Abstract
有机废气处理回收系统,它涉及环保设备技术领域;箱体的上部为活性炭吸附部,下部为脱附部,活性炭吸附部与脱附部之间通过切换阀门连接,箱体的上端设置有通风机;所述的鼓风机通过进风口与箱体的活性炭吸附部连接;水源通过水阀与箱体的脱附部连接,脱附部的一侧设置有贮酸槽,贮酸槽通过加酸泵与活性炭吸附部连接,箱体的底部与冷凝器连接,冷凝器与分离器连接,箱体的底部通过循环泵与活性炭吸附部连接。本发明所述的有机废气处理回收系统,有机溶剂回收率高,可使溶剂回收率在95%以上;回收时溶剂的稳定性好,分解极少;应用范围广。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及环保设备技术领域,具体涉及有机废气处理回收系统。
背景技术
有机废气是存在于多种行业的重要污染物,治理方法有:冷凝法、直接燃烧法、催化燃烧法、活性炭吸附法、吸收液吸收法等。有机废气处理是指在工业生产过程中产生的有机废气进行吸附、过滤、净化的处理工作。通常有机废气处理有甲醛有机废气处理、苯甲苯二甲苯等苯系物有机废气处理、丙酮丁酮有机废气处理、乙酸乙酯废气处理、油雾有机废气处理、糠醛有机废气处理、苯乙烯、丙烯酸有机废气处理、树脂有机废气处理、添加剂有机废气处理、漆雾有机废气处理、天那水有机废气处理等含碳氢氧等有机物的空气净化处理。
现有技术存在溶剂回收率低、回收时溶剂的稳定性不好,分解多,不适用于对低浓度溶剂、聚合性单体及高沸点溶剂的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种溶剂回收率低、回收时溶剂的稳定性好、分解极少、应用范围广的有机废气处理回收系统。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:它包含鼓风机、箱体、活性炭吸附部、通风机、脱附部、切换阀门、水阀、加酸泵、贮酸槽、循环泵、冷凝器、分离器;所述的箱体的上部为活性炭吸附部,下部为脱附部,活性炭吸附部与脱附部之间通过切换阀门连接,箱体的上端设置有通风机;所述的鼓风机通过进风口与箱体的活性炭吸附部连接;水源通过水阀与箱体的脱附部连接,脱附部的一侧设置有贮酸槽,贮酸槽通过加酸泵与活性炭吸附部连接,箱体的底部与冷凝器连接,冷凝器与分离器连接,箱体的底部通过循环泵与活性炭吸附部连接。
作为优选,所述的脱附部和贮酸槽上设置有液位控制器,脱附部上的液位控制器通过电磁阀与水阀连接。
作为优选,所述的脱附部内设置有喷淋头,喷淋头与水阀连接。
作为优选,所述的切换阀门上设置有时间设定器。
作为优选,所述的活性炭吸附部采用碳纤维过滤筒。
作为优选,所述的鼓风机与活性炭吸附部的进风口之间设置有加热器。
本实用的工作原理为:有机废气加热105℃后从进风口进入箱体,净化后的尾气由通风机排入大气,经吸附饱和后的碳纤维可以体内再生,再生后的过滤筒可长期使用,具有不怕酸碱的耐腐蚀性能;通过切换阀门的切换,实现溶剂在活性炭吸附部和脱附部中的吸附和脱附再生,脱附后的溶剂和水蒸气进入冷凝器冷凝、经分离器分液后可得到纯净的溶剂。
采用上述结构后,本发明产生的有益效果为:本发明所述的有机废气处理回收系统,有机溶剂回收率高,可使溶剂回收率在95%以上;回收时溶剂的稳定性好,分解极少;应用范围广,对低浓度溶剂、聚合性单体及高沸点溶剂也能适用;装置体积小,易操作、保养;安全性高,活性碳纤维的吸附热很小,且易散失,不会造成局部温度过高。

参看如图1所示,本具体实施方式采用如下技术方案:它包含鼓风机1、箱体2、活性炭吸附部3、通风机4、脱附部5、切换阀门6、水阀7、加酸泵8、贮酸槽9、循环泵10、冷凝器11、分离器12;所述的箱体2的上部为活性炭吸附部3,下部为脱附部5,活性炭吸附部3与脱附部5之间通过切换阀门6连接,箱体2的上端设置有通风机4;所述的鼓风机1通过进风口与箱体2的活性炭吸附部3连接;水源通过水阀7与箱体2的脱附部5连接,脱附部5的一侧设置有贮酸槽9,贮酸槽9通过加酸泵8与活性炭吸附部3连接,箱体2的底部与冷凝器11连接,冷凝器11与分离器12连接,箱体2的底部通过循环泵10与活性炭吸附部3连接。
作为优选,所述的脱附部5和贮酸槽9上设置有液位控制器13,脱附部5上的液位控制器13通过电磁阀14与水阀7连接。
作为优选,所述的脱附部5内设置有喷淋头15,喷淋头15与水阀7连接。
作为优选,所述的切换阀门6上设置有时间设定器。
作为优选,所述的活性炭吸附部3采用碳纤维过滤筒。
作为优选,所述的鼓风机1与活性炭吸附部3的进风口之间设置有加热器16。
本具体实施方式的工作原理为:有机废气加热105℃后从进风口进入箱体2,净化后的尾气由通风机4排入大气,经吸附饱和后的碳纤维可以体内再生,再生后的过滤筒可长期使用,具有不怕酸碱的耐腐蚀性能;通过切换阀门6的切换,实现溶剂在活性炭吸附部3和脱附部5中的吸附和脱附再生,脱附后的溶剂和水蒸气进入冷凝器11冷凝、经分离器12分液后可得到纯净的溶剂。
采用上述结构后,本具体实施方式产生的有益效果为:本具体实施方式所述的有机废气处理回收系统,有机溶剂回收率高,可使溶剂回收率在95%以上;回收时溶剂的稳定性好,分解极少;应用范围广,对低浓度溶剂、聚合性单体及高沸点溶剂也能适用;装置体积小,易操作、保养;安全性高,活性碳纤维的吸附热很小,且易散失,不会造成局部温度过高。

1.有机废气处理回收系统,其特征在于:它包含鼓风机、箱体、活性炭吸附部、通风机、脱附部、切换阀门、水阀、加酸泵、贮酸槽、循环泵、冷凝器、分离器;所述的箱体的上部为活性炭吸附部,下部为脱附部,活性炭吸附部与脱附部之间通过切换阀门连接,箱体的上端设置有通风机;所述的鼓风机通过进风口与箱体的活性炭吸附部连接;水源通过水阀与箱体的脱附部连接,脱附部的一侧设置有贮酸槽,贮酸槽通过加酸泵与活性炭吸附部连接,箱体的底部与冷凝器连接,冷凝器与分离器连接,箱体的底部通过循环泵与活性炭吸附部连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的有机废气处理回收系统,其特征在于:所述的脱附部和贮酸槽上设置有液位控制器,脱附部上的液位控制器通过电磁阀与水阀连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的有机废气处理回收系统,其特征在于:所述的脱附部内设置有喷淋头,喷淋头与水阀连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的有机废气处理回收系统,其特征在于:所述的切换阀门上设置有时间设定器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的有机废气处理回收系统,其特征在于:所述的活性炭吸附部采用碳纤维过滤筒。
6.根据权利要求1所述的有机废气处理回收系统,其特征在于:所述的鼓风机与活性炭吸附部的进风口之间设置有加热器。
