Abstract
The invention discloses a remote control device and a remote control method for an unmanned system, in particular to a remote control device for an unmanned system, which comprises a voice broadcasting system and an operator operation permission obtaining system. Through increasing a voice module, remote control unit from lock module and honeycomb data communication module in remote control unit, the driver can obtain the remote controller service authority after listening and accepting unmanned vehicles management relevant laws and regulations, otherwise can not obtain control right, can not drive unmanned aerial vehicle. The background server records the operation record of the operator to the remote control device. The invention is convenient for identifying the responsibility of flight accidents and complying with the laws and regulations related to the management of unmanned systems.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a remote control device and a remote control method for an unmanned system, in particular to the remote control device for the unmanned system, which comprises a voice broadcasting system and an operator operation authority obtaining system.
Background
With the rapid development of unmanned system technology, unmanned systems play an increasingly important role in our work and life, and all walks of life can see the application of unmanned systems. And the remote controller is used for controlling the unmanned system to fly, which is a typical unmanned system control flight mode, but the unmanned system operator frequently violates the relevant laws and regulations of national aircraft management, public security management punishment and the like in the industry, and great hidden dangers are brought to the national security management and punishment.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides an unmanned system remote control device which comprises a legal voice broadcasting system and an operator operation authority obtaining system. By embedding the law voice broadcasting system in the remote controller, an unmanned system operator can obtain the operation right of the unmanned system remote control device only by knowing related laws of the unmanned system and the responsibility of the flight accident to be consciously assumed, otherwise, the unmanned system cannot be operated without obtaining the control right, and meanwhile, the background server automatically records the operation record of the unmanned system by the operator.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a remote control device of an unmanned system comprises an operating device, a legal voice broadcasting system, an operating authority obtaining system of an operator of the unmanned system, an operating record sending system, an MCU, a communication transmitting end and a communication receiving end.
The voice broadcasting system comprises a voice module embedded with legal contents, and the legal voice information recorded in advance is stored in a memory of the voice module. When the computer is started, the voice module calls voice information and broadcasts the voice information through the loudspeaker. The voice module is set to be within five seconds, and the voice reading process cannot be interrupted in advance.
The operation authority obtaining system mainly refers to an operation device self-locking module, a self-locking module is added in a remote control device, and the module is matched with a rocker on the operation device to identify the unlocking action of an operator.
The control record sending system mainly refers to a cellular data connection module connected with the MCU, the MCU collects information of the self-locking module of the control device in real time and sends an unlocking/locking action instruction of an operator to the remote control device to the background server, and the background server automatically backs up the remote control device.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
by adding the voice module, the self-locking module of the operating device and the cellular data connection module in the remote controller, an operator can obtain unlocking use permission of the remote controller after listening to and confirming to accept relevant laws and regulations for managing the unmanned aerial vehicle, operation records of the operator on the remote control device can be checked at the server end, relevant cognition of the operator on the laws and regulations for operating the unmanned aerial vehicle system can be improved, and meanwhile, the system can obtain the use permission of the unmanned aerial vehicle only by carrying out secondary unlocking on the system; and can automatically record the operation instruction.

Referring to fig. 1, the embodiment of the present invention is as follows: a voice module, an operating device self-locking module and a cellular data connection module are added in the remote controller, after an unmanned system operator turns on a power switch of the remote controller, the voice module automatically starts to broadcast relevant laws and regulations for unmanned system management, the broadcast is finished, whether the operator agrees and accepts the relevant laws and regulations for unmanned system management or not is prompted through voice, and the operator consciously assumes responsibility of flight accidents. When an operator performs a first unlocking action, the self-locking module of the operating device unlocks for the first time, and the self-locking module of the operating device determines that the operator is completely aware of relevant laws and regulations of unmanned system management and consciously assumes responsibility of relevant accidents; when the operator performs the second unlocking action, the operating device unlocks the locking module for the second time, and if the operator obtains the use permission of the remote control device, the operator cannot unlock the remote controller and cannot operate the corresponding unmanned system to fly. In the process, the cellular data connection module sends an operator operation record to the background, and the background automatically records the operator operation record.

An unmanned system remote control device, characterized by: the system comprises an operating device, a legal voice broadcasting system, an unmanned system operating permission obtaining system, an MCU, an operating record sending system, a communication sending module and a communication receiving module, wherein the legal voice broadcasting system comprises a voice module embedded with legal contents; the unmanned system control authority obtaining system comprises an unmanned system control device self-locking module which is matched with a rocker on the control device to identify unlocking actions of an operator, and the unmanned system control device self-locking module realizes that the operator can obtain the operation authority of the unmanned system only by carrying out secondary unlocking on the control device; the operation record sending system comprises a honeycomb data connection module, sends an unlocking/locking action instruction of an operator to the operation device to the background server through information acquisition of the self-locking module, and the background server automatically backs up the operation device.

A remote control method using the unmanned system remote control device according to claim 1, wherein the voice module automatically starts to broadcast the laws and regulations related to the unmanned system management after the power switch of the unmanned system operator is turned on, the voice module is set to be such that the voice reading process cannot be interrupted in advance within five seconds, the broadcasting is finished, whether the operator agrees to and accepts the laws and regulations related to the unmanned system management is voice-prompted, and the operator consciously assumes the responsibility for a flight accident, when the operator performs the first unlocking action, the operator unlocks the first time, and the operator determines that the operator completely knows the laws and regulations related to the unmanned system management and consciously assumes the responsibility for the relevant accident; when the operator does the second unlocking action, the operating device unlocks the locking module for the second time, and the operator obtains the use permission of the operating device; otherwise, the operator cannot unlock the unmanned system control device and cannot control the corresponding unmanned system to use; during this process the operator sends a record of the operator's manipulation of the unmanned system to the backend server.
