本发明公开了一种无人机单驱动收放线机构,包括收线导线器1、绕线桶2、放线导线器3、固定支架4、轴承5、联轴器6、驱动电机7、电机固定座8、往复丝杠9、滑块10、丝杠螺母11。这种结构的无人机收放线机构,简化了无人机收放线机构的结构,使控制过程更加简单,使用起来更为方便,实现了很好的收放线效果,有效降低了收放线机构的成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种单驱动收放线机构,尤其涉及一种用于无人机的结构简单、控制过程简单、收放线效果好、成本低廉的单驱动收放线机构。
背景技术
线型材料是指柔性并可绕固定芯进行缠绕的材料,例如线缆和绳索。收线是指将线型材料拉回并缠绕到固定芯的过程。放线是指将线型材料从固定芯上拉出的过程。
现有技术中,收线采用电机带动固定芯旋转,完成线型材料的缠绕,并需要另一电机带动导线装置,控制线型材料在固定芯上的缠绕位置;放线则采用电机带动固定芯反向旋转,旋转速度需适应拉线速度,控制过程复杂。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷,本发明旨在提供一种用于无人机的结构简单、控制过程简单、收放线效果好、成本低廉的单驱动收放线机构。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种无人机单驱动收放线机构,包括收线导线器、绕线桶、放线导线器、固定支架、轴承、联轴器、驱动电机、电机固定座、往复丝杠、滑块、丝杠螺母;所述固定支架为固定框架,其上固定安装有所述收线导线器、放线导线器、滑块和丝杠螺母;所述电机固定座下端通过螺栓安装连接有驱动电机,中部和顶端安装有多个轴承;所述轴承外圈与所述电机固定座连接,内圈与所述往复丝杠连接;所述往复丝杠与所述丝杠螺母相配合;所述联轴器与所述驱动电机、往复丝杠相连接;所述滑块与所述电机固定座、固定支架相连接;所述绕线筒为锥形圆筒,与所述往复丝杠固定连接。
作为对本技术方案的改进,所述绕线桶呈竖立状,上小下大,所述放线导线器固定在所述绕线筒上方。
作为对本技术方案的改进,所述收线导线器上设有可调阻尼器。
与现有技术比较,本发明由于采用了上述技术方案,简化了无人机收放线机构的结构,使控制过程更加简单,使用起来更为方便,实现了很好的收放线效果,有效降低了收放线机构的成本。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明进行具体的描述,有必要在此指出的是以下实施例只用于对本发明进行进一步的说明,不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制,本领域的技术人员可以根据上述内容对本发明作出一些非本质的改进和调整。
实施例:一种无人机单驱动收放线机构,如图1所示,无人机单驱动收放线机构包括收线导线器1、绕线桶2、放线导线器3、固定支架4、轴承5、联轴器6、驱动电机7、电机固定座8、往复丝杠9、滑块10、丝杠螺母11;所述固定支架4为固定框架,其上固定安装有所述收线导线器1、放线导线器3、滑块10和丝杠螺母11;所述电机固定座8下端通过螺栓安装连接有驱动电机7,中部和顶端安装有多个轴承5;所述轴承5外圈与所述电机固定座8连接,内圈与所述往复丝杠9连接;所述往复丝杠9与所述丝杠螺母11相配合;所述联轴器6与所述驱动电机7、往复丝杠9相连接;所述滑块10与所述电机固定座8、固定支架4相连接;所述绕线筒2为锥形圆筒,与所述往复丝杠9固定连接。
往复丝杠9与驱动电机7通过联轴器6连接,往复丝杠9在驱动电机7驱动下,进行单方向旋转运动。丝杠螺母11与固定支架4固定连接,并与往复丝杠9相配合,往复丝杠9单方向旋转时,由于丝杠螺母11的固定,往复丝杠9同时沿往复丝杠9轴线方向作往复直线运动。由于轴承5的连接,在往复丝杠9运动的过程中,电机固定座8跟随往复丝杠9沿轴线方向作直线往复运动,而不会发生旋转运动。所述驱动电机7与所述电机固定座8通过螺栓安装连接,从而使驱动电机7跟随电机固定座8运动,使往复丝杠9在运动过程中不会与驱动电机7断开。所述滑块10连接固定支架4和电机固定座8,固定支架4固定,电机固定座8沿往复丝杠9的轴线方向作直线运动。所述绕线筒2为锥形圆筒,与往复丝杠9固定连接,往复丝杠9运动带动绕线筒2,实现了绕线筒2单方向旋转并沿轴线方向作直线运动,实现了收放线过程中的缠绕及排布,完成收放线。
所述收线导线器1、放线导线器3为收放线过程中线型材料的导引装置。收线过程中,驱动电机7驱动并带动往复丝杠9运动,并由此带动绕线筒2旋转并在轴线方向作直线运动,实现缠绕收线。放线过程中,将线型材料末端从收线导线器1中移动到放线导线器3中,扯动线型材料末端,即可将线型材料从锥形绕线筒2上绕下,驱动电机7带动绕线筒2旋转并在轴线方向作反方向直线运动,完成放线。
为了进一步优化放线过程中对线缆的排列管理,便于使用,所述绕线桶2呈竖立状,上小下大,所述放线导线器3固定在所述绕线筒2上方,在放线过程中,仅需扯动线端,线即可从绕线筒上自由绕下。
为了实现收线过程中对线缆松紧度的调节,所述收线导线器1上设有可调阻尼器,通过调节阻尼大小来调节线张力,进而调节线材缠绕松紧。
该机构为单驱动收放线机构,充分考虑了现有收放线机构由多电机驱动带来的结构复杂性及操作难度,省去了现有技术中绕线排布线机构及绕线筒旋转机构,简化了结构和控制过程,降低了机构成本,同时也保证了良好的收放线效果。

1.一种无人机单驱动收放线机构,其特征在于:所述无人机单驱动收放线机构包括收线导线器(1)、绕线筒(2)、放线导线器(3)、固定支架(4)、轴承(5)、联轴器(6)、驱动电机(7)、电机固定座(8)、往复丝杠(9)、滑块(10)、丝杠螺母(11);所述固定支架(4)为固定框架,其上固定安装有所述收线导线器(1)、放线导线器(3)、滑块(10)和丝杠螺母(11);所述电机固定座(8)下端通过螺栓安装连接有驱动电机(7),中部和顶端安装有多个轴承(5);所述轴承(5)外圈与所述电机固定座(8)连接,内圈与所述往复丝杠(9)连接;所述往复丝杠(9)与所述丝杠螺母(11)相配合;所述联轴器(6)与所述驱动电机(7)、往复丝杠(9)相连接;所述滑块(10)与所述电机固定座(8)、固定支架(4)相连接;所述绕线筒(2)为锥形圆筒,所述绕线筒(2)呈竖立状,上小下大,与所述往复丝杠(9)固定连接。
