本发明涉及一种带自除烟式锅炉余热回收系统,包括安装于支架上的烟气通道,支架上还固定安装有置于所述烟气通道中的蛇形管,所述蛇形管的竖直段上套设有烟尘吸管,所述烟尘吸管的侧壁带有壁腔,烟尘吸管的侧壁设有多个弧形凸起部,所述弧形凸起部上设有抽吸孔,位于蛇形管的竖直段的一侧设有抽吸管,所述抽吸管与所述烟尘吸管的壁腔连通并与抽尘装置连接。本发明于蛇形管上隔开设置烟尘吸管,并设置弧形凸起部,增大与烟尘的接触面积,提高除尘效果,采用抽吸方式,对蛇形管周围被积留下的烟尘吸除,烟尘清理周期,降低生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及锅炉技术领域,特别涉及锅炉的余热回收装置。
背景技术
现有技术中的锅炉,在锅炉内会产生大量的烟气,烟气直接被排放至外界,由于烟气中会掺杂一些粉尘,直接排放影响环境。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题,申请人进行研究及改进,提供一种带自除烟式锅炉余热回收系统,本发明采用如下方案:
一种带自除烟式锅炉余热回收系统,包括安装于支架上的烟气通道,支架上还固定安装有置于所述烟气通道中的蛇形管,所述蛇形管的竖直段上套设有烟尘吸管,所述烟尘吸管的侧壁带有壁腔,烟尘吸管的侧壁设有多个弧形凸起部,所述弧形凸起部上设有抽吸孔,位于蛇形管的竖直段的一侧设有抽吸管,所述抽吸管与所述烟尘吸管的壁腔连通并与抽尘装置连接。
本发明的技术效果在于:
本发明于蛇形管上隔开设置烟尘吸管,并设置弧形凸起部,增大与烟尘的接触面积,提高除尘效果,采用抽吸方式,对蛇形管周围被积留下的烟尘吸除,烟尘清理周期,降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本实施例的带自除烟式锅炉余热回收系统,包括安装于支架1上的烟气通道2,支架1上还固定安装有置于烟气通道2中的蛇形管3,蛇形管3的竖直段30上套设有烟尘吸管4,烟尘吸管4的侧壁带有壁腔41,烟尘吸管4的侧壁设有多个弧形凸起部42,弧形凸起部42上设有抽吸孔43,位于蛇形管3的竖直段30的一侧设有抽吸管5,抽吸管5与烟尘吸管4的壁腔41连通并与抽尘装置连接。
本发明于蛇形管3上隔开设置烟尘吸管4,并设置弧形凸起部42,增大与烟尘的接触面积,提高除尘效果,采用抽吸方式,对蛇形管3周围被积留下的烟尘吸除,烟尘清理周期,降低生产成本。

1.一种带自除烟式锅炉余热回收系统,包括安装于支架(1)上的烟气通道(2),支架(1)上还固定安装有置于所述烟气通道(2)中的蛇形管(3),其特征在于:所述蛇形管(3)的竖直段(30)上套设有烟尘吸管(4),所述烟尘吸管(4)的侧壁带有壁腔(41),烟尘吸管(4)的侧壁设有多个弧形凸起部(42),所述弧形凸起部(42)上设有抽吸孔(43),位于蛇形管(3)的竖直段(30)的一侧设有抽吸管(5),所述抽吸管(5)与所述烟尘吸管(4)的壁腔(41)连通并与抽尘装置连接。
