Abstract

本案涉及一种大长径比高效高速单螺杆,其沿轴向依次包括:连接段、加料段、分离段、混合段、剪切段和计量段;其中,该螺杆的长径比为38∶1。本案通过采用大长径比,可使熔融物料在进入模头前充分塑化;分离段采用双螺棱结构,可以实现在塑化过程中的固液相分离,使得固相料全部留于固相槽中,而固相槽中的气体则在压力的作用下向后经加料段后从进料斗中排出,从而可以减少制品中的气泡,提高制品质量;剪切段等距开设若干轴向封闭的纵向沟槽,使熔融物料与未熔融物料在进料槽和出料槽受到强烈的剪切作用而产生摩擦热,其料流方向和剪切方向接近垂直,对物料混合及二次塑化具有较好的促进作用,提高效率和产能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料挤出机中的螺杆,尤其涉及一种大长径比高效高速单螺杆。
背景技术
塑料挤出机主要有单螺杆和双螺杆两种,虽然后者比前者产能高,发展很快,但是由于成本高,很多行业,如量大面广且对成本要求严的塑料管材制造业,大多依旧会选用单螺杆塑料挤出机,它的结构简单、设计灵活、成本低廉,而且生产效率高,是各种管材、板材、片材和异型材等加工成型所不可缺少的,只要产量提高,完全可以替代双螺杆挤出机。
目前,公知的塑料挤出单螺杆的挤出产量比较低,其挤出产量远低于国外的先进水平。随着人们对高能效比和高产量的不断追求,高速化已成为塑料挤出加工技术的发展方向之一。普通单螺杆挤出机单纯用加大电机功率并改变减速比的方法提高现有普通单螺杆挤出机的螺杆转速,都是现有结构特点上所不允许的。因此提供一种新型高效高速单螺杆就显得尤为重要。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,本案提供一种大长径比高效高速单螺杆,其通过对螺杆结构及布局方式进行改进,以增大长径比,提高转速和挤出效率。
为实现上述目的,本案通过以下技术方案实现:
一种大长径比高效高速单螺杆,其沿轴向依次包括:连接段、加料段、分离段、混合段、剪切段和计量段;
其中,该螺杆的长径比为38∶1。
优选的是,所述的大长径比高效高速单螺杆,其中,所述分离段采用双螺棱结构,分别为主螺棱和副螺棱。
优选的是,所述的大长径比高效高速单螺杆,其中,所述分离段中副螺棱之间的导程大于主螺棱之间的导程,并恰好使得副螺棱的圈数比主螺棱的圈数少1圈。
优选的是,所述的大长径比高效高速单螺杆,其中,所述分离段中副螺棱的高度比主螺棱的高度低0.8-1mm。
优选的是,所述的大长径比高效高速单螺杆,其中,所述分离段中主螺棱之间的导程是所述加料段中螺棱之间的导程的1.5-1.6倍。
优选的是,所述的大长径比高效高速单螺杆,其中,所述分离段中主螺棱之间的导程大于所述混合段中螺棱之间的导程。
优选的是,所述的大长径比高效高速单螺杆,其中,所述混合段中螺棱之间的导程比所述加料段中螺棱之间的导程长2-3mm。
优选的是,所述的大长径比高效高速单螺杆,其中,所述剪切段设置有直槽屏障,在该直槽屏障的圆柱面上等距开设有若干个轴向封闭的纵向沟槽;该纵向沟槽分为两组,分别为轴向出口封闭的进料槽和轴向入口封闭的出料槽,所述进料槽和出料槽相间开设;所述纵向沟槽底部开设有相互连通的联通孔。
优选的是,所述的大长径比高效高速单螺杆,其中,所述计量段均匀设置有多组不连续的矩形齿结构。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)采用38:1大长径比,可使熔融物料在进入模头前充分塑化。
(2)加料段具有较长的长度和较深的槽深,可以增强吃料能力,提高产能。
(3)分离段采用双螺棱结构,原来一条螺纹所形成的螺槽分成两个螺槽,这种结构设计可以实现在塑化过程中的固液相分离,使得固相料全部留于固相槽中,而固相槽中的气体则在压力的作用下向后经加料段后从进料斗中排出,从而可以减少制品中的气泡,提高制品质量。
(4)剪切段等距开设若干轴向封闭的纵向沟槽,熔融物料与未熔融物料在进料槽和出料槽均会受到强烈的剪切作用而产生很大的摩擦热,特别是当物料由联通孔流出时,其料流方向和剪切方向接近垂直,这对物料混合及二次塑化具有较好的促进作用,提高效率和产能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
如图1-4所示,本案列出一实施例的大长径比高效高速单螺杆,其沿轴向依次包括:连接段1、加料段2、分离段3、混合段4、剪切段5和计量段6;其中,该螺杆的长径比为38∶1。
连接段1采用渐开线花键结构,用于与减速器连接。
加料段2较普通单螺杆,具有较长的长度和较深的槽深,可以增强吃料能力。
分离段3采用双螺棱结构,除了主螺棱10之外,还增设了副螺棱20;此段主螺棱10之间的导程S2较加料段2中螺棱之间的导程S1有较大幅度增加,为后者的1.5-1.6倍;分离段3副螺棱20之间的导程S3比此段主螺棱10之间的导程S2稍大,从而恰好使副螺棱20的圈数比此段主螺棱10的圈数减少1圈,这样就把原来一条螺纹所形成的螺槽分成两个螺槽;副螺棱20比主螺棱10要低h1,h1为0.8-1mm。这种结构设计可以实现在塑化过程中的固液相分离,使得固相料全部留于固相槽中,而固相槽中的气体则在压力的作用下向后经加料段2后从进料斗中排出,从而可以减少制品中的气泡,提高制品质量。
混合段4采用单头螺纹结构,此段螺棱之间的导程S4较分离段3主螺棱10之间的导程S2有较大幅度减小,但仍比加料段2螺棱之间的导程S1大2-3mm,从而可以使得经过分离段3的大部分已熔融物料与少部分未熔融物料进行充分混合。
剪切段5设置有直槽屏障,在其圆柱面上等距地开设有若干个轴向封闭的纵向沟槽;纵向沟槽分为两组,分别为轴向出口封闭的进料槽30及轴向入口封闭的出料槽40,两组槽相间开设;纵向沟槽底部开有相互连通的联通孔50。熔融物料与未熔融物料在进料槽30和出料槽40均会受到强烈的剪切作用而产生很大的摩擦热,特别是当物料由联通孔50流出时,其料流方向和剪切方向接近垂直,这对物料混合及二次塑化具有较好的促进作用。
计量段6均匀设置有多组不连续的矩形齿结构60,其通过多次分流、汇合、改变流动方向从而对熔融物料进行均化。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的图例。

