Abstract
本发明是一种用于以硫酸镁、氧化镁和水为胶凝料的改性剂,属化工领域。本发明功能是:提高硫氧鎂胶凝料的抗压强度,抗水性能和防止制品开裂。其主要成份为:草酸0.2份、山梨酸0.3份、硫酸钠0.1份、硫酸铝铵0.1份以及硅灰1份的共混物,用量为硫酸镁重量份的1%。

背景技术:硫酸镁氧化镁和水混合称之为硫氧鎂。该胶凝材料强度低于以氯化镁氧化镁和水混合称之为氯氧鎂的胶凝材,但是硫氧鎂材料不返卤,对金属和混凝土无腐蚀,一旦解决了强度问题,其应用范围更广、对环境更安全,是一种良好的环保材料。
发明目的:本发明通过对材料进行改性的方式改变硫氧镁材料的强度、同时也提高了其抗水性能,并解决了材料的开裂问题。
本发明是这样实现的:把草酸、山梨酸、硫酸钠、硫酸铝铵的共混物合成一种改性剂,并加入硫酸镁与水的液体中,改性剂的加入量为硫酸镁固体量的1%,上述改性剂加入后提高硫氧镁胶凝材料抗压强度一倍以上,同时提高了抗水能力并解决了开裂问题。
有益效果:与氯氧镁材料相比,硫氧镁不返卤,不腐蚀金属不腐蚀混凝土,应用范围更广泛。本发明解决了硫氧镁材料的强度、抗水性和不开裂的三大难题之后,极大的扩大了该材料的应用领域,可以用其生产仿木材料,装饰板材、墙体保温材料和屋面材料;仿石材料:包括墙体装饰石材,园林景点、文化景观用雕塑;因可以植入钢网和钢纤维,所以可以生产制作各种结构材料,如;轻体楼房隔断、保温畜禽圈舍、地埋管道、U型渠构件,以及模块化的亭台楼阁构件。
实施方案一:草酸0.2份 山梨酸03份 硫酸钠0.1份 硫酸铝铵0.1份,将上述材料混合研磨加入一份硅灰中混合搅拌均匀为本硫氧镁改性剂,使用时按照硫酸镁重量份100份加入改性剂1份。兑水100份,充分搅拌均匀,然后兑入100份轻烧镁并适量加入硅酸镁或高岭土和木质纤维即可注模,在20°温度下养护24小时,脱模即为成品,后期养护十四天,产品即可入库或出厂。
实施方案二:草酸0.3份 山梨酸0.3份 硫酸钠0.1份 硫酸铝铵0.1份,将上述材料混合研磨加入一份硅灰中混合搅拌均匀为本硫氧镁改性剂,使用时按照硫酸镁重量份100份加入改性剂1份。兑水100份,充分搅拌均匀,然后兑入100份轻烧镁并适量加入硅酸镁或高岭土和木质纤维即可注模,在20°温度下养护24小时,脱模即为成品,后期养护七天,产品即可入库或出厂。

1.一种硫氧镁改性剂。涉及草酸、山梨酸、硫酸钠、硫酸铝铵,并加入硅灰混合为粉料。其特征是:草酸0.2份山梨酸0.3份硫酸钠0.1份硫酸铝铵0.1份。上述共混料为改性剂,用量为硫酸镁用量的1%。
