Abstract

本发明是一种用生物质燃料连续制炭和热风利用的一体化装置。本装置由链条炉排及窑炉构成,链条炉排置于窑炉内,链条炉排一端为进料口,窑内分为炭化室、燃尽室和除尘室,炭化室在链条炉排上部,由炭化室上部的后拱和带孔隔墙分隔为燃尽室和除尘室,燃尽室靠进料口一侧,除尘室连接热风出口。该装置可解决采用生物质燃料制炭过程中不能连续生产及热量得不到有效利用的问题。将制炭炉与热风炉有机结合为一体,使制炭能够连续生产,使热量得到了有效利用,同时可通过调节炉内链排运行速度来控制炭的产出量及质量,避免废品的产生。

用生物质燃料连续制炭和热风利用的一体化装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用生物质燃料连续制炭和热风综合利用一体化装置。
背景技术
目前制炭主要采用窑炉低温缺氧燃烧方式,窑炉制炭只能间歇式生产,制碳热风炉结构多样,制碳燃料主要是通过燃用煤、生物质、油、气等燃料产生高温烟气。每生产一炉大约15天左右,需要经过装料、燃烧、停炉、捂火、冷却、出料等漫长时间,且产品成品率低。生产过程中产生的挥发分得不到有效利用,经燃烧后排入大气中,造成了能源浪费和环境污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为有效解决制炭高效连续生产和制炭过程中热风综合利用的问题,提供一种用生物质燃料连续制炭和热风利用一体化装置。该装置可解决采用生物质燃料制炭过程中不能连续生产及热量得不到有效利用的问题。
本发明的技术方案为:本装置由链条炉排及窑炉构成,链条炉排置于窑炉内,链条炉排一端为进料口,窑内分为炭化室、(挥发分)燃尽室和除尘室,炭化室在链条炉排上部,由炭化室上部的后拱和带孔隔墙分隔为燃尽室和除尘室,燃尽室靠进料口一侧,除尘室连接热风出口。
其中,燃尽室连通二次风管,链条炉排连通一次风管;除尘室连通出料口,出料口的下部设有碳回收机;窑炉内的前拱与水平面的锐角为45~55°;后拱与水平面的锐角为7~12°。
炭化室产生的可燃气体进入挥发分燃尽室,通过配风给氧,使挥发分燃烧完全,产生的热风进入除尘室沉降分离后的洁净热风经出风口排出装置,进入配套的干燥设备;炭化室炭化后的炭经链条炉排的带动进入出料机排出,达到制炭的目的。
本发明将制炭炉与热风炉有机结合为一体,解决了生物质燃料制炭过程中不能连续生产及热量得不到有效利用的问题,使制炭能够连续生产,在大幅提高制炭效率的同时,使生产过程中产生的挥发分可燃气体再次燃烧产生热风,混和制炭产生的热烟气进入配套的干燥装置,使热量得到有效利用。制炭原料失去挥发分后,剩下固定碳达到制碳目的。同时还可以通过调节炉内链排运行速度来控制炭的产出量及质量,避免废品的产生,极大提高制碳成品率。

下面结合具体实施方式详细说明本发明的具体结构,但本发明的结构不限于附图所示。
具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明的用生物质燃料连续制炭和热风利用的一体化装置由链条炉排2及窑炉构成,链条炉排2置于窑炉内(链条炉排可以采用现有技术),链条炉排2的一端为进料口1,窑内分为炭化室3、挥发分燃尽室5和除尘室6,炭化室3在链条炉排2的上部,由炭化室3上部的后拱13和带孔隔墙14分隔为燃尽室5和除尘室6,燃尽室5靠进料口1的一侧,除尘室6连接热风出口7。燃尽室5连通二次风管4;链条炉排2连通一次风管10;除尘室6与出料口8相通;出料口8的下部设有碳回收机9;窑炉内的前拱12与水平面的锐角为45~55°;后拱13与水平面的锐角为7~12°,一次风管和二次风管连接鼓风机。
工作时,生物质燃料经进料口1进入链条炉排2上(链条炉排的速度为无极调速),由于2的传动将燃料带入炭化室3完成挥发份的析出炭化;析出的挥发份可燃炙热气体向上流动进入燃尽室5遇到经二次风管4吹入5的空气后发生剧烈燃烧并燃尽,产生的高温热风(烟气)进入除尘室6分离灰尘后经热风出口7排出到下一段用热风的装置。完成炭化的炭在2上继续向后移动到达出料口8,经8落入碳回收机9得到完整产品碳,设备运行过程中连续投料连续制炭。

1.一种用生物质燃料连续制炭和热风利用的一体化装置,其特征在于:本装置由链条炉排及窑炉构成,链条炉排置于窑炉内,链条炉排一端为进料口,窑内分为炭化室、燃尽室和除尘室,炭化室在链条炉排上部,由炭化室上部的后拱和带孔隔墙分隔为燃尽室和除尘室,燃尽室靠进料口一侧,除尘室连接热风出口;燃尽室连通二次风管,链条炉排连通一次风管;除尘室连通出料口,出料口的下部设有碳回收机;窑炉内的前拱与水平面的锐角为45~55°;窑炉内的后拱与水平面的锐角为7~12°。
