一种具有防霉功能的生物质燃料
技术领域
本发明属于生物燃料技术领域,具体涉及一种具有防霉功能的生物质燃料。
背景技术
随着煤炭、天然气资源的日益减少及环境污染问题的日益加剧,利用生物质得到的新能源燃料是目前研究热点。生物质能源主要利用农业废弃物、采伐剩余物、工厂和生活垃圾、污泥等原料加工成生物质成型燃料、液体燃料等终端产品。生物质成型燃料原料易取,烟尘、二氧化硫等有害物质排放较少,但由于生物有机质的存在,在潮湿环境下容易发霉,影响燃烧效率,而且灰分多。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为解决现有技术的不足而提供一种不易防霉、灰分少的生物质燃料。
本发明的目的是以下述技术方案实现的:
一种具有防霉功能的生物质燃料,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:樟树叶30-40份、茶梗20-30份、竹炭粉25-35份、凹凸棒粘土粉8-12份。进一步由以下重量份的原料制备而成:樟树叶35份、茶梗25份、竹炭粉30份、凹凸棒粘土粉10份。
如上所述的具有防霉功能的生物质燃料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将樟树叶、茶梗粉碎;
(2)将粉碎后的樟树叶、茶梗和竹炭粉、凹凸棒粘土粉混合均匀;
(3)挤压成型。
本发明提供的生物质燃料配方中,樟树叶可以采取樟树的落叶,除了和一般废弃树叶一样作为生物质燃料以外,在本发明中还主要起防霉功能,而且樟树叶中含有一定的油脂,更有利于燃烧,但是樟树叶存在特殊的味道,虽然挤压后味道可减轻,但是燃烧时仍存在较重的樟树味;茶梗虽然是茶叶加工副产品,但是其含有较高的纤维素、木质素和特有的茶香,燃烧时可在一定程度上掩盖樟树叶的不良味道;同样竹炭燃烧时产生的竹子香气也具备这样的功能;而且,茶梗、竹炭均具有一定的防霉抑菌作用,此外,茶梗、竹炭内部疏松多孔,燃烧时利于氧气进入,可减少灰分,添加的凹凸棒粘土粉既作为良好的粘合成型剂,而且凹凸棒粘土粉具有独特的三维结构,透气性能好,其中的可交换钙离子可与茶梗、樟树叶中的Mg、K、P、S等元素反应生成新的化合物,提高积灰软化温度,降低结渣率,凹凸棒粘土粉中含有的Fe离子燃烧时会生成氧化铁,起到助燃剂的作用。因此,本发明以具有一定防霉功能的樟树叶为主要原料,添加燃烧性能好的竹炭、茶梗协同防霉去樟树叶异味,以凹凸棒粘土粉做粘合剂,然后经挤压成型,减少烟气和灰分的产生,提高燃烧效率,增强防霉功能,并利用竹炭、茶梗和凹凸棒粘土粉特殊结构,进一步提高燃烧效率,同时利用凹凸棒粘土粉和茶梗、樟树叶的特殊反应,有效减少结渣率,再加上在凹凸棒粘土粉的有效成分、樟树叶本身含有的油脂有效助燃下,本发明得到的生物质燃料燃烧时无不良异味,热能值高至5400kcal/kg左右,灰分小于1.9%,结渣率小于1.8%,而且贮存时间长。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种具有防霉功能的生物质燃料,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:樟树叶30-40份、茶梗20-30份、竹炭粉25-35份、凹凸棒粘土粉8-12份。
如上所述的具有防霉功能的生物质燃料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将樟树叶、茶梗粉碎,过80-120目筛;
(2)将粉碎后的樟树叶、茶梗和竹炭粉、凹凸棒粘土粉混合均匀;
(3) 经颗粒机挤压成型。
实施例2
一种具有防霉功能的生物质燃料,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:樟树叶35份、绿茶梗25份、竹炭粉30份、凹凸棒粘土粉10份。
如上所述的具有防霉功能的生物质燃料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将樟树叶、绿茶梗粉碎,过120目筛;
(2)将粉碎后的樟树叶、茶梗和竹炭粉、凹凸棒粘土粉混合均匀;
(3)经颗粒机挤压成型。
实施例3
一种具有防霉功能的生物质燃料,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:樟树叶36份、绿茶梗24份、竹炭粉29份、凹凸棒粘土粉12份。
如上所述的具有防霉功能的生物质燃料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将樟树叶、绿茶梗粉碎,过120目筛;
(2)将粉碎后的樟树叶、茶梗和竹炭粉、凹凸棒粘土粉混合均匀;
(3)经颗粒机挤压成型。
以实施例2-3得到的成型燃料为样品,市售的成型燃料做对照,经测验燃烧性能,并将上述样本放入80%湿度环境下,每隔7天取出部分样品测验,结果如表1:
实施例4
种具有防霉功能的生物质燃料,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:樟树叶40份、乌龙茶梗25份、竹炭粉25份、凹凸棒粘土粉11份。
如上所述的具有防霉功能的生物质燃料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将樟树叶、乌龙茶梗粉碎,过80目筛;
(2)将粉碎后的樟树叶、茶梗和竹炭粉、凹凸棒粘土粉混合均匀;
(3)经颗粒机挤压成型。
实施例5
一种具有防霉功能的生物质燃料,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:樟树叶34份、铁观音茶梗30份、竹炭粉27份、凹凸棒粘土粉10份。
如上所述的具有防霉功能的生物质燃料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将樟树叶、铁观音茶梗粉碎,过80目筛;
(2)将粉碎后的樟树叶、茶梗和竹炭粉、凹凸棒粘土粉混合均匀;
(3)经颗粒机挤压成型。

一种具有防霉功能的生物质燃料,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:樟树叶32份、铁观音茶梗22份、竹炭粉35份、凹凸棒粘土粉10份,其他同实施例2。

(1)将樟树叶、茶梗粉碎;
(2)将粉碎后的樟树叶、茶梗和竹炭粉、凹凸棒粘土粉混合均匀;
