本发明涉及一种保鲜膜,具体是一种柚子皮保鲜膜。是由以下重量份数的物质组成:柚子皮15-20份、聚乙烯醇5-8份、胶黏剂0.8-1.2份、松香树脂20-30份、甘油8-12份、乙二醇单硬脂酸酯15-20份、氢氧化钠0.8-1.2份、甜杏仁油8-15份、水80-100份。本发明提供的柚子皮保鲜膜,采用柚子皮为主要原料,作为保鲜膜,具有很好的保鲜功效,还可以杀菌抗菌,同时能够吸附异味,放在冰箱中,不会串味,能够很好的保留食物的新鲜度和气味,是一种安全环保高效的柚子皮保鲜膜。

本发明涉及一种保鲜膜,具体是一种柚子皮保鲜膜。
背景技术
食品保鲜膜作为一种新型卫生包装用品,在家庭中的使用日益普及,他在防止冰箱中各种菜肴串味、保持菜肴新鲜度方面有一定作用。目前在食品保鲜膜的加工过程中,为了改善制品应用性能,常加入多种加工助剂,包括增塑剂、稳定剂、抗菌剂、交联剂等,制得的保鲜膜难降解,带来很大的环境隐患。
但是很多保鲜膜,不仅成分含有化学物质,对人体有害,保鲜效果差,也没有清除异味的功效,柚子皮具有海绵一样的组织,可以吸收味道,把柚子皮分散地放入冰箱的不同的角落,可以整体调整冰箱的味道,使得冰箱内的空气变的新鲜。还有就是把柚子皮晒干之后,装入小袋里,把袋子弄出一些通风的孔,这样放在柜子等地方,这样还具有除味防虫的效果,这样的办法可以用上很长的时间。

一种柚子皮保鲜膜,是由以下重量份数的物质组成:柚子皮15-20份、聚乙烯醇5-8份、胶黏剂0.8-1.2份、松香树脂20-30份、甘油8-12份、乙二醇单硬脂酸酯15-20份、氢氧化钠0.8-1.2份、甜杏仁油8-15份、水80-100份。
进一步的,一种柚子皮保鲜膜,柚子皮的处理方法为将柚子皮搅碎至2-3mm,置于40-45℃的2-3%的醋酸溶液中浸泡20-30分钟,过滤沥干,得到柚子皮溶液和柚子皮组织,将柚子皮组织烘干,研磨至粒度100目。
本发明的有益效果:
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的柚子皮保鲜膜,采用柚子皮为主要原料,作为保鲜膜,具有很好的保鲜功效,还可以杀菌抗菌,同时能够吸附异味,放在冰箱中,不会串味,能够很好的保留食物的新鲜度和气味,是一种安全环保高效的柚子皮保鲜膜。
