Abstract

本发明采用兰炭,无烟煤或焦炭的废料经粉碎制成炭粉,在碳粉中加入粘合剂搅拌均匀,再经成型机成型,干燥后即得到环保机制燃料,由于采用兰炭,无烟煤或焦炭废料为原料来制造,不需要再进行碳化,在机制燃料的制备过程中不再产生新的废弃物,成本低、无毒无烟,实现了废物利用,有利于保护环境,经检测,各项指标均符合国家有关标准。

本发明属于燃料制备领域。
背景技术
目前烧烤食品所用的燃料大部分是煤和碳化后的秸秆,在制作过程中产生大量的烟和有毒成分,会危害人类健康,污染环境。而工厂生产过程中产生大量的兰炭废渣和焦渣等,往往被丢弃或贱卖,既浪费资源又污染环境。如果使其变废为宝(比如压制成型代替人们生活中所用的烧烤炭来使用),则可以利用废物创造更大的经济价值,并起到保护环境的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是公开一种利用工厂兰炭、无烟煤以及焦炭废料为原料生产环保燃料的方法。
本发明的技术方案按以下方式实现。
采用兰炭,无烟煤或焦炭的废料经粉碎制成炭粉,在碳粉中加入粘合剂搅拌均匀,再经成型机成型,干燥后即得到环保机制燃料,其中原料配比按重量百分比分别为兰炭废料占60%~80%,无烟煤废料或焦炭废料占10~30%,粘合剂占0.5~10%,水占1%~10%。
所述粘合剂为淀粉。
采用本发明的方法制备的机制燃料,还可以根据使用要求,选择不同模具,制备出要求的型状。
由于本发明利用煤化工企业生产中产生的兰炭,无烟煤或焦炭废料为原料来制造,不需要再进行碳化,在机制燃料的制备过程中不再产生新的废弃物,成本低、无毒无烟,实现了废物利用,有利于保护环境,经检测,各项指标均符合国家有关标准。
具体实施方案
实施例1:用兰炭,无烟煤或焦炭的废料经粉碎制成炭粉,按重量比,60%兰炭粉,30%的无烟煤或焦炭粉,5%的淀粉,5%的水搅拌均匀输入成型机压制成型,经干燥即成。

1.一种环保机制燃料生产方法,其特征在于采用兰炭,无烟煤或焦炭的废料经粉碎制成炭粉,在碳粉中加入粘合剂搅拌均匀,再经成型机成型,干燥后即得到环保机制燃料,其中原料配比按重量百分比分别为兰炭废料占60%~80%,无烟煤废料或焦炭废料占10~30%,粘合剂占0.5~10%,水占1%~10%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种环保机制燃料生产方法,其特征在于所述粘合剂为淀粉。
