Abstract

本发明涉及一种可进行车辆类型判别的称重系统的工作方法,包括:先对数字称重信号采用凯撒窗低通滤波器进行低通数字滤波,截止频率设定为10Hz;然后对低通滤波后的0-10HZ范围内的数字称重信号进行滑动均值滤波,其中,设定滑动均值滤波的最小频率和最大幅值,即对位于该最小频率内且不大于最大幅值的数字称重信号进行滑动均值滤波,以获得重量数据。本发明的通过凯撒窗低通滤波器对数字称重信号滤波后再进行滑动均值滤波,克服了过磅车辆不熄火,发动机抖动引起的称重误差。
