技术领域
本发明涉及生物质固化燃料生产及设备领域,具体涉及一种新型固化燃料生产线。
背景技术
生物质固化燃料是以农林剩余物为主原料,经切片、粉碎、混合和挤压等工艺,最后制成成型环保燃料,热值高、燃烧充分,是一种洁净低碳的可再生能源,作为锅炉燃料,它的燃烧时间长,强化燃烧炉膛温度高,而且经济实惠,同时对环境无污染,是替代常规化石能源的优质环保燃料。
现有生物质固化燃料生产线,结构原理较简单,生产效率低,生产出的产品燃烧值底,生产过程中产生的废料没有得到有效利用。
发明内容
为了解决上述背景技术中的生物质固化燃料在生产中会产生废料的问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:
本发明包括粉碎机、物料提升机、燃烧室、鼓风机、烘干回转窑、一组风冷装置、输送机、挤压成型机、筛选装置和输送线,所述物料提升机两端分别位于粉碎机的出料口和烘干回转窑的进料口处,所述鼓风机的进口端和出口端通过管道分别与燃烧室的出口端和烘干回转窑的进风口相通,所述输送机两端分别位于烘干回转窑的出料口和挤压成型机的进料口处,所述一组风冷装置分别通过支架安装在输送机上,所述筛选装置安装在挤压成型机的出料口处,所述筛选装置的废料出口通过输送线与燃烧室的燃料投入口和粉碎机的进料口相连。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本生产线通过烘干回转窑对原料快速烘干,通过设置在输送机上的冷却装置将烘干后的原料进行冷却,以符合生产挤压成型的要求,产生的废料得以重新利用,提高了资源利用率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明包括粉碎机1、物料提升机2、燃烧室3、鼓风机4、烘干回转窑5、一组风冷装置6、输送机7、挤压成型机8、筛选装置9和输送线10,所述物料提升机2两端分别位于粉碎机1的出料口和烘干回转窑5的进料口处,所述鼓风机3的进口端和出口端通过管道分别与燃烧室3的出口端和烘干回转窑5的进风口相通,所述输送机7两端分别位于烘干回转窑5的出料口和挤压成型机8的进料口处,所述一组风冷装置6分别通过支架安装在输送机7上,所述筛选装置9安装在挤压成型机8的出料口处,所述筛选装置9的废料出口通过输送线10与燃烧室3的燃料投入口和粉碎机1的进料口相连。
工作原理:生产时,先将原料用粉碎机1粉碎,然后通过物料提升机2投入到烘干回转窑5内,与此同时燃烧室3产生的热气经鼓风机4送入烘干回转窑5中,原料在烘干回转窑5内进行烘干后,从烘干回转窑5的出料口排出到输送机7上,经风冷装置6冷却后进入挤压成型机8,挤压成型机8生产出的固态燃料通过筛选装置9进行筛选,符合规格要求的产品直接装袋,不符合要求的废料通过筛选装置9的废料出口落入到输送线10上,一部分废料经输送线10输送到燃烧室3内,在燃烧室3燃烧后提供烘干回转窑5的热源,另一部分废料被输送到粉碎机1粉碎后重新投入生产,如此循环。

1.一种新型固化燃料生产线,其特征在于它包括粉碎机(1)、物料提升机(2)、燃烧室(3)、鼓风机(4)、烘干回转窑(5)、一组风冷装置(6)、输送机(7)、挤压成型机(8)、筛选装置(9)和输送线(10),所述物料提升机(2)两端分别位于粉碎机(1)的出料口和烘干回转窑(5)的进料口处,所述鼓风机(3)的进口端和出口端通过管道分别与燃烧室(3)的出口端和烘干回转窑(5)的进风口相通,所述输送机(7)两端分别位于烘干回转窑(5)的出料口和挤压成型机(8)的进料口处,所述一组风冷装置(6)分别通过支架安装在输送机(7)上,所述筛选装置(9)安装在挤压成型机(8)的出料口处,所述筛选装置(9)的废料出口通过输送线(10)与燃烧室(3)的燃料投入口和粉碎机(1)的进料口相连。
