Abstract

一种批量塑料勺的立式插入注塑成型模结构,其特征在于:包括在一个水平工作台上相对设置在一组立式注塑容腔,在两个立式注塑容腔之间设置设有一个模具连接座,模具连接座包括设置在中部的多组模具成型模具插入腔,设有多组模具成型模具插入腔两侧的扩展腔,在多组模具成型模具插入腔中插设批量塑料勺成型模具,设有注射口的扩展腔的所述的两个立式注塑容腔;在一侧的立式注塑容腔注料时,另一的立式注塑容腔为收料状态,当注塑料填满批量塑料勺成型模具后取模、取件、上模后另一的立式注塑容腔为注料状态。该成型结构一次可以批量成型多件模具塑料勺的数量,大大提高了工作效率。并且设置双相交替注塑容腔;减少了注塑料的浪费,节省了生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及注塑成型领域,尤其是涉及一种批量塑料勺的立式插入注塑成型模结构。
背景技术
目前,现有的注塑成型的塑料勺都是通过水平面注塑成型,一次只能成型一块模具的数量;这样工作效率低,并且一般的成型模具原料使用比较浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种批量塑料勺的立式插入注塑成型模结构,解决一次可以注塑多块成型模具量的塑料勺以及注塑节省用料的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种批量塑料勺的立式插入注塑成型模结构,其特征在于:包括在一个水平工作台上相对设置一组立式注塑容腔,在两个立式注塑容腔之间设置设有一个模具连接座,所述的模具连接座包括设置在中部的多组成型模具插入腔,设有多组模具成型模具插入腔两侧的扩展腔,扩展腔的右侧口部设有螺纹;扩展腔右侧与多组成型模具插入腔侧口设置内螺纹连接,在多组模具成型模具插入腔中插设批量塑料勺成型模具,扩展腔的左侧口部设有螺纹;扩展腔的左侧与立式注塑容腔连接,在扩展腔与多组模具成型模具插入腔之间设有多个与批量塑料勺成型模具中注射通道连接的注射口;
所述的两个立式注塑容腔;在一侧的立式注塑容腔注料时,另一的立式注塑容腔为收料状态,当注塑料填满批量塑料勺成型模具后取模、取件、上模后另一的立式注塑容腔为注料状态。
所述的立式注塑容腔包括注塑容腔体,在注塑容腔体外侧设置连接调整杆,连接调整杆上端设有连接注塑容腔体的固定座,所述的注塑容腔体是注料腔与设置在注料腔下部的储料腔组成,注塑容腔体的一侧设有连接与扩展腔连接锁紧口,在注料腔的上部设有加料接口,在储料腔上连接加压气体接口。
所述的注塑容腔体上设有装卸连接卡块,所述的装卸连接卡块是在装卸过程中用一根与装卸连接卡块形状相互匹配的卡杆;卡杆插入装卸连接卡块中,使得注塑容腔体与模具连接座连接在一水平线上。
所述的批量塑料勺成型模具包括均布注射通道的模座、模座的中心位置设有模具成型槽,在模座四周设有限位孔。
所述的模具成型槽是以模座的中心周向分布。
本发明的有益效果:该成型结构一次可以批量成型多件模具塑料勺的数量,大大提高了工作效率。并且设置双相交替注塑容腔;减少了注塑料的浪费,节省了生产成本。

实施例1,如图1所示,一种批量塑料勺的立式插入注塑成型模结构,其特征在于:包括在一个水平工作台1上相对设置在一组立式注塑容腔,在两个立式注塑容腔之间设置设有一个模具连接座,所述的模具连接座包括设置在中部的多组模具成型模具插入腔2,设有多组成型模具插入腔两侧的扩展腔3,扩展腔3的右侧口部设有螺纹;扩展腔3右侧与中多组模具成型模具插入腔侧口设置内螺纹连接,在多组模具成型模具插入腔2中插设批量塑料勺成型模具,所述的批量塑料勺成型模具包括均布注射通道4的模座5、模座5的中心位置设有模具成型槽6,在模座5四周设有限位孔7。
所述的模具成型槽6是以模座5的中心周向分布。
扩展腔3的左侧口部设有螺纹;扩展腔3的左侧与立式注塑容腔连接,在扩展腔与多组模具成型模具插入腔之间设有多个与批量塑料勺成型模具中注射通道4连接的注射口8;
所述的两个立式注塑容腔;在一侧的立式注塑容腔注料时,另一的立式注塑容腔为收料状态,当注塑料填满批量塑料勺成型模具后取模、取件、上模后另一的立式注塑容腔为注料状态。
所述的立式注塑容腔包括注塑容腔体,所述的注塑容腔体是注料腔9与设置在注料腔9下部的储料腔10组成,在注塑容腔体外侧设置连接调整杆11,连接调整杆11上端设有连接注塑容腔体的固定座12,注塑容腔体的一侧设有与扩展腔连接锁紧口13,在注料腔9的上部设有加料接口14,在储料腔10上连接加压气体接口15。
所述的注塑容腔体上设有装卸连接卡块16,所述的装卸连接卡块是在装卸过程中用一根与装卸连接卡块形状相互匹配的卡杆17;卡杆17插入装卸连接卡块中,使得注塑容腔体与模具连接座连接在一水平线上。

1.一种批量塑料勺的立式插入注塑成型模结构,其特征在于:包括在一个水平工作台上相对设置一组立式注塑容腔,在两个立式注塑容腔之间设置设有一个模具连接座,所述的模具连接座包括设置在中部的多组模具成型模具插入腔,设有多组模具成型模具插入腔两侧的扩展腔,扩展腔的右侧口部设有螺纹;扩展腔右侧与多组成型模具插入腔侧口设置内螺纹连接,在多组模具成型模具插入腔中插设批量塑料勺成型模具,扩展腔的左侧口部设有螺纹;扩展腔的左侧与立式注塑容腔连接,在扩展腔与多组模具成型模具插入腔之间设有多个与批量塑料勺成型模具中注射通道连接的注射口;
所述的两个立式注塑容腔;在一侧的立式注塑容腔注料时,另一的立式注塑容腔为收料状态,当注塑料填满批量塑料勺成型模具后取模、取件、上模后另一的立式注塑容腔为注料状态。
