the liquid detergents are generally formed by wrapping detergents by using a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) water-soluble film as a cavity film, the detergents are concentrated detergents, and the concentrated detergents are used one by one for washing, so that the liquid detergents are easy and convenient. However, since the cavity film is made of PVA or contains PVA as a main component, it is dissolved in water and also dissolved in a surfactant solution, and it is generally necessary to add a specific component to stably coexist the detergent and the cavity film in order to improve the stability of the product.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a single-cavity or multi-cavity packaged liquid detergent with stable cavity films, and a PVA water-soluble film of the detergent can stably coexist with the detergent packaged by the PVA water-soluble film.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a liquid detergent packaged in a single cavity or multiple cavities and stabilized by cavity films is formed by wrapping a quantitative liquid detergent by a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) water-soluble film, the liquid detergent comprises the following components in percentage by mass, wherein the stabilizing agent is monohydric alcohol,
5-50% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether
5 to 20 percent of fatty acid salt
0 to 20 percent of auxiliary agent
5-70% of monohydric alcohol
0 to 15 percent of water.
The liquid detergent is a concentrated detergent, wherein the ratio of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether to fatty acid salt is strictly controlled within a specified range, and other components can be mixed according to the ratio of a common concentrated laundry detergent. The monohydric alcohols include, but are not limited to, ethanol, propanol, butanol, and the like.
The auxiliaries may be any suitable auxiliaries for liquid detergents, such as propylene glycol, glycerol, chelating agents, optical brighteners, antiredeposition agents.
The detergent can also contain other surfactants besides the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and the fatty acid salt, wherein the total content of the surfactants does not exceed 30 percent of the total mass of the detergent, and the surfactants comprise anionic surfactants, nonionic surfactants and zwitterionic surfactants. Anionic surfactants include, but are not limited to, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfates, fatty acid methyl ester sulfonates, sulfonates; nonionic surfactants include, but are not limited to, fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylates; zwitterionic surfactants include, but are not limited to, betaines, ammonium oxides.
The liquid detergent can also comprise conventional detergent additives such as essence, enzyme, preservative, pigment and the like, and the addition amount of the conventional detergent additives is conventional.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the liquid detergent disclosed by the invention adopts monohydric alcohol as a stabilizer, so that the stability of the PVA water-soluble film is improved.
(2) The monohydric alcohol of the liquid detergent has neutral pH value, can be added in any working procedure, and is simple to operate.
(3) The liquid detergent of the invention is suitable for domestic film packaging.
Detailed Description
The preparation method of the liquid detergent comprises the following steps:
(1) according to the table 1, monohydric alcohol, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, fatty acid salt, other surfactants, essence, preservative, pigment, auxiliary agent and water are uniformly mixed to form uniform liquid. The fatty acid salt includes sodium fatty acid, etc. The other surfactants are anionic surfactants, nonionic surfactants and zwitterionic surfactants except the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and fatty acid salt surfactants. Such as anionic surfactants including but not limited to fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfates, fatty acid methyl ester sulfonates, sulfonates; nonionic surfactants include, but are not limited to, fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylates; zwitterionic surfactants include, but are not limited to, betaines, ammonium oxides.
(2) And (3) beating the mixed uniform liquid to a heat-sealing or water-sealing packaging machine, and packaging with a PVA water-soluble film.
