Abstract
本发明公开一种防水型涂料及其制备方法,所述防水型涂料由以下原料组成:丙烯酸乙酯、苯乙烯共聚物、烧滑石灰、二甲基苄基十二烷基溴化铵、氧化镁、肥皂、臭葱石、酪酛、煤焦油、硫化鱼油、聚氯乙烯树脂、硬脂酸钙粉、火山岩粉、EPS聚轻球、钽铌尾矿。其制备方法为:混合料的制备;基料的制备;成品的制备。本发明的特点是:本发明涂料具有较强的杀菌防霉作用,而且还具有较强的防水性,涂装表面在干燥空气和潮湿空气的情况都不会产生剥落现象,特别适用于地下室、澡堂等潮湿面的涂装,也适合高温多湿的建筑物使用。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及建筑材料,特别是涉及一种防水型涂料及其制备方法。
【背景技术】
目前,在建筑上所使用的涂料主要分为防水涂料和防腐涂料,分别具有防水防渗和防腐的功能。在生活中,有水存在的时候容易引发腐烂、发霉等,而目前适用于特别潮湿的涂料,要不容易脱落,要不容易发霉或不具有防腐功能。目前以合成高分子材料为主制成的涂料,性能较优,但价格较高。
煤焦油作为一种耐水耐高温的材料,目前在涂料方面应用较少,我国对于以高聚物改善石油沥青、煤焦油等配置防水涂料方面,也进行了较大量的研究,但真正投入使用的较少。而且以石油沥青、煤焦油等为主,以高聚物进行改性的技术途径,在我国已有较长的历史,它原料来源广泛,成本较低,可作为一种很好的防水防霉涂料。
【发明内容】
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种防水型涂料及其制备方法,该涂料通过高聚物和煤焦油组合,高效利用了煤焦油,使得本发明具有很好的防水、防霉、防腐等效果。
本发明一种防水型涂料的技术方案是这样实现的:一种防水型涂料,以重量份计,其组份为:丙烯酸乙酯15~25份、苯乙烯共聚物15~25份、烧滑石灰10~20份、二甲基苄基十二烷基溴化铵0.1~0.2份、氧化镁1~5份、肥皂1~5份、臭葱石2~8份、酪酛6~10份、煤焦油85~100份、硫化鱼油20~30份、聚氯乙烯树脂8~14份、硬脂酸钙粉8~16份、火山岩粉20~30份、EPS聚轻球10~20份、钽铌尾矿15~25份。
而且,所述防水型涂料的重量份优选为:丙烯酸乙酯20份、苯乙烯共聚物20份、烧滑石灰15份、二甲基苄基十二烷基溴化铵0.1份、氧化镁2份、肥皂1.1份、臭葱石3份、酪酛8份、煤焦油90份、硫化鱼油25份、聚氯乙烯树脂12份、硬脂酸钙粉11份、火山岩粉25份、EPS聚轻球15份、钽铌尾矿20份。
优选的,所述防水型涂料组份还包括柴油7份、桐油8份,可增加涂料的耐寒性和低温下的弹塑性。
上述防水型涂料是通过以下步骤来实现的:
(1)混合料的制备:将氧化镁、臭葱石、苯乙烯共聚物、火山岩粉、EPS聚轻球、钽铌尾矿拌和,然后分别加入丙烯酸乙酯、硬脂酸钙脂、二甲基苄基十二烷基溴化铵搅拌均匀,在7000~9000r/min的转速下球磨1~3h,制得混合料;
(2)基料的制备:把已脱水的煤焦油加热至70℃~80℃,把步骤(1)的混合料加入搅拌均匀,再慢慢加入烧滑石灰,边加热边搅拌使温度不超过100℃,制得基料;
(3)成品的制备:将酪酛、硫化鱼油、聚氯乙烯树脂加入搅拌机中,再加入步骤(2)中制好的基料,充分搅拌均匀,然后加入肥皂、硫化鱼油300~600r/min的转速下搅拌2~5min,制得成品。
优选的,步骤(1)中的转速为8500r/min。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本发明具有较强的杀菌防霉作用,而且还具有较强的防水性,涂装表面在干燥空气和潮湿空气的情况都不会产生剥落现象,特别适用于地下室、澡堂等潮湿面的涂装,也适合高温多湿的建筑物使用。本发明涂料与混凝土的粘结性也很好,而且原料易得,价格较低和容重较轻,适用于各地区屋面工程使用。

下面的实施例可以帮助本领域的技术人员更全面的理解本发明,但不可以以任何方式限制本发明。
实施例1
一种防水型涂料,由以下原料制成:丙烯酸乙酯15份、苯乙烯共聚物15份、烧滑石灰10份、二甲基苄基十二烷基溴化铵0.1份、氧化镁2份、肥皂2份、臭葱石8份、酪酛10份、煤焦油85份、硫化鱼油30份、聚氯乙烯树脂8份、硬脂酸钙粉8份、火山岩粉20份、EPS聚轻球10份、钽铌尾矿15份。
上述防水型涂料是通过以下步骤来实现的:
(1)混合料的制备:将氧化镁、臭葱石、苯乙烯共聚物、火山岩粉、EPS聚轻球、钽铌尾矿拌和,然后分别加入丙烯酸乙酯、硬脂酸钙脂、二甲基苄基十二烷基溴化铵搅拌均匀,在7000r/min的转速下球磨2h,制得混合料;
