本发明公开了一种无人机单驱动收放线机构,包括收线导线器1、绕线桶2、放线导线器3、固定支架4、轴承5、联轴器6、驱动电机7、电机固定座8、往复丝杠9、滑块10、丝杠螺母11。这种结构的无人机收放线机构,简化了无人机收放线机构的结构,使控制过程更加简单,使用起来更为方便,实现了很好的收放线效果,有效降低了收放线机构的成本。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种单驱动收放线机构,尤其涉及一种用于无人机的结构简单、控制 过程简单、收放线效果好、成本低廉的单驱动收放线机构。
背景技术
[0002] 线型材料是指柔性并可绕固定芯进行缠绕的材料,例如线缆和绳索。收线是指将 线型材料拉回并缠绕到固定芯的过程。放线是指将线型材料从固定芯上拉出的过程。
[0003] 现有技术中,收线采用电机带动固定芯旋转,完成线型材料的缠绕,并需要另一电 机带动导线装置,控制线型材料在固定芯上的缠绕位置;放线则采用电机带动固定芯反向 旋转,旋转速度需适应拉线速度,控制过程复杂。
发明内容
[0004] 针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷,本发明旨在提供一种用于无人机的结构简单、控 制过程简单、收放线效果好、成本低廉的单驱动收放线机构。
[0005] 为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种无人机单驱动收放线机构,包 括收线导线器、绕线桶、放线导线器、固定支架、轴承、联轴器、驱动电机、电机固定座、往复 丝杠、滑块、丝杠螺母;所述固定支架为固定框架,其上固定安装有所述收线导线器、放线导 线器、滑块和丝杠螺母;所述电机固定座下端通过螺栓安装连接有驱动电机,中部和顶端安 装有多个轴承;所述轴承外圈与所述电机固定座连接,内圈与所述往复丝杠连接;所述往复 丝杠与所述丝杠螺母相配合;所述联轴器与所述驱动电机、往复丝杠相连接;所述滑块与所 述电机固定座、固定支架相连接;所述绕线筒为锥形圆筒,与所述往复丝杠固定连接。
[0006] 作为对本技术方案的改进,所述绕线桶呈竖立状,上小下大,所述放线导线器固定 在所述绕线筒上方。
[0007] 作为对本技术方案的改进,所述收线导线器上设有可调阻尼器。
[0008] 与现有技术比较,本发明由于采用了上述技术方案,简化了无人机收放线机构的 结构,使控制过程更加简单,使用起来更为方便,实现了很好的收放线效果,有效降低了收 放线机构的成本。

[0012] 实施例:一种无人机单驱动收放线机构,如图1所示,无人机单驱动收放线机构包 括收线导线器1、绕线桶2、放线导线器3、固定支架4、轴承5、联轴器6、驱动电机7、电机固定 座8、往复丝杠9、滑块10、丝杠螺母11;所述固定支架4为固定框架,其上固定安装有所述收 线导线器1、放线导线器3、滑块10和丝杠螺母11;所述电机固定座8下端通过螺栓安装连接 有驱动电机7,中部和顶端安装有多个轴承5;所述轴承5外圈与所述电机固定座8连接,内圈 与所述往复丝杠9连接;所述往复丝杠9与所述丝杠螺母11相配合;所述联轴器6与所述驱动 电机7、往复丝杠9相连接;所述滑块10与所述电机固定座8、固定支架4相连接;所述绕线筒2 为锥形圆筒,与所述往复丝杠9固定连接。
[0013] 往复丝杠9与驱动电机7通过联轴器6连接,往复丝杠9在驱动电机7驱动下,进行单 方向旋转运动。丝杠螺母11与固定支架4固定连接,并与往复丝杠9相配合,往复丝杠9单方 向旋转时,由于丝杠螺母11的固定,往复丝杠9同时沿往复丝杠9轴线方向作往复直线运动。 由于轴承5的连接,在往复丝杠9运动的过程中,电机固定座8跟随往复丝杠9沿轴线方向作 直线往复运动,而不会发生旋转运动。所述驱动电机7与所述电机固定座8通过螺栓安装连 接,从而使驱动电机7跟随电机固定座8运动,使往复丝杠9在运动过程中不会与驱动电机7 断开。所述滑块10连接固定支架4和电机固定座8,固定支架4固定,电机固定座8沿往复丝杠 9的轴线方向作直线运动。所述绕线筒2为锥形圆筒,与往复丝杠9固定连接,往复丝杠9运动 带动绕线筒2,实现了绕线筒2单方向旋转并沿轴线方向作直线运动,实现了收放线过程中 的缠绕及排布,完成收放线。
[0014]所述收线导线器1、放线导线器3为收放线过程中线型材料的导引装置。收线过程 中,驱动电机7驱动并带动往复丝杠9运动,并由此带动绕线筒2旋转并在轴线方向作直线运 动,实现缠绕收线。放线过程中,将线型材料末端从收线导线器1中移动到放线导线器3中, 扯动线型材料末端,即可将线型材料从锥形绕线筒2上绕下,驱动电机7带动绕线筒2旋转并 在轴线方向作反方向直线运动,完成放线。
[0015]为了进一步优化放线过程中对线缆的排列管理,便于使用,所述绕线桶2呈竖立 状,上小下大,所述放线导线器3固定在所述绕线筒2上方,在放线过程中,仅需扯动线端,线 即可从绕线筒上自由绕下。
[0016]为了实现收线过程中对线缆松紧度的调节,所述收线导线器1上设有可调阻尼器, 通过调节阻尼大小来调节线张力,进而调节线材缠绕松紧。
[0017]该机构为单驱动收放线机构,充分考虑了现有收放线机构由多电机驱动带来的结 构复杂性及操作难度,省去了现有技术中绕线排布线机构及绕线筒旋转机构,简化了结构 和控制过程,降低了机构成本,同时也保证了良好的收放线效果。

1. 一种无人机单驱动收放线机构,其特征在于:所述无人机单驱动收放线机构包括收 线导线器(1)、绕线桶(2)、放线导线器(3)、固定支架(4)、轴承(5)、联轴器(6)、驱动电机 (7)、电机固定座(8)、往复丝杠(9)、滑块(10)、丝杠螺母(11);所述固定支架(4)为固定框 架,其上固定安装有所述收线导线器(1)、放线导线器(3)、滑块(1〇)和丝杠螺母(11);所述 电机固定座(8)下端通过螺栓安装连接有驱动电机(7),中部和顶端安装有多个轴承(5);所 述轴承(5)外圈与所述电机固定座(8)连接,内圈与所述往复丝杠(9)连接;所述往复丝杠 (9)与所述丝杠螺母(11)相配合;所述联轴器(6)与所述驱动电机(7)、往复丝杠(9)相连接; 所述滑块(10)与所述电机固定座(8)、固定支架(4)相连接;所述绕线筒(2)为锥形圆筒,与 所述往复丝杠(9)固定连接。 ^
