本发明公开了一种硅藻泥生物科技水性涂料及其制备方法与应用,该硅藻泥生物科技水性涂料由以下重量份数的成分制备得到:10~30份去离子水,10~25份重钙、10~25份钛白粉、5~20份滑石粉,10~25份丙烯酸乳液或硅丙乳液或聚氨酯乳液,1~25份高岭土、10~30硅藻泥、1~10份天然樟木精油、1~10份生物科技椰子精油、5~25份助剂。本发明产品的生产工艺简单,通过光催化产生负离子,提高水性涂料的综合效用。本发明产品即硅藻泥生物科技水性涂料生产工艺简单,能长效释放樟木香味、生物科技椰子精油混合体香味的合成气味,这气味是蚊子所惧怕的,用了这种发明产品,能做到防蚊驱蚊,能防菌抗菌,具有强大的防蚊抗菌功能,从而在一定程度上提高了水性涂料的综合效用。

本发明涉及功能性涂料领域,尤其是指一种硅藻泥生物科技水性涂料及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
天然樟木精油的功能,天然樟木现应用到涂料上,本体能抗菌,天然樟木精油对人体无害无毒,广泛应用于药品。
生物科技椰子精油混合体是一种食品香料、护肤品添加剂,能产生特殊的味道。这味道与天然樟木精油的味道合在一起让蚊子闻就怕,起到蚊香的作用,但蚊香的作用是有限时效,具有一定毒性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足与缺点,提供一种生产工艺简单,具有防蚊抗菌功效且长效性、无毒无害的硅藻泥生物科技水性涂料及其制备方法与应用。
为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的技术方案如下:
一种硅藻泥生物科技水性涂料,由以下重量份数的成分制备得到:
所述助剂为防霉剂、防腐剂、增稠剂、成膜剂中的一种或几种的组合。
本发明上述硅藻泥生物科技水性涂料的制备方法,如下:
在反应鉴中分别加入10~30份去离子水,10~25份重钙、10~25份钛白粉、5~20份滑石粉,10~25份丙烯酸乳液或硅丙乳液或聚氨酯乳液,1~25份高岭土、10~30硅藻泥、1~10份天然樟木精油、1~10份生物科技椰子精油、5~25份助剂后,通过搅拌合成。
本发明上述硅藻泥生物科技水性涂料应用在室内墙上,能释放樟木香味、生物科技椰子精油混合体香味的合成气味,该气味是有长效性且无毒无害,同时具有防蚊抗菌的强大功效。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下优点与有益效果:
本发明产品即硅藻泥生物科技水性涂料生产工艺简单,能长效释放樟木香味、生物科技椰子精油混合体香味的合成气味,这气味是蚊子所惧怕的,经几年的检验,用了这种发明产品,能做到防蚊驱蚊,能防菌抗菌,具有强大的防蚊抗菌功能,从而在一定程度上提高了水性涂料的综合效用。

本实施例所述的硅藻泥生物科技水性涂料,由以下重量份数的成分制备得到:

下面为本实施例上述硅藻泥生物科技水性涂料的制备方法,具体如下:
去离子水(10~30份)搅拌5分钟、转速1500转;加入钛白粉(10~25份)、滑石粉(5~20份)搅拌10分钟、转速1500转;加入丙烯酸乳液或硅丙乳液或聚氨酯乳液(10~25份)、加入重钙(10~25份)、高岭土(1~25份),转速1500转、搅拌10分钟;加入硅藻泥(10~30份)搅拌10分钟、转速1500转;加入天然樟木精油(1~10份)、生物科技椰子精油混合体(1~10份)、加入各种助剂(5~25份)转速1500转,搅拌10分钟。至此,便可制得所需的硅藻泥生物科技水性涂料,所述硅藻泥生物科技水性涂料应用在室内墙上,能释放樟木香味、生物科技椰子精油混合体香味的合成气味,该气味是有长效性且无毒无害,同时具有防蚊抗菌的强大功效。
