Abstract

工字钢梁吊夹属起重设备技术领域。由俩夹臂1、U形挂环5、双旋丝杆7组成。俩夹臂1由双旋丝杆7连在一起。旋转双旋丝杆7，可使夹臂1的俩臂体3张开或收拢。U形挂环5用其插销6穿过俩臂体3上的挂孔4，与俩夹臂1相连。俩夹臂1由防滑垫2、臂体3组成。俩臂体3上端弯钩，钩头斜度1∶6；并用沉头螺钉装着防滑垫2。张开俩夹臂1，把吊夹夹在工字钢的下腿上，倒链挂在U形挂环5上便可进行起吊作业。利用工厂车间的工字钢梁便可使用倒链起吊器材。用做倒链辅件。

背景技术
俗称的倒链、手扳葫芦，是一种常用的手动起重设备，一般配套一个三角架完成起重作业。在一些用工字钢做房梁的车间里，可以利用工字钢梁代替三角架做支承件，进行起重作业。
发明内容
工字钢梁吊夹要解决的技术问题是：利用工字钢梁悬挂倒链来起重。
采用的技术方案是：在工字钢的下腿上装设吊夹。
工字钢梁吊夹(图1)由俩夹臂1、U形挂环5、双旋丝杆7组成。俩夹臂1由双旋丝杆7连在一起。旋转双旋丝杆7，可使夹臂1的俩臂体3张开或收拢。U形挂环5，用其插销6穿过俩臂体3上的挂孔4，与俩夹臂1相连。
使用时，1、施力手柄8，正旋双旋丝杆7，张开俩夹臂1。2、使俩夹臂1含住工字钢下腿，反旋双旋丝杆7，使俩夹臂1收拢夹住工字钢下腿。3、把U形挂环5，用其插销6穿挂在俩夹臂1上。4、把倒链挂在U形挂环5的U形环上，后行起吊作业。
工字钢梁吊夹的有益效果是：无需三角架，便可利用现成的车间房梁起吊轻型设备器材，简约方便。

具体实施方式
俩夹臂1均由防滑垫2、臂体3组成。俩臂体3上端弯钩，钩头斜度1∶6；并用沉头螺钉装着防滑垫2。俩臂体3垂直段有螺孔，一为右旋螺孔，另一为左旋螺孔。俩臂体3下段斜弯，与垂直段夹角135度，并有一组挂孔4。臂体3用适厚扁钢造；钩头平弯；斜弯段在弯曲点先扭90度，使弯点两侧扁钢面互垂；再弯出135度弯儿。防滑垫2用硬塑料板造。
双旋丝杆7，一头为右旋螺纹，另一头为左旋螺纹，中间有施力手柄8。
U形挂环5采用电力金具中的与倒链起吊重量匹配的U形挂环。

1.工字钢梁吊夹，包括U形挂环(5)，其特征是：由俩夹臂(1)、U形挂环(5)、双旋丝杆(7)组成；俩夹臂(1)由双旋丝杆(7)连在一起；U形挂环(5)，用其插销(6)穿过俩臂体(3)上的挂孔(4)，与俩夹臂(1)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工字钢梁吊夹，其特征是：夹臂(1)由防滑垫(2)、臂体(3)组成；臂体(3)上端弯钩，钩头斜度1∶6，并用沉头螺钉装着防滑垫(2)；臂体(3)垂直段有螺孔；臂体(3)下段斜弯，与垂直段夹角135度，并有一组挂孔(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的工字钢梁吊夹，其特征是：双旋丝杆(7)，一头为右旋螺纹，另一头为左旋螺纹，中间有施力手柄(8)。
