本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体是涉及一种绝缘涂料。由以下重量份的组分制成:25份树脂液组分、3份丙醇、5份亚油酸、4份二甲苯、10份环己酮、5份羟丙基甲基纤维素、6份分散剂、6份润湿剂和5份β‑谷甾醇。本发明的绝缘涂料及其制备方法,通过加入合理设计的组分,特别是树脂液组分,可实现绝缘涂料性能的显著提升,特别是绝缘性方面,比传统不添加该树脂液组分的涂料,可提升30%性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体是涉及一种绝缘涂料。
背景技术
目前,绝缘涂料具有优良电绝缘性的涂料。有良好的电性能、热性能、机械性能和化学性能。多为清漆,也有色漆。一般要求下,绝缘涂料应在被涂装物表面形成一层具有较高体积电阻率,能承受较强电场而不被击穿的陶瓷涂层。该涂层具有较高的机械强度和良好的化学稳定性,能耐老化,耐水,耐化学腐蚀;同时还具有耐机械冲击和热冲击性能,该涂层可在相应的工作温度内下连续工作。
但是,市面上的绝缘涂料,基本达不到绝缘涂料的上述性能需求,因此,需要重新设计一种绝缘涂料的组分及制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种绝缘涂料及其制备方法、用于绝缘涂料的树脂液组分及其制备方法,为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种用于绝缘涂料的树脂液组分,由以下重量份的组分制成:
15份PVC树脂粉、5份环己酮、5份亚油酸、5份二甲苯和3份β-谷甾醇。
一种用于绝缘涂料的树脂液组分的制备方法,步骤如下:
将溶解桶置于专用水浴加温溶解装置中加温,然后加入5份环己酮、5份亚油酸和5份二甲苯,然后在搅拌的情况下向溶解桶中缓慢加入15份PVC树脂粉,随着温度不断升高,PVC树脂粉逐步溶解,待全部溶解后,加入3份β-谷甾醇,搅拌至透明为完全溶解即可。
一种绝缘涂料,由以下重量份的组分制成:
25份树脂液组分、3份丙醇、5份亚油酸、4份二甲苯、10份环己酮、5份羟丙基甲基纤维素、6份分散剂、6份润湿剂和5份β-谷甾醇。
一种绝缘涂料的制备方法,步骤如下:
首先向搅拌容器中加入25份树脂液组分、3份丙醇和5份亚油酸,控制转速为1000 r/min,搅拌2 h;接着加入4份二甲苯、10份环己酮和5份羟丙基甲基纤维素,控制转速为1500r/min,搅拌1 h;最后加入6份分散剂、6份润湿剂和5份β-谷甾醇,控制转速为800 r/min,搅拌2 h即可,得到绝缘涂料。
本发明的有益效果表现在:
本发明的绝缘涂料及其制备方法,通过加入合理设计的组分,特别是树脂液组分,可实现绝缘涂料性能的显著提升,特别是绝缘性方面,比传统不添加该树脂液组分的涂料,可提升30%性能。
本发明的用于绝缘涂料的树脂液组分及其制备方法,通过加入合理设计的组分,特别是β-谷甾醇,可以提升树脂液的平滑性能,且使其绝缘性能比传统不含该组分的树脂液提升约30%,值得大力推广使用。

15份PVC树脂粉、5份环己酮、5份亚油酸、5份二甲苯和3份β-谷甾醇。
一种用于绝缘涂料的树脂液组分的制备方法,步骤如下:
将溶解桶置于专用水浴加温溶解装置中加温,然后加入5份环己酮、5份亚油酸和5份二甲苯,然后在搅拌的情况下向溶解桶中缓慢加入15份PVC树脂粉,随着温度不断升高,PVC树脂粉逐步溶解,待全部溶解后,加入3份β-谷甾醇,搅拌至透明为完全溶解即可。

25份树脂液组分(实施例1制备)、3份丙醇、5份亚油酸、4份二甲苯、10份环己酮、5份羟丙基甲基纤维素、6份分散剂、6份润湿剂和5份β-谷甾醇。
一种绝缘涂料的制备方法,步骤如下:
首先向搅拌容器中加入25份树脂液组分、3份丙醇和5份亚油酸,控制转速为1000 r/min,搅拌2 h;接着加入4份二甲苯、10份环己酮和5份羟丙基甲基纤维素,控制转速为1500r/min,搅拌1 h;最后加入6份分散剂、6份润湿剂和5份β-谷甾醇,控制转速为800 r/min,搅拌2 h即可,得到绝缘涂料。