(2)基料的制备:把已脱水的煤焦油加热至70℃,把步骤(1)的混合料加入搅拌均匀,再慢慢加入烧滑石灰,边加热边搅拌使温度不超过100℃,制得基料;
(3)成品的制备:将酪酛、硫化鱼油、聚氯乙烯树脂加入搅拌机中,再加入步骤(2)中制好的基料,充分搅拌均匀,然后加入肥皂、硫化鱼油600r/min的转速下搅拌3min,制得成品。
实施例2
一种防水型涂料,由以下原料制成:丙烯酸乙酯25份、苯乙烯共聚物25份、烧滑石灰20份、二甲基苄基十二烷基溴化铵0.2份、氧化镁5份、肥皂5份、臭葱石2份、酪酛6份、煤焦油100份、硫化鱼油20份、聚氯乙烯树脂14份、硬脂酸钙粉16份、柴油7份、桐油8份、火山岩粉30份、EPS聚轻球20份、钽铌尾矿25份。
上述防水型涂料是通过以下步骤来实现的:
(1)混合料的制备:将氧化镁、臭葱石、苯乙烯共聚物、火山岩粉、EPS聚轻球、钽铌尾矿拌和,然后分别加入丙烯酸乙酯、硬脂酸钙脂、二甲基苄基十二烷基溴化铵搅拌均匀,在9000r/min的转速下球磨1.5h,制得混合料;
(2)基料的制备:把已脱水的煤焦油加热至80℃,把步骤(1)的混合料加入搅拌均匀,再慢慢加入烧滑石灰,边加热边搅拌使温度不超过100℃,制得基料;
(3)成品的制备:将酪酛、硫化鱼油、聚氯乙烯树脂、柴油、桐油加入搅拌机中,再加入步骤(2)中制好的基料,充分搅拌均匀,然后加入肥皂、硫化鱼油400r/min的转速下搅拌4min,制得成品。
实施例3
一种防水型涂料,由以下原料制成:丙烯酸乙酯20份、苯乙烯共聚物20份、烧滑石灰15份、二甲基苄基十二烷基溴化铵0.1份、氧化镁2份、肥皂1.1份、臭葱石3份、酪酛8份、煤焦油90份、硫化鱼油25份、聚氯乙烯树脂12份、硬脂酸钙粉11份、柴油7份、桐油8份、火山岩粉25份、EPS聚轻球15份、钽铌尾矿20份。
上述防水型涂料是通过以下步骤来实现的:
(1)混合料的制备:将氧化镁、臭葱石、苯乙烯共聚物、火山岩粉、EPS聚轻球、钽铌尾矿拌和,然后分别加入丙烯酸乙酯、硬脂酸钙脂、二甲基苄基十二烷基溴化铵搅拌均匀,在8500r/min的转速下球磨2.5h,制得混合料;
(2)基料的制备:把已脱水的煤焦油加热至75℃,把步骤(1)的混合料加入搅拌均匀,再慢慢加入烧滑石灰,边加热边搅拌使温度不超过100℃,制得基料;
(3)成品的制备:将酪酛、硫化鱼油、聚氯乙烯树脂、柴油、桐油加入搅拌机中,再加入步骤(2)中制好的基料,充分搅拌均匀,然后加入肥皂、硫化鱼油500r/min的转速下搅拌4min,制得成品。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

1.一种防水型涂料,其特征在于,以重量份计,其组份为:丙烯酸乙酯15~25份、苯乙烯共聚物15~25份、烧滑石灰10~20份、二甲基苄基十二烷基溴化铵0.1~0.2份、氧化镁1~5份、肥皂1~5份、臭葱石2~8份、酪酛6~10份、煤焦油85~100份、硫化鱼油20~30份、聚氯乙烯树脂8~14份、硬脂酸钙粉8~16份、火山岩粉20~30份、EPS聚轻球10~20份、钽铌尾矿15~25份。
2.如权利要求1所述的防水型涂料,其特征在于,所述组份的重量份为:丙烯酸乙酯20份、苯乙烯共聚物20份、烧滑石灰15份、二甲基苄基十二烷基溴化铵0.1份、氧化镁2份、肥皂1.1份、臭葱石3份、酪酛8份、煤焦油90份、硫化鱼油25份、聚氯乙烯树脂12份、硬脂酸钙粉11份、火山岩粉25份、EPS聚轻球15份、钽铌尾矿20份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的防水型涂料,其特征在于,所述组份还包括柴油7份、桐油8份。
4.权利要求3所述防水型涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)混合料的制备:将氧化镁、臭葱石、苯乙烯共聚物、火山岩粉、EPS聚轻球、钽铌尾矿粉碎成粉末后拌和,然后分别加入丙烯酸乙酯、硬脂酸钙脂、二甲基苄基十二烷基溴化铵搅拌均匀,在7000~9000r/min的转速下球磨1~3h,制得混合料;
(2)基料的制备:把已脱水的煤焦油加热至70℃~80℃,把步骤(1)的混合料加入搅拌均匀,再慢慢加入烧滑石灰,边加热边搅拌使温度不超过100℃,制得基料;
(3)成品的制备:将酪酛、硫化鱼油、聚氯乙烯树脂加入搅拌机中,再加入步骤(2)中制好的基料,充分搅拌均匀,然后加入肥皂、硫化鱼油300~600r/min的转速下搅拌2~5min,制得成品。
5.如权利要求4所述防水型涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中的转速为8500r/min。
