Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种抗干扰综合型卷筒电缆,三根各自包覆有镀锡铜丝屏蔽层的电力电缆和一根包覆有镀锡铜丝总屏蔽的信号电缆绞合形成缆芯,缆芯间隙之间设置有填充层,并在缆芯与填充层外依次包覆有阻水膨胀带、阻燃聚乙烯内护套、镀锌钢丝编织铠装层、阻燃玻纤带及硅橡胶外护套。本实用新型电缆具有良好柔软性、抗干扰、抗挤压、阻燃、防水、耐老化、耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐摩擦、环保等优异功能,可以应用于钢铁、石油、冶金和化工等场所。

本实用新型涉及一种电缆,更具体地说是一种抗干扰综合型巻筒电缆。 背景技术:
巻筒电缆在工业中越来越受到广泛应用,由于其自身使用的便捷性、特殊性而得到 用户的青睐。实际使用中,大多巻筒电缆采用普通塑料做绝缘及护套,在一些特殊使用 场合,如弯曲性要求高的工作平台,则使用不便,长期的拖拉,还易造成护套的开裂; 结构单一往往也是使用中经常遇到的问题,如用于传输信号的线缆要另外敷设,使工程 造价高,使用也不方便;在一些特殊使用环境,如电缆长期工作在高温区,潮湿地带, 则易造成电缆护套渗水,老化,使电缆电性能及机械性能下降,从而降低其使用寿命。 实用新型内容:
为克服现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种抗干扰综合型巻筒电缆, 具有良好柔软性、抗干扰、抗挤压、阻燃、防水、耐老化、耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐摩擦、 环保等优异功能。
本实用新型解决技术问题采用如下技术方案:
抗干扰综合型巻筒电缆,三根各自包覆有镀锡铜丝屏蔽层的电力电缆和一根包覆有 镀锡铜丝总屏蔽的信号电缆绞合形成缆芯,缆芯间隙之间设置有填充层,并在缆芯与填 充层外依次包覆有阻水膨胀带、阻燃聚乙烯内护套、镀锌钢丝编织铠装层、阻燃玻纤带 及硅橡胶外护套。
所述电力电缆由镀锡退火铜导体和挤包于导体外的硅橡胶绝缘层及绕包于硅橡胶绝 缘层外的镀锡铜丝屏蔽层构成。
所述填充层由阻燃填充绳构成。
所述信号电缆包括包覆于镀锡铜丝总屏蔽内的三根绞合的线芯,每根线芯各自包覆 有铝塑带屏蔽层,并在每一铝塑带屏蔽层内设有一根引流线。 所述引流线由束合镀锡铜丝形成。 与已有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果体现在:
1、 本实用新型中导体采用第5种镀锡退火软铜导体结构,大大提高了电缆的抗腐蚀 性,柔软性,确保电缆在运行过程中保持优异的电气性能;绝缘层及外护套采用高抗拉 撕硅橡胶,提高电缆的柔软性、耐高温、耐腐蚀性、耐摩擦等性能。
2、 本实用新型中电力电缆绝缘线芯外设有镀锡铜丝屏蔽层,降低了电流传输过程中 的集肤效应和邻近效应因数,提高电能传输的稳定性;仪表信号电缆采用铝塑复合带分屏蔽及镀锡铜丝总屏蔽,提高其抗干扰能力,消除内外电磁干扰。
3、 本实用新型缆芯填充层采用阻燃填充绳,具有阻燃的性能;缆芯外挤包阻燃聚乙 烯内护套既有阻燃性能又能满足阻水性能要求。
4、 本实用新型中镀锌钢丝编织铠装,提高巻筒电缆的抗拉性,同时又满足其柔软性 要求。

实施例:图1所示,本实施例电缆的缆芯由三根电力电缆1和一根信号电缆2绞合 形成,电力电缆各自包覆有镀锡铜丝屏蔽层ll,信号电缆2包覆有镀锡铜丝总屏蔽12, 缆芯间隙之间设置有填充层3,填充层由阻燃填充绳构成,并在缆芯与填充层3外依次包 覆有阻水膨胀带4、阻燃聚乙烯内护套5、镀锌钢丝编织铠装层6、阻燃玻纤带7及硅橡 胶外护套8。
图1所示,电力电缆1由镀锡退火铜导体9和挤包于导体外的硅橡胶绝缘层10及绕 包于硅橡胶绝缘层外的镀锡铜丝屏蔽层11构成。
图1所示,信号电缆2包括包覆于镀锡铜丝总屏蔽内12的三根绞合的线芯,每根线 芯各自包覆有铝塑带屏蔽层13,并在每一铝塑带屏蔽层内设有一根引流线14,引流线由 束合镀锡铜丝形成。

1、抗干扰综合型卷筒电缆,其特征在于,三根各自包覆有镀锡铜丝屏蔽层(11)的电力电缆(1)和一根包覆有镀锡铜丝总屏蔽(12)的信号电缆(2)绞合形成缆芯,缆芯间隙之间设置有填充层(3),并在缆芯与填充层外依次包覆有阻水膨胀带(4)、阻燃聚乙烯内护套(5)、镀锌钢丝编织铠装层(6)、阻燃玻纤带(7)及硅橡胶外护套(8)。
2、 根据权利要求1所述的抗干扰综合型巻筒电缆,其特征在于,所述电力电缆(1) 由镀锡退火铜导体(9)和挤包于导体外的硅橡胶绝缘层(10)及绕包于硅橡胶绝缘层 外的镀锡铜丝屏蔽层(11)构成。
3、 根据权利要求1所述的抗干扰综合型巻筒电缆,其特征在于,所述填充层(3) 由阻燃填充绳构成。
4、 根据权利要求1所述的抗干扰综合型巻筒电缆,其特征在于,所述信号电缆(2) 包括包覆于镀锡铜丝总屏蔽(12)内的三根绞合的线芯,每根线芯各自包覆有铝塑带屏 蔽层(13),并在每一铝塑带屏蔽层内设有一根引流线(14)。
5、 根据权利要求4所述的抗干扰综合型巻筒电缆,其特征在于,所述引流线(14) 由束合镀锡铜丝形成。