Claims (5)

1.一种大长径比高效高速单螺杆,其特征在于,其沿轴向依次包括:连接段、加料段、分离段、混合段、剪切段和计量段;
其中,该螺杆的长径比为38∶1;
所述分离段采用双螺棱结构,分别为主螺棱和副螺棱,并形成两个螺槽,所述副螺棱之间的导程大于所述主螺棱之间的导程,并恰好使得所述副螺棱的圈数比所述主螺棱的圈数少1圈,且所述副螺棱的高度比所述主螺棱的高度低0.8-1mm,以使固相槽中的气体在压力作用下向后经所述加料段从进料斗中排出;
所述剪切段设置有直槽屏障,在该直槽屏障的圆柱面上等距开设有若干个轴向封闭的纵向沟槽;该纵向沟槽分为两组,分别为轴向出口封闭的进料槽和轴向入口封闭的出料槽,所述进料槽和出料槽相间开设;所述纵向沟槽底部开设有相互连通的联通孔,以使料流方向和剪切方向接近垂直,促进物料混合及二次塑化。
2.如权利要求1所述的大长径比高效高速单螺杆,其特征在于,所述分离段中主螺棱之间的导程是所述加料段中螺棱之间的导程的1.5-1.6倍。
3.如权利要求1所述的大长径比高效高速单螺杆,其特征在于,所述分离段中主螺棱之间的导程大于所述混合段中螺棱之间的导程。
4.如权利要求1所述的大长径比高效高速单螺杆,其特征在于,所述混合段中螺棱之间的导程比所述加料段中螺棱之间的导程长2-3mm。
5.如权利要求1所述的大长径比高效高速单螺杆,其特征在于,所述计量段均匀设置有多组不连续的矩形齿结构。
