Abstract
本发明公开了一种饮用水节能环保滤芯及其制备方法,其主要是将组成原料有硅藻土、高岭土、植物纤维、三聚氰酰胺聚酯、木质粉、粘合剂、水、碳粉、秸秆灰烬、海壳粉、天然沸石、碎毛发按一定重量份比例混合搅拌后经注浆成型或压坯成型,干燥后在900-1300℃煅烧,即得该饮用水节能环保滤芯。本发明制备方法简单,配方合理,成本低,制得的饮用水节能环保滤芯耐热、耐磨性好。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于饮用水环保过滤技术领域,尤其涉及一种饮用水节能环保滤芯及其制备方法。
背景技术
众所周知,传统的加热式过滤饮用水节能环保滤芯的滤孔均极细微,并呈高密度分布,因此对于水浊度较高的地区,尤其是偏远山区、农村,极容易遭污泥或铁锈等较粗颗粒杂质阻塞,而影响其过滤水量,故通常均于该高密度滤芯的前面再设置一道或一道以上具有较大滤孔的低密度滤芯,利用前置滤芯预先去除水中较粗颗粗杂质、污泥、悬浮物质等,借以保护后置活性碳滤芯、离子交换树脂滤芯或半透膜 (R0) 滤芯等高密度滤芯,使其不致被较粗颗粗杂质被覆而影响其滤净或吸附等功能。其主要缺陷在于:常用的前置滤芯,其不外乎是由PP 塑胶、纤维、毛线等材质构成,故一经阻塞后即必须抛弃,无法再次冲洗以供重复使用,其不仅消耗性大,造成人力物力负担,且由于不符合环保条件,无法在短时间内完成分解,以致在日后均成为环境高污染物质,不符合经济环保要求。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的不足和缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种饮用水节能环保滤芯及其
制备方法。本发明制备方法简单,配方合理,成本低,制得的饮用水节能环保滤芯耐热、吸附性好。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案 :
饮用水节能环保滤芯,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:硅藻土30-40 份、高岭土10-15
份、植物纤维15-25 份、三聚氰酰胺聚酯20-30 份、木质粉6-9 份、植物粘合剂6-8 份、水40-50
份、碳粉10-15 份、秸秆灰烬3-5 份、海壳粉10-15 份、天然沸石10-15 份、碎毛发10-15 份。
所述的饮用水节能环保滤芯的制备方法,其特征在于:按组成原料的重量份称取各组成原料,混合搅拌后经注浆成型或压坯成型,干燥后在900-1300℃煅烧,即得该饮用水节能环保滤芯。
本发明的有益效果 :
本发明制备方法简单,配方合理,成本低,制得的饮用水节能环保滤芯耐热、耐磨性好。

实施例1 :饮用水节能环保滤芯,其组成原料的重量份为:有硅藻土30 份、高岭土10 份、
植物纤维15 份、三聚氰酰胺聚酯20 份、木质粉7份、植物粘合剂CMC7份、水45 份、碳粉12 份、秸秆灰烬4 份、海壳粉12 份、天然沸石12 份、碎毛发12 份。 饮用水节能环保滤芯的制备方法:按组成原料的重量份称取各组成原料,混合搅拌后经注浆成型或压坯成型,干燥后在900-1300℃煅烧,即得该饮用水节能环保滤芯。
所制得饮用水节能环保滤芯的静态水吸附量18.2% ;抗压强度4875N ;相容性0.0093%。
实施例2 :饮用水节能环保滤芯,其组成原料的重量份为:有硅藻土40 份、高岭土15 份、植物纤维25 份、三聚氰酰胺聚酯30 份、木质粉6 份、植物粘合剂CMC6 份、水50 份、碳粉10 份、秸秆灰烬3 份、海壳粉10 份、天然沸石10 份、碎毛发10 份。
饮用水节能环保滤芯的制备方法:按组成原料的重量份称取各组成原料,混合搅拌后经注浆成型或压坯成型,干燥后在900-1300℃煅烧,即得该饮用水节能环保滤芯。
所制得饮用水节能环保滤芯的静态水吸附量18.4% ;抗压强度4945N ;相容性0.0089%。

1.一种饮用水节能环保滤芯,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:硅藻土30-40 份、高岭土10-15 份、植物纤维15-25 份、三聚氰酰胺聚酯20-30 份、木质粉6-9 份、植物粘合剂6-8 份、水40-50 份、碳粉10-15 份、秸秆灰烬3-5 份、海壳粉10-15 份、天然沸石10-15份、碎毛发10-15 份。
2.一种如权利要求1 所述的饮用水节能环保滤芯的制备方法,其特征在于:按组成原料的重量份称取各组成原料,混合搅拌后经注浆成型或压坯成型,干燥后在900-1300℃煅烧,即得该饮用水节能环保滤芯。
