Abstract

本发明提供一种皱纹铜套皱纹钢套钢丝铠装海底电缆,包括从内至外依次设置的缆芯、填充层、半导电阻水带、高阻燃包带、铠装层和防水层,采用皱纹铜套代替传统的铅套,采用皱纹钢套加钢丝铠装结构代替传统的双层钢丝铠装结构,在不影响阻水性能和机械性能的同时,还进一步提高了抗压性能和弯曲性能,降低了重量之后还利于安装敷设,提高传输效率,且对环境无任何污染,还提高了承载短路电流的能力和提高了屏蔽层的性能,电缆弯曲性能好更易于实现电缆的一次接口和二次接口。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种海底电缆,特别涉及一种皱纹铜套皱纹钢套钢丝铠装海底电缆。
背景技术
海底电缆是用绝缘材料包裹的电缆,铺设在海底,用于电信传输。目前,世界各国都不断加强对海洋资源的开发和利用,电缆也广泛应用于海底当中。例如ZL201010257851.6,目前的海底电缆缆心金属层普遍使用铅套,但是铅套存在的比较多的问题。机械性能差,无法在海底复杂的运行环境中很好的保护内部绝缘线芯;铅密大,不利于电缆的安装敷设;为重金属,游离态的铅会进入自然界污染环境;电阻率大,承载短路电流能力差。保护层采用双层钢丝铠装,虽然具备了一定的抗拉性能和弯曲性能,但抗压性能较差,并且不具有阻水性能,在环境恶劣的海底不能给电缆提供最好的保护。由于使用环境的特殊性,海缆的维护十分困难,海缆故障造成直接、间接损失十分巨大,海缆故障的抢修成本十分高昂。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种皱纹铜套皱纹钢套钢丝铠装海底电缆。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:皱纹铜套皱纹钢套钢丝铠装海底电缆,包括从内至外依次设置的缆芯、填充层和保护层;缆芯包括从内至外依次设置的阻水铜导体、导体屏蔽层、XLPE绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、第一半导电阻水带和半导电PE护套;保护层包括从内至外依次设置的第二半导体阻水带、第一HDPE护套、钢丝铠装、包带和第二HDPE护套;其特征在于:缆芯中第一半导电阻水带与半导电PE护套之间增加了皱纹铜套,提高缆芯的机械性能,增加承载短路电流的能力;保护层中第二半导体阻水带与第一HDPE护套之间增加高阻燃包带和皱纹钢套,其中皱纹钢套提高电缆的径向阻水性能,以及避免涡流损耗,提高电缆传输效率,并且配合高阻燃包带实现阻燃耐火。
优选的,皱纹铜套厚度为0.3-1.0mm,皱纹节距为2-15mm,皱纹深度为0.5-3.5mm,使得皱纹铜套在强度有所保证的情况下,有良好的弯曲性能,电缆弯曲性能好更易于实现电缆的一次接口和二次接口。
优选的,皱纹钢套材质为不锈钢,增加电缆的耐腐蚀性能,避免金属套在交变电流下产生的涡流损耗,并且配合高阻燃绕包带实现电缆的阻燃性能。
优选的,皱纹钢套厚度为0.2-0.6mm,皱纹节距为4-40mm,皱纹深度为0.5-5.0mm,使得皱纹钢套在强度有所保证的情况下,有良好的弯曲性能,电缆弯曲性能好更易于实现电缆的一次接口和二次接口。
优选的,填充层内设置有光纤,光纤数量依照实际情况设置数量。
优选的,缆芯根据不同需求设置为一股或三股。
本发明的有益效果为:皱纹铜套阻水性能和机械性能比铅套作为阻水屏蔽层时更加优秀,皱纹结构进一步提高机械抗压性能和弯曲性能;铜的密度与铅相比也更小,可以有效减小电缆的重量,利于安装敷设;铜对环境无污染;铜电阻率小,有较好的承载短路电流的能力;皱纹钢套具备极佳的抗拉和抗压性能,钢丝铠装进一步提高电缆抗拉性能,皱纹钢套加钢丝铠装的组合结构可以应对海底水压较大、生物破坏和自然条件恶劣等复杂环境,降低电缆故障率,提高电缆可靠性,保证电缆的正常运行;皱纹钢套为密封结构,径向阻水效果极佳,是阻止海水侵入电缆内部的有效措施。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。附图为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示,皱纹铜套皱纹钢套钢丝铠装海底电缆,包括从内至外依次设置的缆芯、填充层和保护层。缆芯包括从内至外依次设置的阻水铜导体、导体屏蔽层、XLPE绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、第一半导电阻水带和半导电PE护套;保护层包括从内至外依次设置的第二半导电阻水带、第一HDPE护套、钢丝铠装、包带和第二HDPE护套。缆芯中第一半导电阻水带与半导电PE护套之间增加了皱纹铜套,提高缆芯的机械性能,增加承载短路电流的能力;保护层中第二半导电阻水带与第一HDPE护套之间增加高阻燃包带和皱纹钢套,其中皱纹钢套提高电缆的径向阻水性能,以及避免涡流损耗,提高电缆传输效率,并且配合高阻燃包带实现阻燃耐火。

1.皱纹铜套皱纹钢套钢丝铠装海底电缆,包括从内至外依次设置的缆芯、填充层和保护层;缆芯包括从内至外依次设置的阻水铜导体、导体屏蔽层、XLPE绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、第一半导电阻水带和半导电PE护套;保护层包括从内至外依次设置的第二半导电阻水带、第一HDPE护套、钢丝铠装、包带和第二HDPE护套;其特征在于:缆芯中第一半导体阻水带与半导体PE护套之间增加了皱纹铜套,提高缆芯的机械性能,增加承载短路电流的能力;保护层中第二半导体阻水带与第一HDPE护套之间增加高阻燃包带和皱纹钢套,其中皱纹钢套提高电缆的径向阻水性能,以及避免涡流损耗,提高电缆传输效率,并且配合高阻燃包带实现阻燃耐火。
